At Ivy Park at Simh Valley the rooms are kept perfectly clean and neat. The food has been described as great. My interactions with the staff have been awesome. They have all been efficient, caring and willing to go to any lengths for the good of the residents. Our friend who now resides there asked us to never move her from Ivy Park.

I took a tour with [name removed] at Ivy Park of San Ramon for my mom who has Lewy Body Dementia. I absolutely loved the place very clean, organized and I also meet a lot of residents while I was there. All the people are super nice. The food is excellent

5 on all items. My aunt was initially unsure of moving into a memory care facility, but a week and a half later she was talking about how much she enjoyed the activities and the food. The staff are friendly and helpful. Yes, we would recommend Ivy Terrace community to other families.

Very knowledgeable staff. The place was clean and the residents appeard happy. There were many places in the building to have conversations. It appeared as if there were lots of different activities available. The food was good and the chef came out personally to aks how the residents liked the new meal he had made. The staff was friendly and knew the residents by name and interacted with them when they passed by. The one-bedroom was pretty good sized and the rooms were pretty nice. I lilked that fact that it was a smaller community and that Ithe memory care area if needed) is in the same larger building. The overall age of the residents is a little older than some other assitive living/retirement communities I have seen. Overall I was very impressed and would definiately consider having my mom move there when the time comes if needed.

Ivy Park at La Jolla is a beautiful small assisted living facility. The setting feels like a converted mansion that caters to individual resident needs. All of the boxes are checked such as meals, on-site nurse, activities etc. The price described is reasonable for the setting. I am at the beginning of my search for mom’s next home and Ivy Park set the bar very high. It is what am comparing every other assisted living facility to.

Staff is fantastic! The apartments were recently completely renovated so they are really nice. It's a very cozy atmosphere with only 48 residents. Nice outdoor spaces and the food is very good. My dad's apartment is completely cleaned weekly and his laundry as well which comes back neatly folded. It's a short walk to Venice blvd that has a weekly farmers market and lots of cafes and shops.

It was perfect except that she didn't love the food. Care was outstanding, facility beautiful and clean, room was perfect. Only wish we would have sent her sooner so she could have enjoyed all they have to offer longer.

My mom really likes Ivy Park. [name removed] is a great leader for the establishment and the staff is all very nice. My mother especially enjoys the chef cooked meals and availability of food at any time. They have activities and parties that are very nice. The facilities is very clean and my mom Enjoys a shared room situation that works out economically for her. We shopped around for places and immediately knew that this one was the right one for her. We were right and are very happy with it!

Staff was amazing, care was excellent, food was great, plenty of activities never a dull moment, and housekeeping sparkled!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ivy Park of Sabre Springs. We stopped by hoping to get a peek and make an appointment. It turned out they were willing to see us right then and there we watched a bingo activity gathering up in a pub type room, even with the popcorn popper going. The residents seemed pretty excited by it. Our guide offered clear narration for each area and answered all our questions. I loved the way corridors opened up wider near corners and the elevators. Some of the designated areas were woven into the hallways and adjoining rooms. Every area felt welcoming and well cared for. The yard was peaceful and included a small putting green. The place felt so un-institutional i was impressed. We finished in a pretty conference room where we openly discussed priced and amenities. Our guide offered clear sensed we were a bit troubled by some prices and suggested ways to make it work. Overall my family and I enjoyed the place and the people.
