We found Hemsley House an exceptional, well maintained facility. The sales representative was extremely helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and giving us a great tour of the place. He guided us through the process of moving my wife into her very nice studio apartment.

The Rivermont tour was great. Rivermont has everything that i am looking for. I have one more place to look at. As you know, i am not ready to make the move.

WONDERFUL ATMOSPHERE, THE RESIDENTS ARE SOOO FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING. THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT, SO MANY ACTIVITIES SEVEN DAYS A WEEK. LOVE THE GREAT ROOM, MOVIE ROOM, EXERCISE ROOM, ELEGANT DINING ROOM. SO HAPPY MY LOVED ONE IS A RESIDENT AT ACCLAIM.

At the last minute we requested to meet with the staff before our 1:00 appt and they accommodated. We did not initially meet with the marketer but a staff member from memory care and she was wonderful! The marketer joined us as soon as she could. Everyone was welcoming and kind. Love the number of activities for the residents at MC! Unfortunately, as soon as we walked into MC there was a smell and also some of the residents seemed "unkept" and some even were wearing clothes that did not look clean. I think these two issues can be fixed. I still would recommend friends to tour Legend!

The staff were caring and friendly and the facility was very cleaning and well laid out. There seems to be quite a selection of activities, both on-site and off. We will be looking further into placing our loved one in this facility.

Staff appears friendly, facility is clean, apts are spacious, food looks great. Probably saw about 20 residents participating in activities as we had arrived after lunch. Liked it enough that we choose the Gables as a place for Dad.

Over all staff is fantastic! The care team is amazing.

We are very pleased with our Legend experience. We often remark on the overall cleanliness of the facility. Our room is cleaned every week with no problems. We chose Legends because of their menu and dining choices. Our servers are very attentive and know our preferences and make us feel welcome and respected. All staff members are cordial and respectful. I've been impressed when we've needed medical assistance. We are pleased with our apartment and the common areas. We are very pleased with our Legend experience.

The facility is very clean. The staff seem to be very nice and caring. Management worked with us on timing and availability of the room for exactly when we needed it. The apartment size was a good fit for my mothers needs with separate bedroom and living areas. The food has been very good with menus providing multiple options at each meal. Also, there are a variety of activities for movement, memory care and socializing each day.

All the staff we encountered were very nice and welcoming. [name removed] was really pleasant to talk with and we enjoyed meeting her.

Staff is very attentive and helpful, food is good quality, facility is clean with no offensive odors. Dad was in an efficiency apartment which was plenty of space for one person with large area near entry door and large bathroom. Twin size bed works best for spacing. I would recommend the community to others.

I give the Gables 5 stars, it is a great fit for my mother. We love the fact it has a small community ( compared to others we saw), good size rooms , clean and fresh smelling. The people that work there are golden. Everyone I've been in contact with has a great disposition, helpful and friendly. My mother wasn't interested in leaving her home. We took her there for lunch and I could see her warming up to the place. After we moved her in she told me, "she hopes she lives long enough to enjoy this place." I feel that says it all, momma is happy there.

Everyone was very gracious and helped me with all my questions only being a few blocks from our house will make it easier to visit

The staff was amazing from the person who gave us a tour, the receptionist, the administrator and nurse were all fabulous and accommodating. The facility is super clean and welcoming. The size of The apartment is perfect size for a full size bed, chair and small dresser. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Great place and I know I will love it there. Can't wait to move there at the end of the month. The staff was great and the place was clean and wonderful and lots of nice people there and I might meet a friend or two and I won't be so lonely and get help when I need it.

Before I toured I spoke with [name removed] on the phone. She was so kind, reassuring, and comforting. I felt like she was throwing me a life line while I was navigating these new and stormy waters. On tour day, I also met with [name removed], who is the director of the Memory Care and an RN. She too was so warm, encouraging, reassuring, and very authentic. I toured the facility that day. All of the residents appeared happy, engaged, and well taken care of. The Memory Care facility was clean. Overall, I believed the residents were happy and very well cared for. It's an older facility, so it doesn't have the bougie appearance of some of it's competitors, but at the end of the day, I was convinced it would offer my Mother the best care and attention.

Dad and others have not been thrilled with the food lately. Activities are ok Dad gets bored in the afternoon. Dad chose a smaller apartment and is comfortable in it. There's plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair or walker. He gets the apartment cleaned & laundry done once a week, on the same day, which is nice. Dad kept his doctor, but Legend manages his meds, which is worth the price to us. The staff all knows him and is very sweet & helpful.

All 5's. Great place, so glad she's there. Staff and nurses are very friendly and helpful. She loves the bingo and music programs. They also take weekly trips to various stores. The food is very good too. The apartment itself is really nice. Has an apartment feel, rather than a hotel room/hospital room feel. Very homey.

I really liked this place. But to costly for me. Even with the Patriots Angel. Need more help with other programs.

I just toured this beautiful facility and I must say I was blown away by all of the offerings and extra amenities they have! The property is tucked away from the road, the entire staff is so friendly and welcoming and the movie theater is just amazing!! The feeling that stuck with me most is the feeling of home!! I would definitely recommend this facility to my own family members!!
