The staff at this community were quick to respond and notify me when my loved one fell. They brought her flowers and checked in on her when she was in the hospital. She likes the daily exercise class and they have a movie night a couple nights a week. She has no complaints about the food. The staff are friendly and always have a smile on their face. They have a pond outside with two swans you are able to feed. They offer coffee and snacks during the day. This community feels like a family.

The apartment size is fine. Everything is great there. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

They need more help, as they seem to be always short staff. The staff there is pretty good with the people. I would recommend to others.

My husband is on a special diet. On the first day I gave the chef a list of food he couldn't have. He said he'd do his best. He finally admitted that most of the food was premade and there was little he could do about a low sodium diet. He continued to offer him soup, which is the worst thing he could have. I was there for several meals and the only things I ever saw him eat were hamburgers, hot dogs, curly fries and once chili. I know they were Fed other food but in my opinion what I saw was not very healthy. I spoke to other residents about the food and they were not happy either.

It was a welcoming facility and the director was very knowledgeable regarding Alzheimer’s and Dementia. We visited during the holiday season. It was nice to see how they celebrate with the residents and their families. The memory floor was quiet and though they are starting renovations the layout of the floor was not what we were looking for. I definitely feel anyone looking for a place for their aging family member should check it out.

When it comes to the friendliness of the staff they are great and caring. The activities are better for the females rather than the males and they are working to improve that. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Was looking for a care center for my wife, had a nice friendly tour here. They seemed to have many of the options that we as a family were looking for in care for her.

From what I hear, during the day time (primetime) when their A team is there, its great. I understand finding good people and enough people can be difficult. I think they may be understaffed and could use a little bit of help at night and on the weekends. I also understand that there isn't a need for a lot of nighttime staff because the residents are sleeping mostly.

My mother was recently at this community and I have to say that I am not very happy with how things had went. The overall facility is very nice and they do a great job keeping it clean as well as nicely presented for all of the residents. I was however not pleased with the lack of organization they had with the nurses and the medication. They did not keep in contact with me about any changes they had made to her to her medical plan and I had walked in one day and she was completely off all her medication she needed.

Very nice residence but I feel it was too large and might be overwhelming for my Mom...however my sister and I were ready to move in. Disappointed they did not have ECC accreditation.

They offer a floor for memory care at Seasons. The rest of the floors are for assisted living. The staff are good . Mom seems to like it in the memory care unit. She has not complained about the food. The community is clean and I would recommend this community.

A very nice facility with loving and caring staff. Friends and family visited him while I was out of town and they all gave me a good report. When I returned I could see that he was well taken care of. He was there for 12 days. A few articles of his clothing were missing or misplaced but I suppose that is normal. I highly recommend Season of Belleair.

I really like the facility and the CNA's are awesome. But something needs to be done about the turnover of nursing staff. The CNA's are often overworked because of the lack of nursing coverage. I would hate to lose the great staff of CNA's that you have there because of the lack of more help.

This was the second facility I brought my father to. What a difference!! My father struggles with his memory, but Seasons Belleair is structured extremely well. This has helped him with his daily routine. My father commented on one of the staff members shirts that he remembered them wearing the other day. From the daily menu, (Which is Phenomenal), to the open feeling you get when touring the building, and the genuine cheerfulness of the staff, I can't imagine my dad being more happy.

Food left much to be desired. Activities were always the same, which got boring. Everything else was 3.5. Would not recommend Seasons. The head nurse, Wendy, does not do her job. She says she did something and found out she didn't. This was regarding doctors appointments. Also the main reason I checked out early is because someone stole money out of my purse. The residents were nice.

The CNA's are excellent and the activities are plentiful, fun, stimulating, and enjoyable. they serve a Mediterranean diet, which is helpful for memory. Seasons is still experiencing growing pains. They have not been open for a year yet and they are still in the process of getting the perfect staff. There has been some turn over in important staff and this affects the care level of the residents

The director/management staff can be very aggressive with family members. I caught the director removing personal property in my parents room, without my permission, on two separate occasions. I also overheard her speaking very negatively about residents, including my parents!

Our tour at Seasons Largo was just okay. When we walked in front door, it just didn't have the same liveliness that we experienced elsewhere. It wasn't depressing either. Just not lively.

Seasons Belleair was fine. But it didn't seem that they had as much going on for the residents to do as another place that we toured at.

Scheduled a tour through A Place For Mom. When I arrived, no Receptionist on duty and I stood in Reception area for several minutes before anyone spoke to me. Person I met with did not know about my appointment and was unprepared. On the plus side: there's an aviary; the residents of the memory care unit were clean; the nurse on duty was very helpful. The decor is nice.
