Las Palmas has been exactly what my father has needed for the past 4 years. Here, he is cared for with patience and respect. My father is able to remain active by participating in the many activities offered at Las Palmas. He is very social, he enjoys the many opportunities to engage with other residents. The staff are fully attentive to his individual needs and empathetically communicate with him. As his daughter, I have peace of mind knowing that my father is in a place that feels like a "home" to him where he is carefully attended to and where he is accompanied by others his age that allow him to socialize and feel like he is part of a community. I would also like to commend[Name Removed], the Director of Clinical Services. Her supervision of the medical and social needs of the patients and her efficient communication with the family members is one of the reasons this center stands out amongst the others.

Priceless. It might be the first time in her life she's actually happy! My mom RAVES about the food and how good it is. She says she feels herself getting stronger every day because she's eating so much better And because she has better access to healthcare, she is even getting PT now She has made a lot of friends, and they're like a little community, so it has been good for her mental health as well. And she participates in a lot of their activities and really enjoys it. They had a prom!!

We could not be happier!! The lady that I dealt with, [name removed], was very friendly, professional, and really went out of her way to be helpful. My mom LOVES the food and the activities. I think she might be the happiest she's ever been in her entire life. Maintenance even put her new furniture together!

[name removed] was mainly the person at a place for Mom who helped me , we saw several places , but most definitely las Palmas was the chosen one . [name removed] is a very warm person and helped us throughout the whole process , she has been living there for 2 months already and she us very happy , they are constantly doing improvements to the property and is great.

Blue Palms offers a variety of fellowship worship and great safety conditions. Very happy here!

I have lived here for 6 years. I lived in Independent Living. I am very very happy. I enjoy the many activities provided for the residents. We have ice cream socials. parties , and great service along with wonderful people. An added feature is our new on property doctors facility. They are excellent.

Blue Palms Senior Living is located in a beautiful city with lots of shopping and good restaurants. They offer a medical clinic on site as well.

The faculty is extremely helpful and the facility is extremely clean and has many amenities available for residence.

The administration is very attentive and the lobby is gorgeous!

Impressive campus. Seems extremely well run.

They give my loved ones such individual care. I think that the personnel is really spectacular; very caring and gentle. Maybe the food could use a little improvement. I think they are trying really hard to make my parents adjustment as seamless as possible.

My parents reside at St Josephs John Knox Village the serving staff the nurses, and staff seem to have been there for quite some time which indicates their turnover rate is low. Michele Caruso goes above and beyond to assist my parents always in a timely mannner, she is consistent in her job and manages the people under her great. Always ensuring that my parents are well taken care of. Overall rating pleasant.

They are fantastic. I don't have any complaints, about food or activities, or anything. They were the best of all the places I checked out. They were much less in price than the others as well.

i moved in here and it only took me about a week to appreciate and love it like no other place… I have so many activities and so many friends now and i didn't realize how lonely i had been and the staff is fantastic and the food is terrific and i seem at least 20 years younger now.

We liked this community when we looked at it. They offer twenty four seven nursing care. The people we met were nice. This is a buy in community so these residents have priority over the residents that have not bought in. This is a high rise community. They are nice and accommodating. This community does have a long waiting list.

They are really doing a good job. Nothing is perfect, and it's still pretty new to us, but they have professional management, good staff and a good facility. She loves it there. We are very happy with them.

I can only speak to the independent living- the most important thing for us was the cost, and I am happy with the condition of the apartment and the costs that are included.

The staff are all great people especially the people working in the kitchen and especially [name removed] the morning woman that brings out our breakfast to us in the dining room. She is a true treasure and valuable asset to this community. The activities could be a little more than what they are now especially for the men that live here.
