All the staff here is wonderful! We were treated wonderful from the sale time until I signed up to stay. The food is exceptionally prepare, and the apartments are very spacious. there are activities throughout the week. I highly recommend this place

It’s a wonderful place very clean & the staff are exceptional. They have lots of entertainment & activities for the residents to do. The aids & nurses really care about the residents. Anytime we have questions comments or concerns they are handled quickly.

We toured this facility when looking for a place for my mom. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. The staff was very friendly, the residents seemed happy and the location was perfect. My mom fell in love with it immediately and so did we! She is currently living there and is so happy. She said the food is delicious, her room is amazing and she participates in a whole bunch of the planned activities. She is never bored! We couldn’t be happier with our choice. And we’re comfortable knowing that she is safe and content in her new home!

My grandmother has been there about 2 months and so far she and I both love it! Clean! So much for the residents to do, everyone I’ve come across has always been so kind! My grandmother has made some nice friends and is having lots of interaction! So far so good!

Everyone, and I mean everyone, is pleasant, friendly, happy, helpful, and fun!! This includes staff and residents. I am so glad I chose Harmony! The facility is always clean without that annoying, headache inducing, medicinal smell. There is a variety of activities that everyone can find something fun and appealing. Thanks, Harmony!

Mom was well cared for and engaged in activities which was so good for her. The staff was kind and caring. I highly recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

My husband and I have enjoyed the friendly atmosphere with the residents and staff, as well as the entertainment and activities. Could have more activities for males, like a wood working shop. Looking at oncoming winter weather, as a money making improject for Harmony , since no garages, could take a poll of residents to see how many would rent portable garages placed on the back empty parking lot. They are available at Amazon Also concern over Sat fat & sodium in food. A registered dietician could help. B. Also Using McCormicks Montreal chicken seasoning cuts down on sodium. And can be used on EVERYTHING , not just chicken. All in all we love our new “home” especially our apt with nice storage, cleanliness of public bathrooms and building

The apartment size is very nice size. The entire place is very clean. The staff is very caring and helpful. The food is good but could be more.

It would be beneficial if we got a weekly summary of interaction and or observations as we don't get accurate info from mom as to daily occupancies. Cleanliness of the facility is nice. It appears that there is staff shortage.

The staff have been very nice and helpful. Sadly some of the favorites have left but all in all they are good people. The cleanliness is great! Very pleased with the apartment size and location of the apartment to the nurses station.

The staff was very thoughtful, communicated frequently and all got to know my mother in law and her needs. The facility was always clean, her room was cleaned at least weekly. The food was good and nutritious. Her room was private and amply sized for a twin bed, nightstand, dresser, wing chair and side table with plenty of room to move around, a large closet, and very large bathroom with another large closet.

The apartment was clean and the perfect size for my dad. The staff was amazing and treated him like family. We loved Harmony and my grandkids loved going to see him. They loved the pool table and activities for them. We were very pleased w harmony

The studio apartment is a bit small with a queen size bed but for a twin or double it's fine. Nice, big closet and bathroom.

Harmony at Five Forks is a happy place! The staff and the residents alike are happy and friendly. There is an abundance of activities going on every day. Mom says the food is delicious and thinks the variety is good too. It is a very clean place and her room is very spacious. She is in a 1 bedroom apartment in independent living. The only suggestion for improvement would be better housekeeping in the apartments. They really do the minimum and I have to do the rest.

So far, I would highly recommend Harmony at Kent to others looking. It has been a positive experience.

The staff really care for residents, and communicate my father's needs. Dad loves the food, and his apartment has always been clean and tidy when family members visit. I have recommended A Place for Mom to some good friends and relatives. I think you guys have an outstanding network and work ethic. You helped me greatly with my dad. I turned my brother-in-law onto A Place for Mom, and he is trying to get his mom (recently widowed) into assisted living. They have found a suitable place. Unfortunately, his mom does not want to move from her current apartment, but she definitely needs assistance, and companionship with other people.

Staff is welcoming and very considerate. The place is always clean and the food is pretty good. I can't speak to the activities and as far as the apartment size goes [name removed] has a studio and it is just perfect for her needs.

I've been pleased with my father's care at Harmony. The staff has been incredibly nice and helpful, he loves his apartment and the beautiful fenced in area for his little dog. He's been pleased with food and eating healthy.

Mom has a one bedroom. Sufficient in size and storage. Kitchen even has a pantry. Being brand new is of course a big difference from other places.
