[name removed]went above and beyond, patiently answering all our questions and ensuring every detail was covered. Her dedication is truly inspiring, and we’re grateful to have her in my mother’s life. Autumn Lake is a wonderful place, and with [name removed] heartfelt guidance, it’s clear they prioritize excellence and care. We’re thrilled with our choice!

[name removed] runs the facility like it’s your own home. She cares deeply for all residents and their families. She has answered all my questions gotten back to me with any concerns. I really feel as if my brother is getting the best care. she makes me feel very comfortable to be able to ask anything and she always gets back to me with any answers that I need. She is very caring.

Glenn Crest has been exactly what my parent needs. It's been a good fit. It is independent living with one meal included. They check up on her.

I would highly recommend Glen Crest to others. Our overall experience with this facility was great. My mother loved their food. They had a lot of activities, but my mom was stubborn about participating in them. She couldn't remember to go. Dementia.

The administration was very good and they run Autumn Lake with a loving, caring attitude and keep a close eye on all of the residents. Communication with the family is very good. The meals are decent. They serve a very nice breakfast. I would recommend Autumn Lake to others.

My mom has been in Autumn Lake at Ocean View since November. I have seen such an improvement in her behaver from when she was living with me. She always tell me how nice the staff is and how good the food is. I can always see how she's doing with a phone call or a visit. Nurses and staff are very friendly . Administrator director of admissions was so helpful in getting my mom admitted quickly. I would recommend this facility for long term or rehabilitation in a heartbeat.

Autumn Lake has been wonderful to my mom and myself. Helpful, kind and compassionate. Was a very difficult transition for my mom but they have been very sensitive to her needs. Everything is very clean. They actually redid the room right before my mom moved in. All the staff we have encountered are super friendly and thoughtful. My mom does not require much care at this point but Autumn Lake has done a good job with her medicines and therapy. My mom is still transitioning and has not used the dining facilities yet. But says the food is very good. My mom always prided her cooking and I was surprised at how happy she has been with the food. Autumn Lake is great value for your money in our opinion.

My mom loved the food, the dinners are top notch. They have plenty of activities provided for the residents. There is a great sense of community, all of the residents look out for one another. I would highly recommend Glen Crest to others looking.

it is one of the best enjoyable places to live at an elderly age. people are very nice and Genesis does a proper job in their care of others.

In the area for the value Glen Crest is a great facility. There are others in the around but they are newer, more expensive and seem to be better suited for a younger crowd. The apartment sizes are very good. She is in a one bedroom and it is spacious and perfect for what she needs. The manager [name removed] is wonderful and has been here a long time, the staff is great, and it is just a really nice and welcoming environment overall. I would absolutely recommend Glen Crest to others looking.

It is one of the nicest, cleanest places I have seen. The rooms are a nice size, there is plenty of activities if you want to participate. The only problem is that it reminded me of an assisted living facility my mom was in. The folks who lived there were well into their 70’s, at least the few I saw. I am not ready to live in a community like that at this time.

My visit to Glen Crest was very pleasant. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

We chose Glen Crest because of the location, the availability, as well as there weren't many other independent living places around. My mother loves the food, there is a good amount of variety. She loves that someone cooks and brings the food to her, it is a luxury she has never had. The apartment sizes are perfect size for her. We went with the studio apartment and we believe she has the best room. She has a sliding door going out to her patio on the ground floor. It has helped during COVID for visiting reasons. My favorite part about the community so far has been the director [name removed], she has been very responsive. I would definitely recommend this community.

I like this community. We are happy with how well the staff are taking care of my aunt. I have tried the food and it is great. The community is very nice and clean. This is one of the only really independent living communities in the area. I would recommend this community.
