We felt welcomed and the staff seemed happy. The residents were active and engaged with each other and the staff. The building was bright and sunny. There were several areas for the residents to sit and enjoy the view.

My visit was absolutely fabulous! You guys have this down to a perfect science of what I would love to live in for senior living. For me at this time, I don’t think I’m quite ready for that type of living. One of my passions is cooking and I love to cook for others. I know I could get an apartment with the kitchen. I just think for me at this time I should cook for myself and not have all of the meals provided. However, with that said there will come a time that I will want that and you guys are absolutely the best I’ve ever seen. Friendly people the resident all seemed happy and were friendly to me. Just looks like a great place to live. The other thing for me is I need a garage. I have a historical car that I like to show often and I need it to be where I’m at and accessible to me at all times. Those are the only two drawbacks for me at this time in my life. I will definitely keep you at the very top of my list for the future. Thank you very much for taking time your staff is awesome

I arrived here about a month ago, and I am very pleased with the location, size of my apartment, food service, house-keeping, administrative, nursing, and maintenance. I do feel safe and love the welcoming at home feeling as soon as you enter the building. Your family and friends don't even have to come to your apartment, they can visit you in the front area or enjoy eating in the dining area. I have everything I need food, shelter, transportation, and physical and spiritual activities to keep me busy.

All are the highest score except for I had food before. That was over the top dry. They could probably do better on that. [name removed] and her staff provide excellent care. Very responsive and thorough. Physical Therapy is very helpful to keep my mother strong. In house hair salon is very helpful. Staff is friendly. The apartment size is good size and very nice. The service in the dining area can be slow to take orders. Also food is sometimes a bit overcooked. Overall great place though.

After my dad had a stroke and his health declined, our family was faced with the difficult decision of how to best care for him. [name removed] was extremely helpful! He was sensitive to the nature of our needs, patient and professional. He provided beautiful brochures and a tour of the well maintained assisted living facility. [name removed] answered our difficult questions and gave us personal time to make decisions. On behalf of my family, many thanks to [name removed] and the staff at Freemont Living Center who cared enough to make a difference during an emotional time.

Very nice building and people. Everyone was friendly. We got a snack! Yum. Checking out a few other places.

[name removed] gave us a great tour. There was a scheduling conflict at first but we were able to work through that. I appreciate [name removed] effort to resolve it especially since I was coming in from out of town to tour the facility with my mom.

Was met promptly by our guide. Shown all areas of interest. All prices and covered items discussed. Liked the facility very much. Waiting list.

Absolutely 5 stars! I highly recommend Creststone to anyone. The staff is wonderful, the facilities are top-notch.

Food: unknown - food service was very responsive to special diet/food prep needs, but my father was only able to eat the first couple of days he was there and was not able to communicate regarding flavor/taste. I don't have a great deal more to say, because my dad was only there for a little more than a week, and was dying, not conscious for most of that time. I am incredibly appreciative of how helpful the care staff were. They were the only facility that was willing to take my dad directly from the hospital (there weren't any SNFs that would take him because, while in the hospital, he at 24/7 attendants. UL accepted him with hospice on board. In addition, for the first few days, I had to hire my own 24/7 aids. I can't say enough good things about the nurse who was there to admit him & coordinate with hospice. She was incredibly knowledgeable and knew immediately how close to death my father was. That knowledge & honesty allowed me to get my family to town in time. Everyone at UL was very attentive - bringing us snacks & refreshments, keeping the room tidy while we sat with my dad. The facility itself is very light, and feels spacious. All in all, I highly recommend it.

I would give the University Living residence 5 stars. It's clean, attractive & the staff I interacted with are very pleasant & helpful. Huge bonus that residents can order off a menu in the dining room from 7 AM to 7 PM daily (instead of set mealtimes)! I've not run across that before. The lease/on-boarding process was a bit lengthy/tedious, but I suppose that's pretty standard & it was complicated by the fact that I was submitting information on behalf of someone else, not myself.

We were lucky enough to have worked with [name removed]. She was very knowledgeable and genuinely caring about how Carriage Court could benefit my Father-In-Law. Although he could not be accepted into the facility, she has continued assisting us with a placement. If there’s any chance he improves to the point of being accepted here, we would move him!

Facility is lovely and the office has been amazing- my MIL fell, went to hospital and they have been very supportive

Montvale has undergone an extensive renovation in the past few months and it is just beautiful. Staff are incredibly personable. Food is above average and is available all day long. Love living here.

I've only lived here a few months. But the atmosphere here is pleasant friendly. Staff is courteous and helpful. My apartment is too small, but that's my choice. The food is excellent. My room is kept clean. I'm not quite organized yet with all of my personal belongings, but I'm getting there. At this point, I'm not doing any activities but I may join some later on but the individuals that do participate. Have a really good time because they Hooton holler a lot, which makes me smile. I feel very happy here.

University Senior Living really had everything I was looking for for my sister. I particularly liked the in-room fall monitor. I always worry about my sister falling and not being able to get help. This would slove that problem because the system would know that she had fallen. [Name Removed] was great to work with. She was knowledgeable and friendly which made a really great impression. All in all, a great tour.

The price was the most affordable that I found and the facility and services are outstanding. The lobby, dining area and other public rooms have been remodeled and the rooms are being remodeled as tenants leave. My mother's room is one of the remodeled units and is lovely. She has a full kitchen (no dishwasher) nice sized bedroom and living room. My mother's loves the food and looks forward to the meals. She enjoys the activities and the nice walking path around the building. We are both very satisfied with her arrangements and love the staff. Oh, and the facility is very clean and smells nice.

We moved my 95 years young Aunt in [Date Removed] t and haven't looked back. Staff and residents are the absolute best, always laughter! She is not always liking the food so much but she really liked to cook so... Highly recommend!

The staff is very helpful when moving in and welling to make my experience easy. People are friendly and food is very good...not my recipes but still good. Still unpacking, making my place room. I think that will take a while.

I was looking to explore what services they had to allow a person who is profoundly deaf to be successful at living on their Assisted Living program. They had a remarkable fall provincial program, including a motion sensor monitoring system in every room so person is below a 20 inches from the floor it will alert Caregiver immediately. They also use the handheld dictate for the Deaf, which is an app that has recently been developed, and the staff does know how to use that and work with people who are profoundly if they say the rooms are very beautifully appointed and the best part for my client is that Food is available as snacks 24 seven and there’s no food Police that monitors how many cookies you eat or whether you go with the right time, etc. it is a very welcoming and kind community. It appears and the receptionist was very nurturing and went out of her way to make us comfortable. I would recommend to consider for people who are profoundly deaf and alert or needing memory care.
