In New Hampshire, the local Health Officer inspects residential care facilities, including memory care communities. The Department of Human and Health Services doesn’t offer an online search tool to access memory care facility investigation reports. Residents can try asking the Health Officer Liaison Unit for inspection reports on specific memory care facilities by calling 603-271-3468 or emailing healthofficer@dhhs.nh.gov.
