Definitely the communication is amazing. One or more of the staff calls me weekly to give me updates and suggestions. My cousin has been very difficult past two years, but he seems to have mellowed a lot and also seems to have settled in nicely.

Spring Arbor is wonderful! The staff is extremely friendly. They have bent over backwards to accommodate my father‘s needs. The 24 seven nursing in assisted living and the progression to memory care were important features for my father. Their continuum of care, with dignity at every stage, stands out the moment you walk in the door. The outside grounds have beautiful plantings and structures for residents to enjoy and have picnics or gatherings. The rooms and apartments are beautifully appointed, with attention to details like crown molding and granite. Many of the rooms have access to the outside, which truly makes them feel more like a home than a facility. Definitely the top of our list when we were looking!

The staff is extremely attentive to my Aunt[Name Removed] They come get her for meals. They take her back to her room after meals. They take her out on field trips. They get her out of her room regularly. They're all very friendly . My sister has all the staff's cell phone numbers!! This was a gigantic step to move Aunt[Name Removed] from Chattanooga up to Athens closer to her daughter [Name removed] and grandson [Name removed]. [Name Removed] was unhappy, depressed and didn't want to get out of her room at the facility she moved from. The only complaint I have is the internet provider is absolutely horrible to deal with. Please find a different option. Comcast/Xfinity has the worst customer service in the world.

Absolutely! Can't say enough good things about the staff/facility and food. Mom went from being a shell of herself to a glowing, moving almost 90 year old. She is happy, and now walking and going to exercise class on her own 3 days a week.

I'm happy because the Memory Care Director has been important for my transition as well as Jeff, who is the resident. We are working through Jeff's behaviors of restlessness and aggression and a wound that has appeared on his foot. She takes on a true attitude of education with me and her staff and it is welcoming.

They're great. So far, I have seen nothing but dedicated, friendly staff. I would recommend to others. Great organization run by great people.

The positivity and resilience of the management and staff here are remarkable. The passion that goes into daily routines and helping never goes unnoticed. There are core values of kindness and respect that are very evident and the management and staff don't just talk about making a difference, they truly take action in showing it, always. The clean living and community spaces are a huge value as well. I feel entirely thankful and blessed to have found a home away from home at such a difficult time for my loved one. I’m 84, and I’ll tell you, I’ve toured enough facilities to know when a place is putting on a show. This one wasn’t — it was genuinely clean, right down to the windowsills. I even checked one when no one was looking, and it passed the test. The staff were warm and patient, the kind of people who treat residents like family. Management didn’t hide in an office either; they walked with me, listened carefully, and showed real attentiveness. If I ever decide it’s time for a little extra help, this place will stay on my short list.

Facility is very nice, one of the nicer facilities I've seen. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend giving this faculty a tour if you're looking for a home for your loved ones.

This community feels very family oriented and is small enough that the staff and management know everyone on a personal note. Management is quick to correct anything that is brought to their attention and I can call them at any time and they pick up their personal phones. The staff is very caring and cater to the residents, I sleep knowing my loved one will be taken care of.

Mom's arrival included a walk on the red carpet to cut a ribbon and a welcome home greeting from the staff who then personally introduced themselves. The staff is friendly, loving, and amazing. The food is wonderful. Highly engaging activities and a strong sense of community.Highly recommended!

The facility is so accommodating. The staff is amazing. The quality of care that they give is incredible. Not only do they provide excellent nursing care but they become your family. The administration keeps you informed of the activity level of your parent. They help in making sure that they feel welcome and their new way of life is secure and their home.

They are very friendly and will contact me if anything going on with my father ., I had a care plan meeting last week and participated in his plan of care..

The staff is always available. If they don't know the answer, they will find out and get back with you sooner rather than later. Cheerful, friendly and respectful. I feel they do care for the residents and are here to serve.

Great fun activities, always clean, excellent staff and attention to mom's needs. On site physical therapy helps and outstanding therapists. Highly recommended facility!

My sister loves it there. They're compassionate, attentive to her needs and very friendly. The facility is very clean with an upbeat atmosphere, shown by the happiness of the residents. The food is good and the menu offers variety and additions to meet individual likes and dislikes.

We were impressed the minute we walked in. Have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about them. The entire staff was just so welcoming and friendly. It didn't "smell" like one might expect an assisted living place to smell. They have delicious food and take them on outings. Just professionally run.

I would give them a 5 in all categories. Great experience for us as well as our Mom. The apartment is beautiful. There is plenty of room for my nieces, nephew's great nieces and brothers and sisters to go and visit her. I feel the environment is very safe as to the security as well as some of her limited abilities at this time. I wish they would force her or encourage her to participate more as she says the days are long and she's bored.

My sister is a resident at Spring Arbor. When visiting, I'm always amazed at the level of care and compassion that I see between staff and residents. While the facilities and food are great, it is the team of people that make the difference. The nurses and aides are phenomenal and caring and patient. They make our mom feel special and cared for and safe. The executive team members do not sit in an office all day, but are present and active and know the residents very well. Highly recommend.
