Long Hill

Upon my arrival for a tour, I was greeted by [Removed]. She was so friendly and professional and just a delight to be around! The first thing I noticed that was different from every other property I visited, was that the residents were smiling and HAPPY!!! The facility is beautiful and the staff are all so friendly!!! Sadly my mother passed away before she got to stay but I would have been so happy and relieved to have had her there. If I could give a higher star rating than a 5, I certainly would! Well done Provident Village!

They are taking really good care of my husband at the Provident Village at Creekside. The staff is very friendly and welcoming to family and friends when we come to visit. The food is very delicious, I have dined with him on several occasions. I really enjoy the special days when they dress up in costume and serve food in relation to the day they are celebrating. They provide activities for the residents and the staff really tries to encourage the residents to participate. They have a terrace area for the residents to go outside and enjoy the fresh air. He really likes his room and we were so glad to furnish his room with his furniture and pictures to make him feel more at home in his new surroundings. We were not able to do that in the previous community. I would highly recommend this community to friends and family.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far everything is going well for her. The staff are all excellent especially the front desk ladies. They always make sure to communicate with me about how my mom is doing and look out for her. One thing she has mentioned to me is how impressed with the meals she is. Lately her favorite activity seems to be the bingo with the other residents and I am happy to see her enjoying that. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

I have been happy with the care at this community. It has been an outstanding more for my mom. The staff are attentive and caring to her needs. The menu is outstanding and she has been pleased with the menu. I know that my mom has been able to meet friends and likes that the community is clean and maintained. I like knowing that she is happy with being in this community and would recommend the value of the care to other families.

On my visit I had someone who was professional and thorough with giving the tour. The community was fine for the care we were looking for. The community looked very nice too. However, based on the factors, the were farther away.

I am a hospice nurse for Pickens and Cherokee county area. I go to a lot of facilities to visit my residents. I have to say Provident Village has got to be my favorite place. I instantly feel welcomed when I come in, well staffed community, some of the most amazing staff I have ever worked with! Wellness Director is doing a great job keeping it staff but amazing job keeping them well informed Med techs and caregivers are the most knowledgeable I have ever seen! The building is beautiful and clean but the care the resident get comes from an amazing staff at Provident I find myself bragging about faculty I highly recommend you to take a love one there!

We placed our father into the new memory care unit in late 2016. The memory care coordinator, [removed], convinced us early that our dad was going to get great care there. My wife, who is an occupational therapist who works a lot with the geriatric population took note that, while the memory unit was new, many of the employees were recognized as some of the "good" folks from other local facilities in which she had treated patients. This was comforting, as there weren't really any reviews available then. Fast forward five months. We are so grateful that we chose Provident Village. The staff in the memory unit is truly amazing. Some of the most caring and competent caregivers we've ever met work here. It really showed in how our father was cared for. Unfortunately, my father was placed on home hospice (at Provident Village), and recently passed away. But I know his final months were spent in the care of the best folks in the industry. I enthusiastically recommend Provident Village's memory unit to anyone who is looking.

[Removed] is one of the chef's here and he makes me whatever I want. Everyone has really been wonderful and the experience has been spectacular.

My aunt is happy at this community. We have found the staff to be very nice and caring to his needs. The community is clean and well taken care of. The meals are healthy and a nice variety. She is enjoying the activities that are offer. We would highly recommend this community to other families.

The staff at Provident Village at Creekside has been wonderful throughout this whole transition process. The facility is beautiful and well cared for. The staff seem to genuinely care for their residents and want to see them happy and healthy in their new environment. Everyone from the directors, marketing team, nursing staff, activities coordinators, dining services, and facility maintenance do an amazing job and we are thankful that we found Provident Village at Creekside at just the right time! My mother is well cared for, safe, loved, and involved in fun, daily activities. The location makes it easy for us to visit several times a week and every time we go we are reminded how blessed we are that we found this beautiful place with such a kind staff to care for my mother.

Change is difficult on most people, but it is especially hard on aging parents. The entire team at Provident Village made my Dad feel like he was up in life and helped my mom see that their team would become a loving and caring extension of our family. In just 2 short weeks both mom and dad have flourished because of our new family at Provident Village at Creekside and the rest of our family are able to live our lives more peacefully and effectively knowing that dad is receiving the best care possible.

We are very happy with this community. My mom is happy that she is able to have us visit with living so close to the community. The staff is very nice and caring. The staff goes out of there way to make sure that she has some of her personal things. She is really liking the activities that are available. The food is outstanding and we would highly recommend the care here for other families

The staff at Provident is very friendly and welcoming. Mom says everyone is nice. She is mostly pleased with the food. They have a good variety of activities and outings in the memory care area. Mom likes to play bingo. The community is new and very clean. I would recommend this community.

I toured this community for my father. The manager was great and offered me a fantastic tour. The cost was a little more than what I expected. The activities were wonderful and they offer activities out of the community with a limo! This community has so much to offer a loved one and I suggest families see the community for outstanding care. Great meals and a very clean home.

We just love this community and the staff. As a matter a fact when my loved one gets out of the rehab this is where he wants to go to live. It is a excellent community for him to be in and thrive. He just needs to get a little more mobile.

The staff is the best I have met. The facilities are great. This is like living in a country club.

Large facility that is able to retain a cozy feel to it. The residents were engaged. Highly recommend.

Stoney Brook of Copperas Cove is a nice community. The staff has been friendly with my loved one. Meals plans and activities are offered for the residents. My mother is still trying to adjust a little in the community. She has a couple of friends that she gets to have lunch with. The staff is also trying to get her to engage in activities in a level of comfort for her.
