Brookdale

Everything was great. Just what my parents needed. The staff was polite and helpful, the food was delicious, there were plenty of activities, they did a great job with cleaning, and the apartment size was adequate. We have no complaints. Thank you!

Staff is mixed, but overall not awful. Some people have been extremely helpful to my father, others haven't been so helpful. The activities are very helpful for socializing. My dad hasn't felt isolated at all due to being able to participate in activities. Food has been just okay. My father says breakfast is great. Facility is very clean. Room is on the smaller side, but truly perfect for my father's needs.

That is easy, it was straight 5's all the way. They were amazing in every category. We loved Brookdale from the very first moment. The people were so welcoming and the residents all looked so comfortable and happy. They did everything above and beyond what we ever expected

Lovely facility Came at end of meal time - residents appeared happy and sociable. Facility pleasant and clean. Since my visit other plans have been made for my sister I thank you for your kindness.

The tour was great. The facility is very nice. Lots of light, friendly staff, and a homey atmosphere.

The staff is really amazing and they have very little turnover. Room is cleaned regularly and there is never a smell like I have experienced in other facilities. They have regular activities to help with brain stimulation. Her room is a perfect size for her and we were able to bring everything she needed.

5 for all of them. Mom loves it there. I really enjoy going to the surgery center. Everyone there is very friendly and professional! Keep up the great work. Yes I would definitely recommend this home to others. Mom is very comfortable there and she refers to it as her home

Staff always have a smile even when my aunt is difficult. Rooms are perfect size for our needs. When the button is rang, staff are quick to respond. She loves bingo and happy hour.

Very nice facility and staff. Top of our list on visits. The visit was well organized. We actually visited twice.

They are wonderful people and truly care about their residents. A+, 5 Star Care from the staff in the Office, food service and custodial service. The residents appear to be caring and concerned for one another's well being. I do recommend it as long as the resident is not in need of constant assistance.

My dad seems to like the place and it was the only facility within his budget that had a one bedroom as opposed to a studio. The staff is very helpful when attending to his needs. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

The staff is wonderful. They are very involved with residents. There are activities and interactions throughout the day. The food is good, medications dispensed on time. The public areas are clean and bright. Rooms are nice sized but I'd only give a C for cleanliness of the residents rooms.

The staff have been amazing from the start and continue to be available for my Mother's needs. The facility is kept clean as well as the apartment Mother lives in. I see activities going on frequently including residents who gather together on their own to work on projects. The information of upcoming events is posted monthly and daily so the opportunity is there for everyone. The food is prepared and served restaurant style. Mother's apartment is a good size for her to live comfortably. I'm quite familiar with Brookdale because I am there 4 to 5 times a week spending hours on the property. The outside of the facility is well maintained and looks homey due to the large trees and welcoming entrance. Residents I have met seem to enjoy their home there.

The staff is great, the food is great, the apartment size is great, the place is clean. I have no complaints at all, it's been a great experience so far. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

[name removed] and [name removed] was excellent, they touched base with me several times , [name removed] set up a virtual tour of the place, which helped me a lot. I thought the room size was great, I bought twin bed , recliner, chest, floor lamp, TV. The bathroom was good size, closet was very big with wire shelving, I was pleased with how new and clean everything was

I would give them all a five we are very happy with everything my mother in law doesn't partake in the activities so I really can't speak for that. The apartment size is bigger than we thought lots of closet space. All of the staff there is very friendly. The amazing thing is the other people that stay there are very friendly and helpful. They seemed to be always smiling.

I am pleased with the facility. Having Mom there has given me peace of mind as she ages. I would recommend Brookdale Norman to other families.
