I'm going to have to say after only a week it's a 5 across the board. Everyone who works here is committed to making sure the residents in memory care are safe and engaged. No one is sitting alone in their room, or allowed to sleep all day. The floor is immaculate- rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day. Laundry is done on the floor so nothing gets lost in a gang laundry. The engagement staff plan activities and are loving and attentive. The floor is built on an oval so if someone wanders they always wind up back in common areas. Residents can take as long as they like to eat - no one takes the plates away after a certain amount of time. Staff get to know residents and can anticipate their needs and schedules. PT and OT are on site as is a salon. I joke and tell people my mom is at memory care at the Four Seasons... it's that amazingly.

Finding the perfect fit for senior living is no easy task! We toured many senior communities for my grandmother. As soon as we toured Atria Lincoln Place we had no doubt this community would be the perfect fit. Walking through the door, Lincoln Place had a completely different vibe. We were greeted by a resident ambassador who directed us to the front desk. (A.L.P. appoints some of their outgoing residents as ambassadors so that your loved one has a "buddy" from day one.) All of the residents and staff were smiling and engaged. We knew immediately that they like to have fun! The grounds were well manicured, the rooms were immaculate. Cleanliness, employee longevity, activities, tasty nutritional menu, comfortable outdoor space and transportation were all priorities for us when selecting a community and Atri Lincoln place exceeded our expectations. My grandmother couldn't be happier and she is becoming more active in the A.L.P. community. So thankful we found Lincoln Place!

My sister is a new resident there and is thriving in this community! She is happily enjoying the variety of activities and the wonderful food. She has made friends and loves her apartment The staff was so helpful in making the transition seamless and an overall wonderful experience. They keep in contact with the family and include us at every opportunity. I believe that Atria provides Senior Living at its best! Thank you for making a difference in my sister's life!

The tour experience with Atria North Point was a 5 plus! It was by far the best place we looked at, and the most accommodating. The only negative was a Covid vaccination requirement.

This is a great facility, they called me when my mom fell and 911 to let me know the incident and that's she is ok. They are very helpful food is done by a chef and family can eat to for $12. She has a studio and it has a half wall separating the bedroom and living room. Bathroom is big kitchen could be a little wider for her wheelchair. They also clean your room once a week and if you do your own laundry it is free.

My mom moved in almost 2 months ago. 97 years old with mild cognitive impairment and needs a walker to get around any distance. Her hearing and eyesight are both challenged. Big adjustment after many years in San Diego with my dad, who passed away late last year. So far, Atria Grand Oaks has exceeded my family's hopes. The apartments are nice and most have good amenities, she has a small kitchen with appliances and washer/dryer, internet, tv, and phone connections are almost free. Building is very well maintained inside and out, beautiful walking path and putting green, not a lot of guest parking but street parking is near and we haven't had real problems. The people are terrific from the front desk to the dining room staff to the medical technician staff, and to everyone else, all courteous and attentive and helping. Dining room food is excellent, service is wonderful. Salon is remodeled and soon will be staffed, they have doctors incl. podiatrist who come regularly. All fab!

Family atmosphere. All staff kind and thoughtful. Apartments beautiful. Pool. Activities. Food yummy. Expensive but worth it. Housecleaning.

My loved one and family had a great experience with Atria North Point. The community was very clean. Everyone is friendly. There are meals and activities provided to assist with socialization of the residents. Overall we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

I visited Atria Of Forest Hills and met with [name removed]. He was very friendly and helpful. He showed ma around the wonderful community, everyone was welcoming and friendly. They couldn't take my mom but referred me to another facility that would be able to assist me. I even recieved some delicious Chocolate chip banana bread as a parting gift. I would be happy to have my mom here.

With the staff, they're short handed at times. We picked this community, because it had a home like feel to it. It's very good, very expensive as most of them are, but worth the expense. I would recommend it.

I've had a great experience with the community. The staff are kind and caring. Everyone is friendly. There are activities and meals provided for the residents. Please come take a tour and have lunch to see for yourself. I will continue to recommend the community to others.

The staff has been good, they're all very nice at Village Walk at Patchogue. They have a few new staff members in training because what they had wasn't enough for the amount of residents. Communication with the family is very good and they answer any questions that I have. The meals are usually very good, sometimes they have their off days but for the most part the food is good. I would recommend this facility to others. Mom is happy there and they provide many activities during the day so that a resident doesn't have to sit in their room all day.

We picked this community, because of the location, the appearance of the place, all inclusive care and the way the residents looked. Most of the meals they are given seem to be microwaved. They do have another dining room but it's for the assisted living people which all there meals seemed to be cooked to order but myloved one is on the memory care side and they have their own dining area which meals are microwaved. I do like the fact that the care is all inclusive and they don't charge you for every little thing. My loved one seems to be doing well there so I can't complain too much.

Overall it is a very nice, clean facility with friendly staff. As with other similar facilities, they are sometimes short of staff (this appears to be true for most senior care facilities these days). The bedrooms/bathrooms in memory care are a nice size. The day area is also a nice size and has a modern and bright tv/sitting are. There is plenty of table space.

Our family had an in person tour with Atria Draper Place and the director or head honcho who showed me around was great but they did not have skilled nursing not did they eventually go into Medicaid which at the time was important to me thinking my brother was going to improve.

We toured with Atria Cinco Ranch and had a great time. The facility was beautiful and from what we could tell during the tour, it looked like they had great care and it would have been a good option. Unfortunately it was out of my price range so we had to keep looking.

My loved was here for respite. The staff were kind, caring, and attentive to our loved one. Everyone was friendly here. Make sure that your loved one's medications are returned to you prior to your loved one leaving the community, if your loved one was there for respite. Overall, this is a great community and we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

Atria was great especially the director who was my tour guide. He was very helpful in educating me in the process of moving into a facility such as the paperwork and doctors' input.

The staff at Atria Evergreen Valley is amazing and accommodating, and the care they take to ensure health safety is above nearly all of the other places we visited and toured.
