A New Way of Care Services

I recently had to put my mother in an assisted living/memory care facility. We chose Sandalwood Creek because the place was warm and welcoming and seemed something my mom would feel comfortable at. I am so glad I did, the owners are hands on with the residents and are amazing and the caregivers are so wonderful! Everyone is so kind and my mom has settled in well and they are taking great care of her. It's not a fancy place but its clean, adorable on the inside and out, quiet area, reasonably priced and the residents are well cared for. Highly recommend them

I cannot express enough gratitude and praise for Sandalwood Village Assisted Living ! My loved one has been a resident here for quite some time and the care, compassion, and kindness they've received has been truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported by the entire staff. The facility is immaculate, with beautiful common areas and spacious rooms. But it's the people that truly make Sandalwood Village shine. The caregivers are attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. They take the time to get to know each resident's unique needs, preferences, and personalities. The activities team is creative and engaging, offering a wide range of programs that cater to diverse interests.The management team is responsive, transparent, and always available to address any concerns or questions we may have. They truly prioritize the well-being and happiness of their residents. We feel blessed to have found Sandalwood Village Assisted Living and would highly recommend

For the short time she was there the staff and facility were great. She was only there for 5 months. We chose Sandlewood Creek primarily on location but the staff was very nice and accommodating.

I set up appointments to look at facilities and 2 of my sisters toured them. It was the location of Sandalwood Creek that really sold it for us. We needed to keep mom local. The staff was very gracious and accommodating when mom declined quickly.

There are no words to describe the uneasiness of placing your loved one in the care of others. However, i cannot express enough how welcomed we felt at Wadhams Creek. Upon our approach into the home, my husband and I felt welcomed and this is the best fit for “our” mom. The manager onsite is a GEM! Tryuly reduced our fears and assured us our mom would feel “at home.”

We like the care that is given here. The community is very nice and clean. The meals are good. They do have activities for those who can participate. It is a home feeling and not a hospital. A comfortable atmosphere. I would recommend this for a good home feeling with outstanding care and value for a loved one.

The community is perfect for our loved one and fits her needs well. Her room is a good size with enough space for her to fit stuff like her couch and rocking chair. We have decorated it just like her house so it feels like home to her. The community is very quiet and i do not think they offer any activities but they are expanding and i believe there will be a lot of changes soon. The staff is friendly and tend to her every need.

I'm really impressed with everything, they have every-day activities, and it was so much better than any of us had expected. My grandma is loving it there, we've offered for her to come back home but she's now talking about staying there permanently!

I think they do a great job overall at Wadhams Creek Senior Community. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly and accommodating. My loved was initially very resistant to the idea of moving, but they really seem to have won him over, he is settling in well! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into memory care in the area.

There really wasn't anything to improve on, they were very good, very attentive. They had lots of different types of areas where mom could be; if she wanted to be with the group she could and if she wanted to be by herself and watch tv she could do that too. I felt that they were more attentive to those that needed one on one care. They had lots of different things for them to do, it's still a very large facility, but I felt more comfortable that if she wasn't participating in group activities she was still being supervised.

The tour at this community went well. The staff answered every question that we had and they showed us around. The community was clean and neat. The residents were out and doing things. We liked what they had to offer as well.

They are great with my husband. Every time I call, if I can't get out there, they don't have to check with someone to see how my husband is doing, everyone who has answered the phone can tell me. It's a small enough place that they ALL care & know all there residents on a personal basis. It's just not a job for them, they really care. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a place they feel they can trust there loved one with.

We chose Sandalwood Creek because they offered a locked down memory care unit, it fit our price range, and the location was great for family. I would tell others that you really have to keep on them about communication about your loved ones, so do not be afraid to do so. I would recommend this facility for those that are in the area.

Very utilitarian and clean. Studios were very small. Pricing was more than we can afford.

The community is very good at taking care of the residents. They have low staff and lots of turnover, I'm not happy with that. Overall my loved one is very happy there. There are some concerns my loved one has; however, my loved one won't talk about them. I'm trying to communicate by phone or email with the community.

I found that everyone was very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and warm feeling. It would be a great place for my father in-law, not to big and easy to get around. The interior was more to his liking, not fancy and more of his style. Thank you

My husband is doing very well here since moving. He is enjoying socializing with the residents and making new friends. I haven't seen any activities being done while I am there but I'm sure it is just the timing of when I am there. The staff is very friendly towards the residents and the families. The property is always clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for me to visit it's only about a 10-minute drive from my house. Once we saw this community there was no need to visit another one.

I had a tour of this community for my loved one and I have no complaints with how things went. The staff where very helpful with information and made sure to present everything the facility had to offer. I am sure it will be easier to navigate through the building when the construction is done.

I had a tour with the community and I saw the staff were nice. I noticed there were plenty of staff throughout the community. The meals were great when we ate there. However the the cost for their care was very high for the minimum and before an evaluation.

Wadhams Creek is a very nice place. The staff is very friendly we needed a place immediately and we were limited on choices because there weren't many places that had availability, but they did.
