Living her is the best thing I could have done. We have friends here and are able to bring outside friends here to visit. This is now our home. Everyone is very accommodating. And when there are issues they are seen to right away!

This place has a great community vibe& great hospitality. A Very lovely place and the people are all very nice. I enjoyed it very much. Definitely a place I would choose to live at & experience on a full time basis

The tour we had for Grand villa of Delray East was wonderful. We are looking for a facility that offers respite care and this was perfect for our needs.

I am a resident at Grand Villa of after living in my home for many years. My son wanted me to live closer to him. I’ve made some friends and feel very safe. I know when I have questions, the staff have been able to care for me.

I've lived at The Pineapple House for over 2 years. I had one condition before I moved in and that was that I needed an apartment with a balcony that had a nice view and was relaxing and quiet. I found that and two years later I still enjoy sitting outside in my balcony and watching the birds fly by.

This is by far the nicest and cleanest assisted living facility I have visited in Brevard County. The staff are so kind and caring!

From the Care Staff , maintenance and management Team they have gone above and beyond to help my Mom as she transition from Rehab to Memory Care. The providers that they work with are also very seasoned and experts on their field. My mom is stabilize now and feeling right at home.

We looked at 5 facilities in the Clearwater area. Grand Villa stood out from the rest. It wasn’t the cheapest. But the care, and the turn over from the employees, wasn’t even close. Everybody loved their job. And most have been there for a while. Among other things.

We have recently moved in. We did not bring furniture from MN, so we had a motel for a few nights. When the Management learned that we could not get furniture for a few days, they offered a small furnished studio to bridge the gap, saving us about $[removed]. That was a fine gesture. Staff is very nice and helpful. Food is quite good and is served to your table. There are always two entree choices plus eight lighter dishes which us usually available. You can sit anywhere and dress up is not required. Only shortcomings are no pool or good exercise room. Residents are very friendly and the location is very good. Plenty of parking within 150 feet of entrance.

I moved in a few weeks ago into The Pineapple House assisted living. I have felt very welcomed. The employees are very nice and compassionate. The response time whenever I ask for help is usually quick, as everyone is very attentive and caring.

You have many choices when searching for the perfect home for your loved one. A Place for Mom listened to our needs and singled out 3 facilities that met our requirements. Upon touring these 3 facilities one stood out. The one that seemed to meet our needs hopes and desires for our loved one. The one that felt most like home was Grand Villa of Ocala. We have not been disappointed. The staff is professional and caring. They, work with the family to obtain the optimal life for our loved one. Not only is the staff and surroundings comfortable for our family member, we are comfortable visiting and always welcomed with smiles! We are glad we made the choice we did!

Grand Villa Of Palm Bay provides exceptional care and compassion for its residents. The nursing staff is attentive and communicates well with families, and the administrative team is responsive and organized. The environment is clean, comfortable, and safe, with plenty of engaging activities to keep residents active and social. I would confidently recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality long-term care.

I was visiting my aunt at Tuscan Gardens who is in the Memory Care. It was a wonderful visits. The residents seemed happy and engaged, and the activities, especially Happy Hour, were fun and welcoming!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tuscan Gardens on Venetia Bay in Venice, Florida, while spending time with my aunt, and I was so impressed by the community. Everyone I met seemed genuinely happy, friendly, and engaged, which really says a lot about the atmosphere there.

Grandvilla of Altamonte Springs has been more than just a facility for my mom in Memory Care. She loves it!!! The caregivers are joyful, helpful, caring and excellent at paying attention to details. My mother is never board. She is able to join the "walking club" everyday. Cleanliness is very important and evident throughout all of Grandvilla. I am very grateful to "A Place for Mom" for recommending Grandvilla of Altamonte Springs!

I can't say enough good things about Grand Villa. The Sales Coordinator was a huge help with all of the logistics for my mom. All of the staff is amazing. The Residential Coordinator and the Director of nursing along with the front desk are all so helpful. The process was pretty seamless. I feel so much better knowing that mom is now living her best life. There are so many activities, the food is amazing and everyone is so kind.

I moved in to the Pineapple House as an independent living resident in August. The last few months have been better than I expected. I have made many great friendships and have truly been enjoying my time so far. I was very hesitant before making the move but I'm glad I did.

[name removed] was very well informed and educated on the community she represents. I was able to witness interaction among residents during meals and activities. The rooms are very accommodating and spacious. For a building of that age, it is well-maintained, green areas well-groomed, and common areas were very clean and homey.
