The staff is so pleasant and caring. I like the attention they give to the residents and the atmosphere overall is very nice! I especially like that the staff is always on the lookout for anything and are professional and discreet when necessary.

I never imagined that my parents would need to be in a nursing home, but when my dad was diagnosed with dementia and my mom with cancer, I realized that I could not care for them. I am thankful that I found Oliver Woods. The staff is professional and caring. As difficult as all of this has been, I am comforted by knowing that my parents are safe and have many people that genuinely care for them. Oliver Woods has not just been an institution for my parents, it has been a home.

I am a health care worker and Gaslight staff really expressed me how compassionate the girls were about their work. The activities were amazing for the resident something for then to interact with each entertainment piece. The food was very impressive as well. My family felt our individual had a very good ending to his final days on earth. Thank you Gaslight.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. You walk in and you are greeted by the receptionist. The building is clean and beautiful. They have a lot to offer a far as meals and activities for the residents.

We used this facility for respite services. Staff and residents are very friendly. Loved being able to order food from a menu at each meal. This included a lot of variety and was very good. Nice areas to sit and walk around. Many activities to take advantage of.

The place is clean, quiet and the staff is friendly. The memory care is what we needed and our choice after touring four other locations. My mother has moved in seven months ago and so far, no regrets.

It was a very nice place. My father n law passed after be there for a week. It was very nice while there.

BEO is a wonderful place for an aging loved one. The administrator [name removed] always has a smile on her, makes a point to speak to me when she sees me and is always so kind. The staff go above and beyond for residents. Its a beautiful place and I'd gladly have my loved one live at BEO. They have a wonderful Therapy Team that's on site and even a hair dresser that all residents just love. Last but not least [name removed] the activities director is always coming up with new activities and new outings for residents they they have all enjoyed. They also have a top notch maintenance man Thank and cleaning staff that go above and beyond for residents.

My mom moved to Pinebrook a few months ago and the staff and residents couldn’t have been more welcoming! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, making sure she had someone to dine with and join activities. They have a lot of different things to encourage neighbors to get to know each other and fun outings. Last week they went downtown to see BLINK!

I moved there for 6 months til I relocated in TX to be near family. It was like a 6 month vacation for me with all the amenities included. Great people, great food and things to do (or not, your choice!). Pricy but worth every penny! Helpful in every aspect of your life. Sorry to have to leave.

I found the staff to be very helpful and they have always greeted me with a smile. My sister said she feels very safe and well taken care of there. I am happy I found her a good place to live with the help of A Place for Mom.

Before admittance my mother, who has dementia, was evaluated by 2 staff at our home commenting they had the perfect residents for her to hang with. The room is cozy, staff friendly, finger nails done every Sunday, card playing every afternoon, plenty of time for naps in-between. Food is good and plentiful. Family are welcome to share meals.

Danbury Woods is a facility we would highly recommend for a family member or love one. The staff from administrative to care givers were wonderful, kind and caring. We always knew our friend was in good hands. Our experience with care facilities is vast, Danbury checked all the boxes for us.

I find StoryPoint Assisted Living /Brownsboro to be very caring, attentive, answers calls quickly, and great food! The staff is always kind and helpful and it’s a place I hope to stay a long time. Highly recommend them to anyone needing assisted living.

They began working with my parents prior to their move into the community. That made moving in like coming to be with friends. It's not been an easy transition for my parents, but staff has worked hard with us to make it an overall positive experience. This is not our first facility, but I am happy to say it will be our last!

I found Quartet for a friend who needed assisted living. I was impressed by the facility, staff, the apartment, cafeteria services and the beauty of the the place. They were so much help when she went into hospice care, and passed away at the facility.

My parents have recently become part of this community. As a family member I am pleased with the overall appearance and atmosphere of Independence Village in Ankeny, IA. The facility is bright, open and filled with natural light, giving it a warm, welcoming feeling. It is clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere feels comfortable and homey. The living apartments are spacious, recently remodeled with nice neutral flooring and colors. They provide a pleasant, inviting space for residents to feel at home. The dining room is also clean, attractive and adequately accommodates the community. Adding soft music during dining would add a lot. The staff members I have encountered have been friendly and welcoming, which adds to a positive atmosphere. There is noticeable turnover of staff. Consistency is important in assisted-living, as building relationships, and becoming familiar with resident’s Individual needs can make a significant difference in their comfort and quality of care.

My mom spent the final chapter of her life at Danbury Westerville, and I’m truly grateful for the care and compassion she received. She was bedridden, so we didn’t experience the many activities and amenities available to residents, but my experience with the facility was very positive. We also had a wonderful experience with her separate hospice team, who worked alongside the facility during this difficult time. I have tremendous respect and appreciation for the people who dedicate themselves to caring for the elderly. Thank you to the Danbury team for helping care for my mom during such a meaningful and emotional chapter of our lives. Special thanks to [name removed] from a Place for Mom who helped me during a really tough time to find this facility, for [name removed], who was the sales liaison that consistently followed up with me and was enormously helpful in getting my mom into this facility to sue who helped w/ the move-in and to [name removed], [name removed] , [name removed] [name removed]and [name removed] as well.

Our Aunt was very excited to see the independent living options in Louisville. She was quick to choose Storypoint East after touring a couple others in the area. She loves the food and companionship as well as the easy living from her new one bedroom apartment. Mission accomplished.

I developed a medical condition that was not improving and I wanted to make a move while I could do it myself. My expectation level was realistic. Danbury Cuyahoga Falls fit all my needs. The staff is very friendly and competent, though they are currently looking for a full time chef. The activities are good for most of the residents. I have strong connections in the area so I’ve been able to maintain those.
