The Inns Senior Living

Mom is very happy there. She comments often about how genuinely nice and caring the staff is and how much it feels like home. They go above and beyond to create that atmosphere. She's still independent but feels well cared for and safe. She's very happy she chose The Inn.

The staff, at all levels, were friendly and helpful. Not only with my dad but also with me and my family. They went out of their way to make sure dad was happy and comfortable even when he was feeling confused and agitated, they were gentle and calm. They helped him do everything even before he was assigned to the memory care unit, and they never made him feel embarrassed. He loved the hair salon and had a great time joking and doing activities. My daughter loved sitting in the courtyard and to watch the birds with Grandpa.

She seems to like it there, has made friends. They keep them very busy with activities, music, cooking, crafts. Had to keep on them about some medical follow up so that's the reason for the lower rating. Really appreciate their Facebook page!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the wonderful experience my mom has had at this assisted living community. From the moment she arrived, it was clear that she would be treated with the utmost care and respect. The staff genuinely likes her and takes the time to engage with her, making her feel valued and cherished. The variety of activities and amenities available is impressive! There’s always something happening—whether it’s art classes, fitness sessions, a cut/color at the salon, physical therapy, or social events, the residents are never short of things to do. The facility itself is beautiful and well-maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is lovely, and the common areas…such as the cinema, the pub, and the cafe….are perfect for socializing or simply relaxing. And let’s not forget about the food! The meals are not only delicious but also nutritious, which is so important.

The shops to get things for your loved one is close and lots of restaurants to chose from. I would tell a friend, it's an awesome place and we all really like it. They have really worked with my mom and are so nice and kind to her very clean she loves the food everything about the place.

The Inn at Westchester Trail has been al all around great place. We have received great communication from quality caregivers. And [name removed] is incredible.

We have experienced a clean, loving place for our father in law that allows just the right amount of freedom for him. He loves it, and we feel comfortable with the staff that are helping him.

We have had a very positive experience with the community. If I had to make the choice again, I would choose The Inn again for my loved one. The staff is very caring towards the residents. The staff communication with the family has been excellent and they are responsive to the family's questions or concerns about our loved one. There are three meals a day served to the residents and the community is able to accommodate dietary restrictions.

we toured The Inn at Winchester Trail and thought it was great. we chose another community because Winchester did not fit into our budget and the apartments were too small.

Our experience with the staff from the Assistants to Management has been outstanding. They keep us up-to-date on how our loved one is doing and this is the most important things for us. My loved one enjoys the food.

Our family was able to have an in person tour experience and the facility looked very well kept and very clean. The residents on our tour seemed relatively happy given their situation, but it came down to the cost.

Beautiful almost new facility. [Name removed] was very nice and gave us a great tour. Very clean. Latest state-of-the-art sensor technology. No availability until new section opens in mid-June.

This is a fabulous community. It is new and all the staff have been wonderful in the care they have given my parents. My father just passed and the staff have been so great in helping my mother who will be staying on in their assisted living. They have made sure the whole family feels welcome They even helped arrange for my dad's hospice care with Capital City there. I would definitely recommend this community and the wonderful staff.

The Inn at Winchester Trail had a very nice retreat feel. I thought it was very nice and I would move in there tomorrow.It's a new building and very lovely. I was very impressed but I couldn't see my loved fitting in here. She is more comfortable in a Homey environment. I would recommend them!

I really liked this community and the people. They were very helpful and super accommodating to us. They gave a great tour and showed us around. I did see that there were residents out and doing things. The only thing was that the community was to pricey.

The Inn at Summit trail is certainly a nice place to be. It’s brand new, and it’s in a very nice, open air spot that is easily accessible. It is beautiful. Whoever decorated it has extremely good taste. I like that the rooms and bathrooms are all very well-sized, the hallways are wide, and the whole community has a homey, comfortable feeling. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and caring. Really the only issue is that they are a new community, so they are short staffed right now. Sometimes it take s a while to be served during mealtimes, otherwise, the place is great.

My mother is doing very well since her move to this community. The number one thing that I like is that it is only about 5 minutes away from my house, so it is very easy for me to visit her. She loves the food and her apartment. The community is always kept very clean and they have a large variety of activities. It has been a positive experience for her so far.

A tour was set up for us and when I got there it looked like a nice community. The representative showed us through the community and they were respectful and professional. In the end they were not a good fit and I was looking for a better room.
