A Place For Mom for gave us options and made our search easy within the perimeter of that area we were looking in. When I got here the owner was not there. The staff called to see if they were coming but the husband stopped by instead. It was a nice tour but he referred all my questions. Not the right fit for mom.

My mother is doing very well, she still wants to go home but it is where she needs to be and they take care of her. Everything is great, I love New Hope Assisted Lviing and I have become friends with the caregivers, they are very nice and caring.

We didn’t have any experience with memory care when we had to bring my mother-in-law to Colonial Gardens, [Removed], [Removed] and staff worked with all of us so well to help us get adjusted to this new living situation. Not only were they informative, but also so loving toward my mother-in-law. Attending to her every need as well as making sure she was trying to do more than she thought she could. We knew within a couple days that we had found the right place and we are thankful for the expertise that was needed to care for her. We will be forever grateful. I would highly recommend anyone who’s needing a memory care facility to come check out Colonial Gardens.

This is a nice community for my mom. I like knowing that she is in a clean community and she is very happy with the menu and likes everything. They have a variety of activities that she will like to participate in later on. We would highly recommend this community for outstanding care and excellent value for the care of a loved one.

Colonial Gardens is a lovely facility. I have nothing negative to say about them. The reason we did not choose this as my aunt's home is the residents were more advanced in memory care. A lot of them were non-communicative, not at at the same level and we felt she would not have much interaction.

My brothers and I moved our mother to Colonial Gardens because we were so impressed with the hands-on and loving care we saw there. We wish we had known of it sooner. The people who cared for our mother were wonderful!! We will always be so thankful for Colonial Gardens.

It was difficult for me to enter mom into as assisted living community. But, I wanted her to have a safe home and that is what we found at Colonial Gardens. Mom felt loved, safe and comfortable. I felt grateful that if I could no longer offer her safety she would get it and I could see her daily and give her even more love. The staff were so loving and attentive throughout her stay and that made it even better for mom to the very end. I will always be grateful for the wonderful friends that made each day a happy one for mom.

Colonial Gardens has a comfortable home like feel. More importantly in my opinion was the confident, caring attention given by the staff. My mother was a longtime resident and, through out her stay, I knew well-intentioned, loving people were caring for her.

To move at age 99 after 4+ years elsewhere should have been extreme. The remarkable staff: [Removed]. Director / Activities Director / WN / CNA’S / all, performed the miraculous day one! The transition produced an immediate return to normalcy. The result: more coherent / No anxiety / No agitation / return of social skill comprehension and sense of belonging. Truly excellence in knowledge, training and care resides here. I am eternally grateful.

The staff at CG are phenomenal... Friendly, kind, genuine, loving, caring. If only the world could catch a glimpse of them! How their everyday activities could change the world; living by example. I know my mom is safe and sound with them!!

This facility has an excellent staff, my mother couldn't be in better hands!!

I would not have found this place if it was not for A Place For Mom. I like the fact that it is all females. The owner, [Removed], was what sold is. I felt very comfortable with her and the caregivers are all kind and friendly. The size of the place is perfect. There are only 9 residents there4 and the place is very clean. We are very happy with our choice.

I'm so thankful that [removed] is in this community. Everyone who works here is caring, loving, patient & they always smile all the time! Colonial Gardens is clean (always), the residents are always clean! Never dirty laundry. They have activities all morning & exercises. It's bright and cheerful in the activity room. This is a blessing from God.

This community is a gift from God. We can manage the fee, It is staffed so well. The staff is attentive. Our family is content. Arlene and Amanda are wonderful. Thank you for letting us be a part of it.

My husband lived his last five months at Colonial Gardens. The facility has a very home-like setting with large common area & individual resident rooms. The beautiful gardens allow even wheelchair bound residents to enjoy the outdoors. The food is delicious, above all else, the staff was attentive, caring & knowledgeable. Staff development is a high priority. I visited every day & witnessed the attention to detail. Every resident is treated lovingly & with dignity.

I am very happy with the care my mom is getting. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The community is very clean and taken care of. The food is very good and the activities are wonderful. I would highly recommend this care for other families with loved ones.
