This is a nice community, and I'am comfortable with my parents move here. We have had a few accidents, but overall they are caring for them well. There are some extra care cost we are still figuring out. The staff is very good, they have been helpful, and kind. The community looks great, they do a great job with the cleanliness of the facility. It is a good community, and I would recommend it.

Tha Atria Great Neck is our first choice for my Uncle. It is clean and the staff is wonderful. There have been a few bumps getting his medical care organized but he is safe, comfortable and well cared for. Most importantly he quickly has adjusted to his new home and is "happy". It is very expensive and there are additional costs that quickly add to the cost of care.

After taking a tour of the community I got well informed and meet with kind-hearted staff. The drive showed us that this community was too far.

I was overly pleased with the gentlemen who gave my mother and I the tour of there community. He was not too pushy and made sure too give us lots of great information in detail about there facility. My mother is Jewish and wanted to be a little more in that environment so that was the only thing she was not satisfied with at this place. Overall we have had no complaints and would defiantly recommend it

The staff have all been very kind to my mother since she made the move into this community. The best thing about it this place is her apartment, she is able to share a room with someone but still have her own bedroom with privacy. I am very pleased with everything so far but I do hope they lower the price soon so that it is more affordable for my mother.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good and I have no major issues with the cleanliness. They offer daily activities. This community is good for people looking for independent living and I would recommend it.

The tour I got off the Atria Seville went well. The place was clean and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. From what I remember, all of the staff I came across was very friendly and answered all of my questions.

The Atria On the Hudson was beautiful, there were vaulted ceilings in the main room and the place was very clean. The main area was laid out in a circle around the activity room. The staff was not very friendly. When i waled into the community the nurse at the front desk did not even look at me when i was talking. From the quick observation i was able to make the staff was not engaged with the residents which i did not like.

The community is beautiful and resembles a plaza. There is a large variety of activities available for the residents and the meals are prepared daily.

We had mom ready to move into this community, however she was reevaluated and they said she needed memory care. This community is for independent and assisted living. The staff were nice and it is a little more upscale than some of the other ones we looked at.

My sister is not going to stay at this community permanently. She went from rehab then came to this community for her respite. I live in another state and as far as I know I think she has had a few good meals and her room is on the 3rd floor. This was intended for a temporary stay.

The staff could be more receptive to the care of the residents. The communication with the families about our loved ones care needs could be better. The community is kept clean and well organized. The meals are very good there are no complaints. Activities are offered on site for the residents. Overall it's a good community with a few things they could improve on.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately financially the community was very high. They did have a clean place with wonderful staff. My questions were answered. Activities are offered on site and of site for the residents. There are also other amenities that are offered one of them is that they are pet friendly.

The facility is great, but there needs to be more organization at the higher level. Once you are a resident you need to be given information, for example, about how the medication works, who to call if there are issues or questions, when laundry day is and what you need to do about linens. There needs to be a bit more responsiveness to questions as a new resident. The kitchenettes are NOT set up for seniors. Cabinets to high and no counter space. Aids are great and staff is very kind. Could work more with the vision impaired

Our experience with this community was nice, my mother was here for about a month. It is a pretty well-kept community, for the most part everything is nice and clean. The care staff was good. There are great activities offered, they have a movie theater in the community for the residents. I will say that there aren't really a difference between the independent living and assisted. The food is excellent. Overall it was pleasant experience.

I took a tour of this community and it looked nice. I did not get a chance to try the food. The people that I passed in the hallways seemed nice. The tour guides were knowledgeable. It was just a little to high price for what they offered.

It has only been a month but so far Mom is as happy as one can be who can no longer stay in her own home. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is the "welcome" package did not contain some pertinent information: hours of the restaurants, schedule of activities, no one showed her where her mail box was nor got her a key for it. The place is clean (barring construction stuff) and the food is good. I am sure that once the trauma of the move is over Mom will find her place in the social network and star enjoying herself.

My ex-husband is at The Patrician. It has it's good and fair times for him.....although he would be a challenge for any place to completely please. So far, this seems to be a good place for him. He has been there now for 6 months or so. W e like that it is a by the month place which has made him feel he is not permanently placed somewhere he might not like so much and has too much invested to move.
