My family visited a number of different providers & facilities before selecting Hearthstone to care for a parent. While there a short time, it has proven to be a great choice, as the care has exceeded our expectations. We could not be more comfortable with the outcome and highly recommend Hearthstone Communities for care of a loved one.

The caregivers at Hearthstone are top notch! I can’t say enough about the care our grandma has received there. The first things she says when we visit is “they take such good care of you here”. We trust in Angie and all of the caregivers there to handle any situations that come their way with honesty and their residents well being in mind always!!

The staff at the Barrett house are taking excellent care of my mom. They are very attentive and the facility is very clean. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for care for their loved ones.

The entire staff from top down is second to none. Everyone always provides genuine care for my mother. Having my mother live at Heathstone in Macomb gives me and my family a sense of peace every night knowing that our mother is safe, well cared for and loved. When our mother could no longer remain in Independent Living, we were referred to [removed name]. It was the first place we toured, and nothing else came close in cleanliness, comfort, or neighborhood setting. After several years there, we can confidently say there is no better place for her. [removed name] and her staff consistently provide exceptional care, always respond to our questions, and gladly make adjustments when needed. They go above and beyond by celebrating birthdays, hosting holiday events, and creating a true sense of home for the residents. This is not only a review, but a sincere “Thank You” to [removed name] and her team for their continued dedication and the outstanding care they provide to our mother.

The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful to my mother. She loves living there. She especially loves [name removed] and [name removed]. She gets spoiled by them. Thank you all for taking such good care of her.

It’s terrible to watch someone you love with dementia, but it is of comfort to know she is with people who truly care about her in a loving environment. My mother requires 24 hour care and the staff here are genuinely caring and tend to her needs with compassion. The house is a warm and friendly environment with activities, music and family fellowship. It really does feel like a home away from home.

My family and I are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my grandmother receives at this senior living home. It’s clear they treat residents like family, not just residents, and that has made all the difference for us. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and full of life. Knowing she is well cared for gives our whole family peace of mind. We could not ask for a better place for her to call home, and we truly appreciate everyone who plays a role in her daily comfort. Highly recommended to any family looking for a safe, compassionate, and uplifting environment for their loved ones.

After touring one of hearthstone’s adult care homes I felt immediately my mom would do so well there. In the week between my tour and moving my mom in, I visited multiple times and was so impressed with the residence and the staff. Arriving to see resident activities in progress, the smell of incredible home cooking and staff that were clearly kind and caring gave me so much peace that this would be the right place for my mom. My mom officially moved in yesterday and I already saw a light in her that I hadn’t seen in a very long time. I realize it sounds dramatic - but she was greeted with so much love and warmth and it was clear she felt right at ease. I feel so much peace knowing she is in a safe, caring place with people who want to see her thrive despite her dementia. Best decision.

My momma has been at Hearthstone Communities for almost 4 years and she always says “Honey, if you ever need a place to stay, come here!” She is so happy and calls everyone “honey.” I cannot thank Angie and staff enough for taking care of my sweet momma.

My grandma has been a resident at Hearthstone for several years. The staff does a wonderful job taking care of her and genuinely care for the residents. Every time we visit, she tells us what a good job they’re doing. I highly recommend the facility.

The folks at Hearthstone take such great care of my grandmother. She has been a resident there for three years and the home is always clean, the employees are pleasant and helpful, and most importantly my grandmother loves living there! I have and will continue to recommend Hearthstone to friends and family.

My Grandmother has been living here for years. Every time we visit she’ll say, “Lord, you wouldn’t believe how good they take care of me.” The staff is always friendly and [name removed] knows how to throw a good party. I would recommend anyone who needs assistance to live here.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Hearthstone in Sterling Heights for the last three years. She is happy, well cared for, and safe. When you ask her if she likes her home, she will tell you, “if anyone needs a place to stay, and be cared for, this is where they should come!” Excellent staff. Weekly entertainment. Holiday parties for staff and their families. Doctors come to the residents. I have recommended Hearthstone Communities to my friends for their loved ones, and one of them actually brought their father and was very happy.

My mother has been in this facility for 5 years. She is well taken care of and will say to me “if you ever had to come to a place I would tell everyone to come here”. The food is always good. They do crafts and provide live musical acts.

I have been in this home for a few months. The only care I get is absolutely amazing. I got 24/7 Care, homemade meals assistance with everything that I need. I adore my staff. They take wonderful care of me.

I have been in this home for 2 years, I absolutely love my caregivers. I have my favorites but over all I’m very well taken care of. Food is amazing, we have live music, activities, therapy etc. The best place to live.

[name removed] and her staff are wonderful. I know my friend’s mother doesn’t want to go anywhere else. They provide excellent care that you will never find in a nursing or another group home. What can I say Hearthstone is the best. My Father was at 3 different facilities they were not a great fit for my Dad. We discovered Hearthstone from a family friend . My Dad has finally found a home he is very happy here. The owners and the staff are all very kind and professional. I couldn't be happier with the care my dad is receiving.
