Clean helpful personnel kind to my dad. It is a very clean facility.

Good value for the money. Great staff. The facilty and activities are good. There has been several changes in ownership and each time it seems they need to squeeze harder to make the purchase profitable. So we notice high staff turnover because workers are pursuing better compensation elsewhere.

We love it here. We have everything we need. Wish we had moved in sooner. They have so many activities and keep adding more. There is such a variety of things to do. No one should be bored. Think it is especially nice that they have town hall meeting each month so we can voice any concerns or make suggestions and they hop right on the suggestions. Also like it that they have lots of choices of food and kitchen staff try so hard to please. Their soups and desserts are out of this world. Just had our room cleaned this morning. Always do excellent job. Maintenance on top of everything and very willing to help. In fact all of the staff very willing to assist with anything. I am winding down on PT for spinal stenosis and so glad can do it here. My only complaint and it isn't really a complaint. Wish they had storage units for residents. But at the same time it has made me get rid of things that we don't need. We haven't used service but glad they take residents to Dr. That is great service. Don't know how they could do much better.

My father in law loves the food. The apartment is the largest of the 3 places he has lived. They encourage the residents to bring ideas for activities.

Staff very nice and friendly. Friendly people, construction of the building, cost per month, and the up keep of the facility.

It has been such a great experience, my mom loves it here! The director of the facility has been up twice to visit her. The food is fantastic with multiple choices at each meal. Maintenance is great. They came in several times and hung pictures on the wall for her, put in extra shelving in the closets for her. Everyone there is friendly and kind. Many amenities. She gets her hair done there once a week. She said the ladies that come in once a week to clean do a wonderful job.

All of his needs are taken care of- food , work out area and physical therapy onsite, activities. Price- and excellent food- so nice to work with- we worked with [name removed]

It's a very nice place, the staff is wonderful, and the monthly rent is very reasonable. They offer all kinds of activities for the residents and occasionally have lunches at restaurants nearby. There's a little bit of something for everyone there.

5 across the board. Father in law loves the facility. Says it is better value then the 2 previous places he stayed at. Absolutely loves living at the Inn at Garden Plaza. A resounding YES, we would recommend the community to other families

What we like the most about Remington Heights is the friendliness and helpfulness of the people, great food, wonderful activities, how hard they work to make it a great place to live. Wish we had moved in sooner.

We absolutely love it! My sister is super happy there and is a changed person! She's eating again and socializing. Staff is amazing!!

Our first encounter was the tour of The Bridge, such kindness of the director and friendliness of the staff made us feel so comfortable. One of residents even stopped us to say an how nice the place was. We never felt like we were asking too much, we see a lot of accountability with the staff for each one of the residents. The Bridge is very clean, staff very nice to residents an visitors. We love the safety factor of everyone signed in a received badge to know who you’re visiting. Our Mom loves the food excellent. I would definitely refer others to this place.

When I became the legal guardian of my friend [name removed], who was reluctant to enter into an assisted living care, I know I had my hands full. Together we must have visited every facility in Las Vegas. I was on my way home when by chance I stubbled upon The Bridge at Patadise Valley. From the outside, I thought this was way out of my friend's budget, so I was reluctant to even stop. We decided to take a tour regardless. Immediately we were greeted in the most friendliest manner. We chatted with many of their residence, as well as staff members. From [name removed] and [name removed], to Nurse [name removed], they couldn't have made [name removed] feel more at home. At the end of our tour, [name removed] turned to me and said "This is home."

Garden Plaza Cleveland gets a rating of five, activities and personnel are top drawer, excellent. Cleaning is great. Facility is great.. Physical Therapy and speech therapy are great. Menu is good, but not great..

I am over 65 and currently living independently; I want to be prepared should that no longer be possible. I visited The Bridge at Paradise Valley in [date removed] to check it out. The Maintenance Director showed me through the facility and reviewed the safety options there. I was impressed by the focus on resident and staff safety. The facility looked clean and smelled clean. The residents I encountered were cheerful, active and friendly. The communal dining area was spacious -- everyone I talked to said the meals are delicious. I did not tour the surrounding grounds as it was too hot to venture out. One negative, there was a flock of pigeons resting there. They are dirty and disease carriers. I saw this on the way out so did not have a chance to discuss their Pest Manage Policies. The Bridge offers several apartment setups depending on your budget and preferences with some flexibility related to flooring. I think the Bridge at Paradise could be a place to call home if needed.

My new home is pretty and well decorated. That's important to me. I enjoy the activities that are provided and the encouragement by staff to participate. All of the staff are very friendly and very helpful. I love the monthly candlelight dinners. There is always a theme & the staff dress accordingly. Band music is great.

Starting with management, ethics and compassion predominate all actions and is central throughout the entire facility. This brings comfort and security to all. Staff is respectful to our individual choices such that we are free to enjoy our life while knowing we are supported with care at each level through our aging process. Activities, food, business office medications are well managed. We're supported in times of need, as when my husband passed away, staff put my well being first. They look out for us without asking, to be certain that we're mentally, physically and financially allowed a soft landing. I am truly thankful to be here and hope to stay for the remainder of my years. The place to have fun, friends, transportation and wonderful apartments. I could ask for nothing more.

My sister was at The Bridge for almost two years before she passed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food and choices on the menu made the meals very enjoyable. The interior was always clean and fresh. Their decor is warm and inviting. They have great activities. Singers come on a regular visit to entertain. That was always so much fun.. I recommend them very highly. .

In general all staff and workers were very friendly and helpful for my sister's care. They all helped me when she left this world on [date removed]. I appreciate any and everything they did constantly for her even when she got cranking at times, but she was liked by everyone even then. Again my thanks to all the staff for all the given help.
