Many of the staff demonstrate a genuine care for the residents. They are very friendly with the family members and seek collaboration in doing what's right for resident. There has been a recent change in management, but the care for the residents has been consistent. The facility is simple and in a quiet neighborhood, and especially for the price point, it is remarkable. We feel very grateful!

It is a small facility and that is a positive. We were pleasantly surprised with the tour and the staff. We are interested but this is quite a distance for us to be able to visit our family member. We are discussing this option and will be in touch. And, please if there us anyway, we greatly need this help in placer county. Thank you.

Came in to this building to offer our services and the residents were happy, the place was fun and the workers were kind and looked happy.

Prior centers have never treated family members like they do. The rooms are always clean, provide privacy, courteous staff members and the food is fantastic.

Family member is being taken care of and loves the care staff because they go above and beyond for their family member.

I recently visited this facility and was happy to see how friendly the staff were. While here I got to see the residents enjoying a game of volleyball and laughed along with them as they batted the balloon back and forth. If I had to choose somewhere for my parents in the future, I would definitely look to Apple Ridge

I enjoy the food here at Apple Ridge. The menu varies and there is always a delicious soup of the day. I also appreciate that there is coffee always available. The staff is friendly and caring. I also enjoy the weekly music provided.

The level of care is consistently excellent. The facility is clean, the room is clean, and the resident is kept clean and groomed. I visit twice per week and by visual observation and smell I can attest to this. Equally important, since my father has dementia but is still conversational, he expresses happiness with his life there. He is comfortable there. He enjoys being around so many people, the activity, the livliness of the continual engagement between staff and resident.

It's the cheapest option around; the staff is so knowledgeable of every resident's current state, needs, and preferences and is very communicative with the families; the staff does a fabulous job managing the social interactions among the residents even though they all have dementia and may be less socially refined; and all the residents seem genuinely happy

I do think that it would be nice if there were more crafts/activities not intended for advanced patients, maybe same activities with multi-levels.

It was the best value for care that we found. The facility may be out dated, but the care he received for the price we could afford was our largest concern. We felt the care he received was above and beyond compared to the prices of other facilities we looked at.

The staff and administrators at TreVista Senior Living are ready to listen to your concerns and act on them if needed.

The main reason was it exclusively for Memory Care patients. The other places I looked at were assisted living first and a smaller memory care unit felt like an afterthought. StellarCare had three floors were depending on your state you would live. The lowest floor had less stimulus and soft colors while the upper floor catered to active patients. My mom was free to walk around and go wherever she wanted and was always cared for wherever she was. They had the big room downstairs where they did large group activities and a smaller room for the more needy patients with their own activities. They were set up to deal with a variety of patients and I never once saw anyone that wasn't well looked after
