Great tour experience. The community is very clean and the staff was engaged with the residents. This stand alone dementia care would be a great fit for someone with dementia because of its design (infinity loop). If you are looking for a community designed for someone with dementia, I recommend you consider Calveria Living at Fort Mill. Its right off of the interstate, easy to find!

It's been 2 weeks since dad moved to Sonata Delray. Overall, we have been extremely happy with his care so far, and feel confident that he is in good hands when we are not there. All the apartments are studios, and are on the large size; he is in the 2nd smallest apt and it is quite spacious and meets all his needs. The staff have all been incredible. We can tell they really look out for him and they do exactly what we were told they would do when we were in the interview process (ie: will go to his room and get him for meals and activities). The chef has been very accommodating to his food preferences. The place is always immaculately clean and does not have any weird smells. Any issues we had upon move in were all rectified in a very timely manner. When we were concerned about dad's adjustment and had some questions, 2 administrators met with us and gave us much comfort that things are progressing nicely. They were very aware of how he was functioning when we were not there. The facility has many daily activities, many which my dad, unfortunately, can't do due to his visual impairment. There is some disappointment that many of the late afternoon activities that he can do, involving group talks and walks, have been canceled, but hoping that will change once the weather improves. The staff who run the activities are all amazing and we could not be happier with them and their enthusiasm for their jobs. Even my father made a comment that "the people here really seem to like what they do". There is much personalized attention, which is why we chose this ALF. The only complaint we have is that they often have music playing in the outdoor areas making it difficult to talk as the speakers are right over the sitting areas. Many in this population have hearing difficulties as it is, so that just makes it that much harder to communicate. Each resident has a pendant should they need help for anything, and there is accountability as to how long it takes a staff member to get to that resident. My father used it for the first time today and he said someone was there in 2 minutes. I'm very appreciative to A Place for Mom for pointing us in the direction of this ALF. I believe it was [name removed](?) I initially spoke with, who, after hearing about our dad and our needs, felt this would be a good place to start, and he was right. I hope as time goes on, we continue to maintain our confidence and trust in Sonata Delray.

My Dad has been there about a month and a half now. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They treat the residents well. Rooms/apartments are a great size. Overall would highly recommend. I toured 8 facilities and am happy with my choice.

The staff were friendly and very informative. The facility was clean and maintained well, they offered many amenities on site. The cost was a little more than I’m willing to pay.

The staff is great. My friend wasn't very healthy and was only there for a short time but while she was there, she received great treatment and the staff was super nice.

I love that everyone is so happy and loving and yes we would recommend Fox Ridge Bryant to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

There are many activities both on site and planned outings. Very clean and well kept. Fun atmosphere. Convenient gym, hair/nail salon on premise, beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Apartments and upgraded and spacious and geared toward seniors. And everyone is so welcoming and friendly!

Our names were on a welcome board the day we toured. Everyone was so helpful and informative. The room options were perfect, food is excellent and activities are diverse and offered all day. Dining staff, Nurses and care team are excellent and know everyone by name in the hallways. Great place for my mom.

Clean and very well aligned as far as the rooms . The premium studio room was absolutely perfect. Parking area was very convenient to the building. Location was very good as far as being close to major metro areas.

I was able to speak with a resident by chance and that was helpful. The tour and information provided was clear and thorough. I liked some of the new changes for example no point system regarding food. The addition of having to sign a lease and the amount to be on a wait list I think is high and more like assisted living. I understand the need for the provider to expect basically some collateral, however I think some of it should go toward the first month of rent. My tour guide [name removed] was excellent. She was pleasant and supportive of whatever I requested. All of the amenities I saw were very nice. I haven't gotten to sample the food yet, but I am sure there is something for everyone. I do really like that the apartments are modern with upgraded equipment unlike some other places. I like that I can cook in my apartment if I want. That's all for now

We liked this facility as it was smaller than other facilities we saw and seems best suited to my dad's needs. What struck me the most, and what I did not see with the larger places, was how the staff knew the residents by name and their individual needs, likes, dislikes, etc. Whatever questions I had, [name removed] and [name removed] were able to answer easily and with confidence. The staff were all friendly and appeared to like their jobs.

Beautiful modern facility, lower costs, lots of activities exercise opportunities, residents commensurate with my friend's physical status, worship/Bible study, large outside garden, lots of support on sliding fee scale. Excellent! everyone involved was very pleased.

I recently went with a friend to visit his grandmother, and I have to say—I wanted to move in myself! She doesn’t have to cook or clean, transportation is provided, and there are different activities every day to keep residents engaged and active. The community smells wonderful, nothing like the typical elderly facility stereotype. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I feel like I met almost the entire team because so many people came out to say hello. What stood out most was how happy everyone seemed. The residents were smiling, engaged, and genuinely enjoying themselves. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place for themselves or a loved one. Too bad i’m not 55 yet.

I can't believe how caring and loving the staff is. The way they treat my husband is exactly what I hoped for.

I found in[Date Removed] The Monarch of Henderson. I had a very personal/emotionally releasing interview with Managing Facility Professionals of what I was in need of, to safe guard my then 90 year old mother with diagnosed Dementia/Alzheimer. I immediately felt heard and validated. Took the tour of the entire facility and selected a private unit for my mom. Four of the Managing Facility Professionals came to our home to meet my mother. It was a joy to see my mother interact so freely with each of them. The Monarch of Henderson accepted my mother and we accepted them for a Residential Memory Care Home. The facility offers everything I could think of on site: all meals, laundry service, medical professions to include podiatrist, primary care, medication distribution, daily vitals, beauty salon. My mom’s unit is personalized with her own furnishings. The planned field trips and weekly In House Entertainment is Above & Beyond. Every holiday, every birthday is recognized in a festive way.

They have a responsive staff, and it is a clean environment. The rooms are nice-sized. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.
