Our family is deeply grateful for the love and care our mother received at Valencia Memory Care in Draper. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her like family. They cared for her with the same compassion, patience, and dedication that we would hope for from our own loved ones. The caregivers were consistently kind, attentive, and respectful. When my mom became confused or needed redirection, they always responded with kindness, and understanding. They never made her feel embarrassed or diminished. Instead, they met her where she was and helped her navigate each day with dignity and grace. One of the greatest comforts to our family was knowing that Mom was surrounded by people who genuinely cared about her. The staff celebrated her successes, comforted her during difficult moments, and treated her with love and respect every single day. Valencia Memory Care in Draper provided more than excellent care, they provided a home filled with compassion. We will always be grateful for the dignity, grace, and love they showed our mother. We highly recommend Valencia Memory Care to any family seeking exceptional memory care for a loved one.

They were able to accommodate our needs and in the time frame we needed. They continue to give the care we need and have met the things they stated in the beginning. I would recommend Valencia to others.

I live in Pa, my stepmom is in Vegas. I physically have never been there, but they were very helpful in getting her situated

All are friendly, concerned, and helpful. Sometimes, the response is very slow, for example, when [name removed]needs to go to the bathroom .I would recommend it to others, but would inform them of the slow response time.

What we like the most about Valenica at Draper is the care and the cleanliness and yes we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The staff is wonderful in every department we encountered, love this place, my person love the staff quick response to his call and their patience with him and the other residents, he loves how large and easy to move around his room.

So far Escalante was a blessing. It may not be visually as fancy as the other places but considering my dad's dementia he himself is not really aware of those type of details. He is happy as long as he has some companionship, and that needs to be was met...The only issue we had was a loss of lower dentures. He is clean, no rashes or infections. Overall highly satisfied. Food was a bit bland and limited in choice, but again for him it was perfect. Activities are limited but perfect for my dad.

It has been outstanding. I am here every day and as a former facility manager for the Department of Energy, consider the entire operation to be well organized and the staff is attentive and very thoughtful in the high level of care they provide to the residents.

Very well build facility with comfortable setting for the elderly. Great program provided proper entertainment for the needs Good flow of activities and proper scheduling arrangements. Friendly place to visit. Almost a perfect place for all ages Lovely and peaceful image to keep.

My loved one was previously a resident at Escalante at The Lakes for a respite stay and the experience was great! The staff was very attentive. My loved one enjoyed his time there. I only wish they had not changed their respite stay requirement to a minimum of thirty days. I can't take thirty days of continuous vacation!

The memory care unit at Escalante is designed to look like a beautiful home...to make residents feel at ease. The caregivers are amazing. My sweet, 85 year old mom has Alzheimer's and I know they have made her life better with their kindness and attention.

Nice light and bright facility....very friendly residents as well as staff...someone can be reached at all times. As far as food goes, too many gloppy gravy dishes... But they do have an all-day menu that you can order from if you don't want the meal selection so that's a good thing!

My mother was a resident at Escalante at The Lakes for a brief time before she passed and everything was the best it could possibly be at this facility during that horrendous time. She went downhill with her dementia incredibly fast and we and my mom were treated absolutely wonderfully by everyone. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are kept very clean and patients are very well cared for. I got numerous calls with updates on her condition when I couldn't be there. The move in was extremely easy. I'm not sure about the food since my mom was on all liquids, but the dining room smelled good. I give Escalante at The Lakes my highest recommendation. Anyone would be lucky to have their parent here.

It was reasonable. Please note my loved one passed away in the hospital. Never made it to Escalante. Just wish they were faster reimbursing the deposit and additional months rent. The only thing in his room was the furniture.

I would absolutely recommend the community at Escalante of Draper to anyone. I would encourage them to talk to the staff about the process of transitioning a loved one. They helped me so much. I would say that the community is warm, welcoming, and very relaxed. Feels like home! We picked this community, because of the staff. When I took a tour, the director let me talk to the residents themselves about what they liked. The staff here bends over backward for the residents. They treat me like family and take incredible care of my mom.

My loved one was a resident at Escalante at The Lakes. The staff is very attentive. The rooms were always clean and smelled fresh!!! My loved one ate all of his meals and snacks. He especially liked Friday Happy Hour. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

They offer ton of activities, staff was very helpful and nice.

This was a beautiful community. It was more than we wanted to spend.
