Prestige Care

The community is a perfectly suited for me. I would rate the staff at 10, they are caring professional, and immediately at my needs. Everything here has been done to suit my needs. There are many activities available for the residents. There is a strong emphasis on health and fitness at this community. I'm 100% satisified.

We chose this facility because of the amount of care he was able to get here, they had everything here he needed to get better. They have been very good with communication throughout covid. My father loves the staff here and he is very happy with the food. this We have had a very good experience with Prestige Senior Living Riverwood. I would recommend them to others looking.

This past week they have started to allow us back into the community. The food has been being delivered to the resident's rooms. They are starting to reopen the dining room. It is a good option for both personal and financially reasons. They only have 2 year private pay before Medicaid. I would like to see some updates of the community; however, to my understanding they will be making changes. The windows are hard to get up and down for our window visits.

My Mom is able to have an active and interactive life and home base at this facility.

I am not sure what we would have done with out Prestige. They made room for my Dad when we couldn't find anywhere for him a few years ago. He could not longer take care of himself at his retirement home and shortly after the passing of my Mom I was staying with him and caring for him while also working full time. Prestige took us under their wing and helped us make sure our Dad was safe. He had to live in another town for awhile and then as soon as we could he was moved close to us in Corvallis. Since then, we have been blessed to know he is in good hands. Since the COVID lock down it has been very hard. Prestige employees have been working hard to make sure our Dad has what he needs and is safe. As a nurse, I know that being a care giver is challenging and things aren't always perfect. I still know that my Dad is in a place that cares, regardless of these trying times. The Director [name removed] is so kind and caring also! I would highly reccomend this place for a family member.

Our virtual tour with the facility representative was great. The concept of "resident through end of life" as one of the biggest positives to the environment. The move in fees were a little higher than our first choice, but in our decision process, they made it to the final round.

The folks at this facility are excellent, professional, warm, and caring! As my father's memory issues began to become a problem, the staff here were understanding, patient, and knew how to work with his limitations. I found everyone who works here to be trustworthy, kind and wonderful people. I recommend this facility enthusiastically.

Our loved one really enjoys the community, her room is perfect for she loves it. Our only issues is the communication with administration. They changed our loved ones rate substantially without notifying us. We tried for months to get it resolved, and it was only resolved once there was new administration..

It is a good place to go to. It is a place I would go to if could. The staff is very cooperative. They respond to my request quickly and done immediately. My loved one has a very nice room with a big bathroom. The community is very careful and diligent about protecting the residents.

My great uncle has lived here about a year and a half and it's been an amazing place for him! Before covid precautions were put in place I would visit often for lunch or dinner. The food and company were both great and it was always clean and smelled good when I visited. My uncle loves the different activities and exercise classes. He said they had an outdoor socially distanced concert last week that was amazing- I am so glad to hear they're still having fun during this pandemic! The staff is caring and quick to respond. My uncle says they're always there to help within minutes if he needs something, even when it's mundane like when he drops his book and can't pick it up off the floor himself. Wonderful place to call home!

My great uncle has lived here at West Hills about a year and half now. Before covid precautions were put in place I'd visit and often join him for dinner there. Their food is great, their homemade bread and soups are wonderful and I love how they cook their salmon! My uncle is in a wheelchair and says the caregivers are super helpful and quick to respond. Even if he just needs help picking up something he dropped, they're there within minutes to assist him. They got a new executive director earlier this year (2020) and my uncle says he really has improved the place! He also loves their activities person and said they had an amazing live singer perform outdoors last week so they were all socially distanced! They're still having fun during this pandemic and I love it!

My mom is very happy there. She been living there for a year now and I just think it's a great place. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking and can afford it. She likes her apartment is comfortable in it. She says she loves to food. They offer a variety of activities and I think they do a great job with it. Having my mother live has alleviated a lot of my worry about her safety.

The town this community is in is home. It's great for me. The staff and care are great. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been quarantined in our rooms. The staff is clearly doing their best to entertain us and keep us safe. They have set up activities in the hall at safe distances so we can interact and engage with each other. I love it and am happy here!

Wonderful warm atmosphere with lots of activity, friendly staff and the smell of good food.

We were so happy to find this lovely community through A Place for Mom. My parents moved in and have settled just fine. The facility is beautiful (like a hotel honestly), the people are friendly and helpful, and the activities are plentiful. Pricing is excellent. Couldn't be happier.

My mother moved to Rosemont after she had suffered several strokes and needed to live in Assisted Care. The facility and staff are top notch. My mom had previously lived at another facility which was nice but could not compare to Rosemont, especially in regards to the staff. Rosemont’s facility is modern, clean and their employees are so caring. They truly care about the residents they are working with and are compassionate with their struggles. I would highly recommend Rosemont to any family, especially based upon their staff - from the director to the nurses to caregivers to dining room to housekeeping to activities, etc. And of course other residents. The culture at this facility is just plain happier than the average I would say.

My mom was in need of Assisted Living when she know longer could remember what pills she needed. I checked over 10 facilities before deciding on Orchard Heights in West Salem. The Admissions person, [name removed] is an absolute sweetheart and listened to every issue regarding my Mom's care. She put me at ease quickly as I was introduced to the Manager [name removed] who is very kind but knowledgeable in the field of geriatrics. My mom and I enjoyed a delicious meal from Chef [name removed] and I was then introduced to the RN who was very caring and informative about my Mom's condition. My Mom has been at Orchard Heights for 2 months now and she smiles now and has new friends that she sits with at the dining table. She gets excited about the trips they take in the facility bus. I am so happy that I chose this little oasis in Salem.

Absolutely wonderful Assisted Living in West Salem. Orchard Heights stands out for its great service, good food and wonderful caring staff. My Dad has had the best care since moving in June 2019. The food is well prepared and delicious, the staff are caring and the manager Tracie keeps everyone in good spirits. I would highly recommend this facility
