[name removed] is so very special and makes everybody feel good. It's a blessing to me and my wife being here. All of the staff here at assisted living memory care so very excellent and we thank all for being there for us.

The staff is plentiful and very accommodating. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and creates a warm, welcoming environment for both residents and their families. From rehabilitation services to long-term care, every aspect is handled with professionalism and genuine kindness. Highly recommend for anyone seeking exceptional skilled nursing care.

I cannot say enough about how great [name removed] , [name removed] and the rest of the staff are. I could not have been able to transfer my mom from another state with advanced dementia and not have their detailed execution in receiving her; and remaining the same caring and involved staff as they have been for the last 4 months. My mom is an accomplished academic and they allow her to remain engaged with them socially as if she were still an administrator. We (my household) see our mom often during the week, always impromptu, and spend time within the "home" with comfort and peace because the environment is consistently the same. You can't ask for a better place to ease your mind 24/7 with your loved one. For that- I am so grateful!

Sales manager [name removed] is a superstar. He was the best thing about Sullivan Park.

what i like most is how the staff understands what our family has to go through when putting a loved one in assisted living and how the deal with that family member's complaints as they adjust to their new surroundings. In fact when I get to this stage in my life, this is where I want to go

Wonderful, loving and caring staff. Many activities including much music and art. Excellent meds management. Lovely facility.

A couple of positives would be the staff was very carrying and loving. The place was extremely clean. One negative as I wish there was more communication between the staff and the person being cared for's family.

The management staff here is superior that coupled with the fact that the residents themselves enjoy being here make for an overall pleasant experience. There are always plenty of activities and and and social interaction. I do not feel alone. Through the research that I conducted in finding a an assisted or unassisted Senior living facility mountain view has by far proven to be an excellent decision I would recommend to anyone I lived alone until my wife died and then got rather lazy in my own self healthcare and hygiene being this environment has reassured me that there there is life after death. I have rejected the pity potty and are back to experiencing some of the many joys in life even after my wife's death and alcohol and drug issue and ignoring and avoiding all especially my kids and family.

The facility has been recently renovated. It is very clean, well maintained, and well staffed. My Mom was probably not there a total of 2 weeks

The staff is wonderful, the rooms are large, and the food is great. I would recommend this facility to others - overall it's a great place and a little less expensive than others.

I'm sorry! It's a wonderful place and they are so amazing!! We want to get her home, and she is so upset and wants to be with us! It's heartbreaking!! We. Can't wait to have her back! They seriously are so wonderful! They are so wonderful! [name removed] had a very strong personality and she wants to be with us and we want her to be! Then when sundowners starts she gets mean! It's heartbreaking.

My father has been living at this Sierra Basin for a while now, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible team caring for him. From day one, the staff has gone above and beyond to ensure he feels safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. The nursing team, especially the nurse that does the first contact, has been outstanding—always responsive, compassionate, and incredibly attentive to his needs. Every time I visit, he looks well-groomed, happy, and more at peace than I ever imagined possible. It brings me so much comfort to know he’s in such loving and capable hands. This place has truly been a blessing for our family.

We love Autumn Wind. Super friendly staff. They are very good w the residents. My mom loves them. They are patient and kind. They take pride in getting to know their residents personally. Admin staff are super easy to work with! They start right away finding ways to help with the transition to assisted living by pairing up at meals with other residents that might be a good fit for friendship. Housekeeping staff is awesome!

My father-in-law recently moved into the Assisted Living Facility at Colonial Vista in Wenatchee. Our experience with the move was wonderful. The facility is vibrant, bright and clean. My father-in-law's apartment has been recently updated. The bathroom especially is great for his mobility issues. The maintenance guy has been very responsive to our minor repair requests and worked above and beyond to get my FIL's television working. The medical personnel are kind and caring and the administrative staff has been so helpful as we worked through the long-term care insurance claim. My FIL has really enjoyed the apartment cleaning, but to be honest, his favorite is the food. He loves almost everything and now we don't worry about him not eating.

My Mom ([name removed]) spent the last 3 years of her life at Newport Beach Memory Care. What a beautiful place for her to be. The staff is extremely caring, seemingly everywhere at once, and always happy and helpful. THEY LOVED MY MOM, and SHE LOVED THEM !! I popped in to visit my Mom roughly 2-3 times per week, and each time I was there I swear I wish I lived there too!! Food was excellent, it's very very "homey" with a common living area, a friendly peaceful vibe, pictures on the walls, couches, and a big ol' cozy area rug so the patients feel comfortable and at home. Alzheimers / Dementia is tough on us children, but for my family, Newport Beach Memory Care was so awesome -- my Mom was very happy here!! If you're having challenges taking care of your Mom or Dad suffering from Dementia / Alzheimers, you MUST pay Newport Beach Memory Care a visit. It's the cleanest, the "homey-est," the least hospital-like, and the caregivers are top notch!

After searching around the Newport Beach/Huntington Beach area for a Memory Care Facility, we were relieved to find somewhere like Newport Beach Memory Care. The smaller and more intimate setting was welcoming, comforting, and something we did not feel or experience after touring other facilities. We have been so comforted by the transparency of the staff and their attention to detail. The administration and the staff are all so friendly and truly do love and care for each person in the facility. We consistently find the facility clean and well maintained from the patient rooms through to the common areas in addition to the patios. I recently had the opportunity to tour Newport Beach Memory Care where I met with [name removed]. [name removed] was so kind and friendly that it felt like she was showing me around her own home. The atmosphere inside is warm and welcoming and the outdoor spaces are peaceful and relaxing. The residents that I spoke with were very open and seemed genuinely happy. After visiting several other Memory Care facilities in North Orange County I can tell you that this is one of the best I’ve seen!

The experience between [community removed] and Autumn Winds was night and day. We had a very positive experience at Autumn Winds. Mom's experiences in the later stages of her life were very good. We chose Autumn Winds mainly on location. We were pleasantly surprised at the loving and caring attitude to go along with their care giving.

My mom is in good hands at Newport Beach Memory Care. The administrative staff and care staff have provided the highest level of compassion and professionalism. Being able to partner with Newport Beach Memory Care in caring for my mom has been a blessing. Thank you!
