It's always very clean and neat and very quiet. They usually respond promptlyThere are many things that are great about this place - most of the staff are very sweet and kind and go out of their way to help the residents. I know we were led to believe that there would be lots of activities to participate in, and there aren't. I think that was my loved ones biggest disappointment.

We absolutely love the place! It is a very homey type of atmosphere. The food is really good, and if you don't like what they have on the menu, they have other things you can order. The staff is also very caring and friendly.

Cedarhurst has been a wonderful place for my grandma. The love and care that they provide for her has been amazing. [name removed] and [name removed] organize some fun activities that keep her active. She really loves the singers that come out and playing bingo. They provide full services so there’s no need for grandma to go out to get her hair done or wait in line at a clinic to get her blood drawn.

I want to compliment Kari and her staff at Cedarhurst for their extra efforts during what could be a difficult time with the increase in flu and Covid cases. As I live out of the area I visit my mom by phone everyday. She is always excited to share with me all the activities if her day. The staff is doing a wonderful job keeping the residence entertained and entertained.

They make sure all residents are involved in activities, no matter their status of care. Family is always welcome to come and join in the daily routines. They make sure holidays are celebrated and that family can be invited to join the festivities. Looking forward to their Special Christmas dinner coming up soon. They could use more staff so other workers could have a day off. They do the best they can with the workers they have.

I moved my wife of 50 years into Cedarhurst Memory Care this afternoon. Needless to say, it was an emotional experience. Thank God for [names removed], the Director of Sales. She went way more than above and beyond in making the transition as easy and comforting as possible. While all the folks I met, [names removed]etc. were friendly and compassionate, [names removed]is a true gem. I don't know what they pay her, but it isn't enough. I am a 100% disabled Viet Nam combat vet, and I don't know if we would have made it without her. It seemed as though no challenge was too great for her, even staying late into the evening to insure the delivery of my wife's furniture . Due to the reception we have gotten I feel far more comfortable that my wife is in good professional hands and she is not being treated as merely a number, but as a member of the family. Thank you all.

The manager, [name removed], is the best and she does it for the entire community. The nurses don't seem to have much patience for the residents. My loved one is safe. There are activities for the residents to participate in.

This is a wonderful place.

Did a walk-thru with [Name removed]. Really liked the facility. Waiting on [Name removed] to get back to me on when I can be sure that the December vacation dates can be locked in....

We are so very happy with The Fountains at Granite City. They know “every” resident! They have made my Mom feel welcome and secure. They make me feel far less stressed now that she is at the Fountains. They proved their excellence when Mom fell and broke her hip (she was rushing into the bathroom) they responded within 2 minutes, called EMS, me and my brother. Followed our desired response I could not be happier.

My father has lived at The Fountains in Godfrey since [date removed]. There are not enough positive or kind words to describe the care he has received from the staff. It is truely a wonderful place. He was recently in Barnes and then STL Rehab. He was visited several times by the nursing staff from The Fountains in Godfrey. They were very involved in making sure he could return to The Fountains. With dad living at The Fountains in Godfrey it gives the family a great piece of mind. He loves them all as well. I would highly recommend this assisted living facility, The Fountains in Godfrey.

I don't even know how to put it into the words the family feeling my father receives from The Fountains Family! My father is safe, happy and enjoys the employees and his friends at The Fountains. If you are considering The Fountains - it is a YES!

Facilities and staff outstanding. Dining facility/routine excellent. Very important to residents to maintain "self image". All staff very impressive. Direct care workers very patient and well trained.

Autumn Leaves/Oswego is a wonderful memory care facility I visited about 10 facilities and immediately noticed the difference in the way the residents were treated with love and care at this home. They are treated like family. I highly recommend that you pay them a visit.

Wonderful facility! My dad has been there about a year now. Staff takes great care of him. They are always attentive, caring! Professional. The administrative staff always has time for family concerns, especially [name removed] & [name removed]. [name removed] does a great job & activities and engaging residents. Facility itself is beautiful, love the outside patios!

We can't say enough about the loving care all the staff at Autumn Leaves gives to our mom. The atmosphere at Autumn Leaves is very family like. Everyone looks out for reach other. The residence is very bright and cheerful and the staff work hard at keeping the residents engaged with many acitivities we are glad our mom is being taken care of so well when we are not here.

This community and their staff have been marvelous with my mother. They are attentive, caring and they stay in contact with me about my mom. Mom has trouble with her earing and her eyesight is very bad, so the staff makes sure that she gets to take part in the activities, she gets her hair done weekly and that she comes to the dining room as she loves visiting with the other residents. Mom has a nice one bedroom/bath with a kitchenette and she has brought her own furniture so it feels more like home to her. I would definitely recommend scheduling a tour here.

My husband attends the Day Stay and loves it. He loves all of the staff and is excited to see them each week. They are very caring and compassionate and make him feel welcome each time he arrives. I see him happy, is busy and sings and talks and laughs with residents.

I am very happy with the care at this community. We find that the staff is always kind and willing to help the residents at all times. The community is clean with a nice enviroment. There menu is appealing and they offer nice activities to the residents. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

This is an excellent facility, I can't say enough great things about it! The facility is spotless and it looks and smells like a higher end hotel. The staff are very friendly, and they look very professional, as they are usually in business casual dress. I was also pleased recently when there was a fire alarm and the staff made residents their first priority and made sure that they were okay. I am very pleased with this facility!
