Agape Heritage Home

My mother was here 7 days total. She died here. They were very compassionate to our family during this difficult time. They coordinated hospice care that helped us. We were able to be with mom in her final hours.

- They're amazing. The home, the meals, care, staff, parenting roommates. We love them, so does my dad and we know he is getting the absolute best care

It was close to my dad's primary residence. I would recommend to others.

The staff is patient and caring, in addition to the professional care they provide. My aunt is bathed and dressed, daily. They do their best to give her the foods she likes.

Cleanliness of room is what stood out. I would recommend. The caregiver named [name removed]is fantastic taking care of my mother

What they could improve on would be to have more activities or stimuli for the patrons. My husband cannot do anything for himself and they are always there for him although because of his limitations, has more attention & help than the others. I could not ask for better care from the 2 caregivers.

1-8 is a 5. I absolutely adore the nursing staff and everything about the home. Soooo happy with our choice. I would absolutely recommend Agape Heritage Home community to other families based on the experience so far.

We were so pleased with my dad's care. [name removed] was helpful, available, and went out of his way to make sure we had all questions answered and any concerns addressed. The staff genuinely cared for my dad, knew the residence well and always made us feel welcome. I've referred several friends to A Place for Mom and care homes.

What stood out most is that they keep Mom clean, well dressed, and tend to her medical needs. They do this with care.

5 for all! This is a wonderful place. They do really care about the patients. Everyone is well taken care of. Very nice staff. The facility has a nice homey feeling. In the beginning while looking, I talked with another patients family and they said they loved it too!

They offered everything I needed and the staff was very welcoming. It just gets better with time. The manager is always responsive and keeps me informed if anything comes up.

My mom is happy. That's the most important. She's gotten and stayed healthier. The staff is very friendly. Attentive. Caring. Communicative. They notify me when they have any concern or wonder, in a proactive caring way. Willing to accommodate schedules including changes with holidays. We feel blessed to have found and her be at Agape.

My loved one is a resident at Agape Heritage Home and the experience has been great. You won't find a better place. I would recommend this facility to others.

The one that was the house was terrible. It was dirty, disorganized staff not working, poorly laid out and more expensive than Morada if I were you I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone. Also didn't pass the smell test.

We chose Agape Heritage Home because it is an actual house and he has his own room. Someone that I knew had her mother here as well and she was always bragging about the nurses and the care so it just reinforces that I made the right choice. The staff members here are wonderful and my main point of contact has been the director. They are always cooking for them and interacting with the residents and trying to engage them in conversation. They do a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend them.

It is an excellent place. The only downfall was a fill-in staff member wasn't as good to work with due to not having all the training. The communication with the staff and manager is excellent and very responsive.

We are so happy with the care given to Mother at Agape Heritage Home. The caregivers are always patient, kind, and helpful. Mother is calmer and notably well taken-care of.

VERY NICE LOCATIONS AND THE ADMINISTRATOR (OWNER) [name removed] IS GREAT TO WORK WITH. THE ATTENDANTS SEEM TO BE HAPPY TO WELL TAKEN CARE OF. THE PRICING IS A LITTLE ABOVE AVRG BUT WILL CONSIDER IF OTHER PLACES DON'T MEASURE UP TO THEIR PERCEIVED QUALITY.
