Very informative. Residents were willing to share that they were very happy living there. The staff answered all questions we had.

My mother only lived at Westerville Senior Living for a month in an assisted living apartment before her passing.. During that time, the administrators, nurses, aides, and other staff provided her with the best compassionate care and worked seamlessly with hospice. We are so grateful for the kindness of the staff of this facility given for my mother and our family.

My sister enjoyed her time at Aventura. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The PT was very helpful and caring. Her apartment was very nice and the rooms were a nice size.

We moved my Father-in-Law here in March of this year. He’s in Assisted Living. The facility and staff are both top notch. We’ve been very happy with the care he has received. There have been a couple of times where he has fallen and the staff responded immediately. Many of the staff have been here for years and are obviously happy working here which tells me that management is doing a good job. Highly recommended.

Crestview Senior living has been wonderful! The staff couldn’t be nicer and they have been incredibly accommodating and efficient in making sure my 97-year-old mother had everything she needed for a smooth transition. The staff is amazing, the food is great, and the amenities are perfect for her next chapter! “It feels like home,” she says. We couldn’t be happier.

My tour of this facility was a very pleasant experience. The independent living units appear to be roomy and welcoming; I was especially pleased to see that they each were equipped with small washers and dryers. The reason that I marked 4 stars rather than 5 for "condition of the building" is that there was a pervasive paint odor; perhaps more ventilation needs to be done. I would like to make another visit to see if this is a persistent problem.

They have great staff. The facilities are great and clean. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Our overall Crestview experience has been very good so far. There was a settled in time for us but we quickly met several other couples who live here and have become good friends. Everyone here is very friendly--occupants, staff, workers--all greet you with a smiling hello. The food for the most part is good. There are always substitutes if you don't like the special being offered. Everything is very clean. The hallways always smell good as do the dining room and other meeting rooms. There is a wide variety of activities offered each week along with off campus events. My only complaint is the laundry facility. We share times with housekeeping and other occupants. There is a laundry room at the end of each floor and a signup system which helps. I'm happy we chose Crestview and look forward to our continued time here.

5 stars because of the staff involvement with the residents. The care is exceptional and the attention to the cleanliness is above expectations. I would recommend this facility to others.

We were impressed with the friendly atmosphere and neighborhood. The room was well laid out and the facilities were impressive. It’s close to home so when the time comes this will definitely be our choice

[name removed] was great and we had a fantastic lunch! 5* food! However no storage, closets were fitted with things we would not want, pay to park monthly for covered. Staff very friendly and helpful but residents were not friendly. The grounds and apartments were good just not what we are looking for. Great amenities like salon that I might use even if not a resident and would pay for the excellent food!

I enjoyed my visit to the Westerville Senior Living. The sales representative was obviously knowledgeable and I learned several good tips about working with the elderly. The facility was beautiful. The staff that we met were cheerful.

The community relations person who met with us was delightful and knowledgeable. She put my sister, who is a prospective resident, at ease with her friendly and attentive manner. She answered all our questions satisfactorily and gave us a lot of information. We were impressed with the beautiful facility, the thoughtful layout, it's cleanliness and the location. It is near shopping and restaurants, but also has views and green space surrounding it. The amenities are especially nice with cheery public spaces, up-to-date exercise facilities with access to physical therapists,lovely dining rooms, and a range of outings and activities to keep residents engaged. The one bedroom residential apartment we saw was an adequate size for most. They are in the process of updating them with new cabinets and granite countertops. Overall we were impressed with everything about Lincoln Meadows.

This struck me as a great place for Assisted Living and … beyond. Staff seemed very knowledgeable. Very well-maintained and attractive environment. My only minor concern is that *some* of the units use hotel-style air conditioner units that seemed a tad noisier than I’d ideally like. Thankfully, the type my mom would mostly likely be interested in had quieter, central air conditioning.

It was good except we would have like to see more apartments. Possibly get on a wait list for one that my parents would like.

Love the staff. Mom is in memory care. She has adapted very well. We were very worried, such a relief. The activities are engaging. Not sure about the food.

The apartment size was just right. Could use a little more storage. My father in law enjoys the food. The staff is great EXCEPT for the front desk girl. She supposedly work at another facility. But she is always confused. It took us a month to get my father in laws mailbox key. That was asking her several times. The one time we asked her she left the front desk for 15 minutes then when she came back couldn't remember what we needed!

For the last three years, Westbrook Senior Living’s Memory Care team provided my Mom with extraordinary, compassionate care, and our family will be forever grateful. [name removed] and his entire team are nothing short of amazing! They didn't just care for my Mom; they truly loved her. That devotion, patience, and warmth showed in every interaction and made all the difference in the world during a difficult journey for our family. Knowing she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared for her brought our family peace. To [name removed] and the extraordinary Memory Care staff in Streamwood: thank you for treating my mom like family and for giving her such dignity, tenderness, and love until the very end. You are true angels, and we cannot recommend Westbrook Senior Living highly enough. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

If you are looking for a memory care facility for a loved one, this is the place! The whole community is beautiful, but the staff is what makes this place special. They treat everyone that lives there like they would treat their own parents! In Memory Care, the staff went above and beyond when taking care of our mom. The love and respect they showed her during her struggles with dementia will never be forgotten. The Director in Memory Care reached out to me constantly to let me know everything going on with mom throughout her stay there. Our family will always have a special place in our hearts for the whole Memory Care Team at Westbrook Senior Living!
