After researching several other facilities, me and my brother both got a good feeling on our tour of Smoke Ranch Memory Care. Speaking with your brand ambassador, Cendrene, sealed the deal. She was thorough and knowledgeable about the whole process of placing Mom at Smoke Ranch. It felt like the transition was going to be easy and that we were making the right decision for Mom at this point in her life.

As soon as we entered Garden Care we felted right at home. It’s a beautiful facility with the nicest employees. The staff are friendly, attentive, and treat the residents with kindness and respect. The residents can join in on various activities or not. It’s their choice, but they offer so many different options they keep them busy. If I were going to put a loved one in a memory care facility this would definitely be my choice.

Exceptional care and attention is given in a very safe environment! Since I live in another state, I appreciate knowing that my loved one is well taken care of - the staff shows her love and kindness and that gives me so much peace of mind!

This community has provided excellent care for residents with dementia for years. I was so encouraged to see the updates that the new ownership is making to the building. New areas that will help bring residents back to a good time in their lives. The staff is caring and attentive, the community is clean and safe, and the leadership team is compassionate and communicative.

We searched many facilities that would meet our mother’s needs. The Gardens and their entire staff have made my mother’s stay feel like home. Very close-knit community, they all look out for each other and bring comfort to each of the residents. We are so blessed to have found a place that takes such wonderful care of our mother. My mom is very happy at this facility. She is always well groomed, engaged and entertained. The staff is friendly, and welcomes our large family. They always keeps me up to date and lets me know of any changes or concerns. Everyone is very attentive and understand my mom’s needs. I am glad I don’t have to worry about my mom, I know she is in good hands.

The employees were really nice & the place is beautifully clean!! I saw them treat the residents with gentle hands!

My mom was one of the first residents and is there still 8 years later. Such a great facility and the people that take care of her are so professional and caring. They are on top of any problems that arise and communicate so well with me about any concerns I have about mom.

I couldn't ask for better care for mom than what she receives at Smoke Ranch. The staff treats her (and me) like we're family, the facility is spotless and there is an abundance of stimulating activities. I highly recommend Smoke Ranch Memory Care.

Knowing that mom is being cared for, fed, being attended to by qualified staff has given me peace of mind. As moms memory started to deteriorate she became less mobile, unable to feed herself or use the bathroom on her own. The caring staff at Gardens Care not only attend to her needs but engage with her in a way she can relate. I' ve seen them make her smile, compliment her and show genuine concern for her well being.

Mom had a fun time with all the activities provided. She said the meals were delicious and she enjoyed sitting at the “Ladies’ table with other like-minded residents”. All the caregivers and other staff were very kind and attentive.

This has been a great place since I moved in a for years back. The new owners are making great changes. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly.

Moving here was an adjustment. It was hard at first, but I made new friends. I love the activities and the food. These are a lot of changes happening here. I am excited to see there all completed!

As an Independent now I am very satisfied with the care. The housekeepers are great. But, we need more helps everywhere especially at night. Also, need more help with emptying the trash every day.

My life here at Gardens Care Scottsdale in enriched by the consistent friendship exhibited by both staff and fellow residents. The activities that are provided for us are nicely balance both in friendly and content are welcomed by many. We enjoy a clean and comfortable environment as well.

For us the process was very smooth. The staff has been very responsive to any questions or concerns. My dad has had no complaints- he likes the staff. He was made an ambassador of his floor within weeks of his arrival and he knows everyone. We're very happy thus far.
