When you drive up the outside almost gives you the feeling of pulling up to a small resort. The inside is right and refreshing nice colors on the walls. The landscaping is nice with some common areas where residents can sit along with visitors to talk. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The facility is nice, clean, and modern. Parking for those who are still driving is covered, carport-style. Lunch was good, & people seemed friendly.

My grandmother is doing great, and everything is going well. We are pleased with the her move to this community. We know she is safe, and in good hands overall. The experience is going great.

Great place in terms of facilities but very small rooms.

It is a smaller community and we liked that. They really make an effort to know their residents. Activities are relevant to the population they serve. So far, we are pleased with care our mother receives. She has made the transition well from living in her own home to an assisted living facility.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. The property was clean and they had a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone it was just not the right fit for my mom in the end decision.

Atria Bay Spring Village is a very nice community. I am still getting used to living here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have activities but I have not ventured out and tried anything yet. They serve good food here and there are plenty of activities and other things to do. So far I'm am just getting used to how everything works and where everything is located.

My mom is very happy and fitting in well. She says the staff are very helpful. There are plenty of options for the meals. They send a menu out every week. They repeat basic entrees and they make a special meal every day if you want something different. You can eat as little or as much a you want. They get dessert on top of that and she likes having one daily. They keep the meal simple and you know what your getting. She is really close to me and the ultimate reason why we picked the community

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my self and I have no complaints of how things had went. The staff where on time to our appointment and and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I was pleased with how clean everything was and the open floor plan they had available to all the residents. They had a nice activity program as well menu selection for the dinning room. It was just not the right fit for me in the end decision.

The property was nice very well maintained the landscaping was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful on our tour answered all of our questions. It offered everything that we had been looking for but it was not as affordable as other communities in the general area that we had looked at.

We are happy with Atria Willow Glen. My mom is living here and she is doing very good here.

I recently had taken a tour of this community for my father and I have no complaints of how things had went for him while he was there. They had a great menu for all of the residents as well as a spacious dinning and common areas for family. I liked the activity program they had to keep them involved and busy throughout the week. Overall it was a great place just no the right fit for my dad in the end decision.

This is a nice community and I enjoyed living here. The food was good and they offered a menu with different choices. The staff were nice and the community was clean. This would be a nice place to stay if you could lock in a price. When they raised the cost I had to move into another community.

So far I love being here. It is centrally located for me to get around. I love that the layout of the building it's not spread out over multiple buildings. I love the fact I have a good size room, in fact, I have more closet space than I have ever had in my entire life. I can either go out my front or back door to get outside. The staff is very friendly. The food could be better, for the most part, it does not have enough seasoning or herbs for my taste.

We had a pretty nice tour of this community. Everyone was very kind to my family, and I. From what we saw the community looked nice. However it was larger than we would had liked. I felt it would be overwhelming for my sister. The staff was friendly, but I did not feel this was the facility for us.

The Atria Lynbrook is very clean and my mom's room is well maintained. All the staff is friendly, readily available and very professional. They answer all my questions. The food is excellent with a daily menu and a backup menu and they serve the right portions for seniors. There are a lot of routine activities, like bingo, exercise classes, along with arts and crafts but I feel they need to bring in more entertainment like music. I would definitely recommend Atria to my friends and family.

We have had my mother in law in 5 different communities and this place by far is the best. We have no complaints about anything. The community is very well kept and clean. The food is the best the staff is friendly and helpful much more so than any other communities she has been in. Considering her health conditions she goes down and participates in the activities she can and since being there she has made a few friends.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my loved one since she has made the move into this community. The staff are very friendly and I am comfortable with the care they are providing her. She has had no problems with the tasty meals they serve and enjoys participating in the activities from time to time with the other residents. Overall I am very happy and would recommend it to anyone.
