Very happy with The Gardens of Cherokee. Great environment Friendly and helpful employees

We toured Center Point Heights while searching for the right fit for our family. From the moment we walked through the door, the staff was warm and welcoming, taking the time to answer every question we had without making us feel rushed. The facility itself is clean, bright, and well-maintained. The staff clearly cares about the residents, and the overall atmosphere felt genuinely happy and calm.

Wonderful, caring, professional staff willing to go the extra mile to make their residents comfortable and safe. I would recommend to others.

Setting up a tour and a meeting to ask questions is a good starting place. We found the entire staff to be helpful and kind, they bent over backwards to meet needs. They helped my Dad feel safe and cared for, while also being supportive of his needs.

Overall experience - outstanding and everything else from the cleanliness, the staff, the quality of care, meals, activities and value for cost has been superb. My brother has moved from the Gardens this month. If it was not for the care that his [name removed] did for him and the care of the staff at the Gardens [name removed] would not have been able to move out on his own. He is the happiest he has ever been in his life first many many years. My brother [name removed] absolutely loved living at the gardens and really hated to leave there. If & when he it comes time for him needing care again he will definitely return to The Gardens.

As per my brother who is living at The Gardens of Cherokee, he is extremely happy there. As per my experience with The Gardens facility and personal I would rate them a 5 also. I would definitely recommend them to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

[Name removed], the admissions person we met with originally, was very friendly and helpful and has been all through the moving process. There's lots of things to do and people to hang out with, and my loved one is having a ball with the activities. There's a lady who comes regularly to clean the apartments, and the lobby is always nice and clean as well.

This is a beautiful place and our guide was very friendly and informative. I really like the fact that it is all on one level and that garages are available. The cost is the drawback and the fact that once a resident is out of money they need to relocate.

Community and staff were helpful and friendly. Felt like "home" right away. I would recommend it.

Mom unfortunately passed away last month at the Gardens. They took very good care of her. Everyone was friendly, caring and Mom felt each one was her friend. I would definitely recommend this facility to anybody looking for care for their loved ones.

The people are very friendly. Communication could be better between the staff and the patient/family. The care is generally good, although they're short-staffed like every place right now, so the wait time for our loved one to receive help is longer than we appreciate. But they do a good job overall.

Overall I have been happy with my experience at Village Place. I have a large studio apartment and I really like the layout of it. There are plenty of activities provided for residents. We have a new activities director and we hope she will keep things going. Sometimes I do not think they repair some of the things as quickly as they should. The elevator went out and there is only one, so there were a lot of people who could not go anywhere because they use walkers. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

This facility is beautiful and it was pretty good for my loved one. The staff seemed overworked and took awhile to respond at times. They tried to get things accomplished, they were just really short handed. Getting ahold of the manager was a challenge because she was spread so thin. The Aides did an excellent job. They were great about reminding my loved one when it was meal time and helping him get to the dining room. The food was great, great quality and variety. Communication with the family was pretty good, but definitely could have been better. It did seem to be pretty expensive considering the services received. I would possibly recommend them to family and friends, depending on their loved one's needs.

Probably too far South out of town for my specific situation. Nice facility, and friendly staff.
