Hilltop at Glenwood is great! From the staff, to the level of care and communication they deserve higher than a 5. Any concerns or questions that we may have they are professionally and compassionately answered. The level of care that is provided is better than we could have imagined. It gives us peace of mind and comfort knowing that our loved one is at Hilltop at Glenwood.

The staff really worked well with my MIL and going to dialysis. At times it was hard to get in touch with her but part of this is due to her memory issues. They took great care of her until she passed away recently.

This is an amazing place! My mom is so happy here! Beautiful facility. Clean and always decorated beautifully for each season. Friendly and caring staffing. You get a sense of family and caring from ALL members of staff they all work together with caring and empathy. Fun and diverse activities that include all levels of residents. Lots of fun parties that include all.

My father was a resident since the end of [date removed], unfortunately he passed away 5 days before Christmas, he loved Heritage Woods and the people who work there, these people are amazing, very friendly and happy to help when you need it, i highly recommend this location if you have a parent that is in need of assisted living, very affordable, veteran discounts, trust me, you wont go wrong !!

The application and registration process was easy enough. The food is adequate. The apartments both times were more than adequate and very clean. The last one was a studio and even that was plenty spacious for respite. Care was very good. Everything I asked was done. My husband did not use activities but there were several available.

The meals and dining needs a little bit of help, and the activities needs a little bit of help and consistency. However, It's smaller, which we like. Location is great for us, Just being more consistent with activities and the beauty shop lady seems to not be consistent

The overall friendliness of everyone and the food choices

It's hard to say for all since mom was fairly independent. Overall the are 5. The staff is very caring and attentive. The facility is homey, spacious and clean.

The staff is very attentive to the patients and I know my husband enjoys the meals being served. There are activities easy to follow for the patients that are interested in them.

The staff listens and cares about their residents. Any concerns are addressed immediately. Friendly and engaging.

My mother in law has not complained to us about anything!!! She wants to go home but not because of anything to do with Glenwood. The staff appears to me to be more qualified, trained than where my mom lived in Muscle Shoals.

My uncle has thrived at Magnolia village! My uncle speaks very highly of the staff there! I would recommend to others.

My mother is being looked after so carefully like she was their first child. The nurses and caregivers ar very nice and attentive. I’m very thankful we chose Hilltop ar Glenwood for her to stay. She is always so happy there and gets along with the other clients.

What we like the most about Hilltop at Glenwood is that the workers are so caring and nice. They are very patient and don't get frustrated with the residents. We would absolutely 100% recommend this community to other families.

There is a real sense of community and caring from all levels. The staff are really attentive and genuinely seem to enjoy both residents AND each other. The facility is spotless.

Great facility. My dad loves it there. Great value and they are all inclusive. Best value in the area. Don't require to have [removed]k in the bank like all the others.

The facility is very clean and has a number of areas that are very homey and comfortable. The people who work and or volunteer there are very sweet and comforting. The food is very tasty and abundant. The residents are offered activities chosen for their abilities.

What we like the most about Langdon Place is the friendly staff and we would recommend this community to other families.

The staff is so up beat and pleasant from the sales manager, [name removed], the dining staff, [name removed] the activities coordinator, the wellness manager [name removed] and care staff. They talk to my mother even though she is very quiet and has some dementia. They are doing rehab which her last place would not do which made her wheelchair bound for a year and a half. I would highly recommend Highgate at Paoli Pointe. No place is perfect but they try their best to make living there as comfortable and caring as possible. Thank you for setting up my visit there. Even though it is half an hour from my house, it is an easy ride and only 10 minutes from KOP mall.

I would highly recommend Partridge House. My mother was treated with respect and caring. She died there two years ago.
