The staff are professional and friendly. The food is very good. My apartment is fabulous in design and space. Parking garage is great. The whole campus is clean and neat. Good attention overall.

I have been an Independent resident at Woodland for almost 2 years. During this time, I have always felt safe here within the facility. The staff at the facility make me feel welcome all the time. You will discover that there is always a variety of activities going on which have been planned by the activities, director and staff. Everyone is welcome to join in. Many residents enjoy our weekly activities. If I just want a quiet day, my apartment is comfortable, I hardly ever hear sounds coming from outside my home. In the summertime residents may choose to have their own gardening space where they can be productive and creative outdoors. I have found my resident neighbors to be friendly. If you or a loved one require a higher level of care this is the facility to visit and make an informed decision. You will find Woodland to be a safe place with caring Staff for your Twilight Years.

This is a wonderful place to live. Everyone cares about everyone. I would recommend it. Heritage Place Of Roseville has been the best possible place for us to move into. My daughter was allowed to move in along with our 2 dogs. This has everything we were looking for, and more. It was an answer to prayers.

What we like the most about the community is the friendliness of the staff and residents. The location is very convenient to parks and shopping (grocery, retail, etc) I also like that it is a smaller building.

It is a beautiful building! Just the right size. My apartment is spacious and the extras like lunch and housekeeping are great. Management is good and very responsive. So glad I found this place with your help.

I would highly recommend to others, I think if it gets more to full occupancy it will be even more rewarding for my mom, she needs to be social. Our only concern is going forward to the next step if needed, we would have to uproot her and start over, no assisted options there. But we knew that, so like I said a solid 5 for independent living.

This is a wonderful smoke free facility that is welcoming. It has everything that is needed for my Mom and then some. The neighbors are all friendly and kind. The staff is very nice and willing to help.

We toured Good Samaritan Water Valley Resort and it was a great facility! Our tour guide was very good. Everything seemed great from the friendliness, atmosphere, staff, and cleanliness.

PT was good for my body. Stroke in Jan. Right side of body was weak. PT strengthened my left knee and arm. My right knee some better. Rec Center is great place if you need therapy.

Good contact with all departments, repair requests handled in a timely manner, would like to see more flower bed upkeep.

This is a fantastic place with cheerful, caring staff, good meals, activities, and happy residents. Very peaceful! Good place to call home.

We are very impressed with the care my Husband is receiving. I am always greeted by the staff whom know me by name when I come to visit, everyday. All the little details and time matter.

Lived here a long time and had no idea a campus that offers so much is available in Mountain Home. So many options, clean, and kind staff.

I've enjoyed living here; it's been very good. The people are just very nice, agreeable and friendly.

Good Samaritan never lets down the community when putting on an event. They have given their Residents a taste of the Titanic, seven course meal with music & Pumpkin Walk to share with anyone, and looking forward to seeing Mr. & Mrs. Clause with their reindeer this year! My kids love the seniors and seniors love seeing the job in kids!

Really nice apartment, and friendly people.

This home is one of the better living facilities for the elderly and had a great staff plus nice rooms. Well lit parking spaces for the residents.

Excellent independent living with many activities to keep residents engaged.
