I definitely think it is better for my brother-in-law because it has an independent community of residents along with assisted living and memory care. (He is in assisted living) The staff is great and communicative with us, the family, including the nursing staff and the general care manager. It seems that the food and wait staff are variable, good days and bad days. There are plenty of activities and the lobby area is a busy place. The gym equipment is nice with cycling, rowing machine and weights but not anyone for instruction however there are group exercise classes in an activity room. There are only 2 elevators so it's slow going, prepare to be patient. The residents seem happy and friendly and we're happy he is there.

My father loved living here, it became home to him within a few days. The staff in the dining room were attentive and treated him like a member of their family. The caregivers were prompt and respectful when entering his room. He always said “If you ask anyone for help they will help you “ I noticed times when residents didn’t have to ask, the staff were already helping. The facility is small so the staff knows the residents. Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the hardworking staff in the laundry and housekeeping, caregivers, supervisors and the director of maintenance who always seemed to be able to answer questions and help my dad figure out the tv remotes. My father was only able to stay for the last few months of his life, the staff made him feel like an old timer. They embraced me during his last days and I will be forever grateful especially to the supervisors who were there for us. The quality that will always mean the most is the feeling of family.

Would definitely recommend!! Friendly staff, great environment, clean facility. Lots of great activities for everyone to participate in. From the moment you walk in the door it is welcoming environment. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. Keystone Villa at Fleetwood is AMAZING.

Overall the staff especially the nurses were excellent with care and information. The whole building including the private rooms were always clean and neat. The size of the rooms was ok. The Food was good and pleantifull. Maintenance of building was always good. Lots of activities during the week.

From the moment we visited Traditions of Hershey we knew it was the best fit! The apartment was a good size and there was lots of natural light. It felt like home right away. The staff were so kind and compassionate! They were able to answer all our questions. They went the extra mile to ensure our loved one was welcomed! The food was good and they always gave you plenty of it. The activities were a lot of fun with a variety of things to do. We had the opportunity to add on enhanced living care to ensure all our loved one's needs were taken care of! I would highly recommend Traditions of Hershey!

My brother and I are searching for a facility for our eldest brother to live in when he is released from rehab. We felt that the staff were highly professional, courteous and truly enjoyed working with the residents. They knew everyone by name and they appear to be taking excellent care of the people that live at Chancellors'Village. We would rate this top-notch out of the 3 facilities we saw that day, they were our first choice for our brother.

The place was really great. I liked it best of any place we toured, it just was out of our price range.

Everything has been wonderful. My father in law is in the memory care neighborhood and the staff is great. They have programs and great food.

My aunt is in independent living so there isn't much care involved. Although they do offer many pay for extra services if needed at a reasonable price. My experience with the staff has always been positive and friendly. Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care are all in the same building so there is plenty of staff available. The facility is older than some of the ones we visited but it's in good shape. I think it's more homey. The common areas are always clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. My aunt says the food is good. Two meals a day are included in Independent Living. They offer many on site activities and have frequent trips to local shops and restaurants.

They were very friendly. [name removed] knew the residents and talked a little with them. We saw one of the studio apts and the resident was there and kindly let us look around the room. I liked that there was a separate room where we could have a private family lunch if we wanted to or a little private party. Looks like there are a lot of things to keep the residents busy if they want to be. It all looked very clean.

Chancellor’s Village has been there for over 30 years and the mature trees and flowering bushes made for a welcoming arrival. I got there several minutes before the scheduled tour time and was directed to the Bistro where I could wait comfortably. (And it WAS a comfortable little retreat.). Several friendly residents were already there and they all were pleased with living there.The atmosphere throughout the residence is clean, calm, comfortable and….homey.The Bistro leads out to a beautiful outdoor patio which has plenty of seating and a beautiful area with fountain. The home made pizza that was served for lunch smelled heavenly! Apartments had fairly large kitchens and good sized balconies/ patios. Some balconies were screened but not all. The staff were friendly and helpful. Watching the interaction between staff and residents made it seem like this was a community. This was a family!

Keystone Villa at Douglasville is like a home away from home. There activities for everyone. Word games, informative lectures, social gatherings without the cooking, and yardwork. But the best thing are the friends you make with the residents and staff.

Our experience at Keystone Villa has been so welcoming since day one. The staff is so professional and helpful and friendly. We've felt at home from the beginning. The people make the place a pleasure to be in and Keystone has been exceptional at the filling of all out expectations.

It's a very clean and friendly place. The staff bends over backwards to help you. There is an abundant amount of things to do. The residents are also friendly and enjoyable to be with. The caregivers are always available and willing to help when needed. The programs that are scheduled are enjoyable and very knowledgable and fun to attend. Ialso enjoy the weekly outings and shopping trips when I am able to go. The meals and monthly themed special meals are enjoyable.

Moving to Keystone was a godsend. After out upheaval from another facility, we were referred to Keystone Villa. our needs were met 100% and I know my husband is taken care of and that's the most important to me. The carestaff is just wonderful, kind, compassionate, and caring. We have made many friends who are sweet and caring. We have had a very enjoyable time here at Keystone VIlla. The desserts have been sinful. Wow. Amazing. I love that I can live with my husband.

Worth looking at this facility.

A great place in a neighborhood that we lived in for years. We have a lot of family members that live close and will come to visit on a regular basis. I believe that Mom will do well there.

Building was well maintained, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a full offering of activities and services.

We just moved our Uncle [name removed into Traditions of Hershey this weekend. Everything single person we delt with was extremely professional and helpful.
