Overall they are amazing and it's a great community. My dad lives in the Independent Living and my mom is in their memory care unit. They're a great job with both - especially the memory care. The food is average and they always turn over the chefs and not sure on the value for the money but seemed reasonable when we considered others. My parents have long term care policies that take care of a lot of the expense so that is not a big issue to them. Overall it's a very great place and we would highly recommend it. Pretty social community and just big enough but not too big.

The Facility is beautiful. My Dad is living in an Independent Living Apartment. It is spacious, has 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen, which was one of his requirements. He still loves to cook and bake. He bakes fresh bread from scratch every other week! He also has his own garage for his car. All of the apartments are on one floor which is a huge plus for the elderly too!

Overall the care services is a 5/5, but on the weekends we would give it 4/5. I am happy with the relationships of the staff with my mom. My mom feels respected as well as loved from most staff. Yes, we would highly recommend Park Place Senior Living to other families.

I highly recommend Traditions. The staff scrambled to help my family with emergency placement for my father. They sprung into action and secured him furniture and a room in under 12 hours. They were angels in my time of need. Never seen customer service of this level before. [names removed] are the epitome of elder care. There was no ask they did not address for me. They cared for my family member while I live out of town. They loved him through all levels of his care needs. And they always had his dignity at the center of their hearts. Traditions at North Willow is a beautiful facility; well maintained and staffed with friendly caring people. What sets it apart from others like it is an outstanding activities director and program. The only category I did not rate as a '5' was food. When I eat with my mother, I typically find the food rather bland, however, I have noted recent improvements. The lack of seasoning is not an issue for my mother. She is pleased with the food and eats well.

Moving my dad to assisted living was one of the most emotional experiences I have ever had. However, [name removed] and[name removed]helped me navigate it both procedurally and emotionally. My dad's nurse, [name removed], immediately made him and me feel like family. Communication is good, and they are all patient with my incessant questions. I have had just one complaint, and it was taken care of immediately. Staff is extremely friendly.

The facility is beautiful. The food is average. One day my mom was sick. Prior to that day she went to breakfast every day. Nobody checked on her. I think a wellness check would be good.

Unfortunately, my father passed away a few short days after arriving. I regret that we did not move him there sooner. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming, and it was the best place of the few that we looked at. They refunded the unused part of our first month without hesitation. I recommend Brookdale (Lakeview Crossing). If your family member needs to be in an assisted living facility try to get them there when they have enough vitality to enjoy it.

We couldn’t have chose a better place for our mother.. after 5years she still says I love it here and the food is good… I know she participates in mostly all the activities ..doing exercises, crafts , bingo and playing cards and bus outings to restaurants or just scenic rides somewhere.. There has been plenty of music entertainment for them and holiday events.. Staffing has always been great..

We chose Traditions at Beaumont because the facility felt homie. Not too modern but not like a nursing home either. It has been easy to get in contact with staff at the facility. Room is spacious. Food is very good.

Very clean and friendly place. The food could be better. But my dad really enjoyed himself there. Staff is very friendly. The facility is always clean and smells clean. Other family members have said to me what a nice place it was.

I found the memory care community to be very welcoming and supportive. They are quick to answer any questions I may have and keep me well informed of how mom's doing. If I have concerns they address them. I couldn't ask for a nicer or more caring and respectful place for her.

The staff was genuinely caring about the residents. They called them by name as well. The memory care is where my loved one was. It is a smaller unit which is nice. The layout of the unit was good. All of the resident rooms are in one hallway. The staff was also helpful in educating us about ways to help our loved one.

The staff is wonderful and the facility is too. I just think the memory care unit is lacking in the food category. There food seemed more like something you would serve at a kid school. It was always cold and I seriously doubt if it's exactly the same that is being served to the other attendees.

After visiting 5 locations and creating a comparison spreadsheet, Traditions at Beaumont met all of our needs and had all things we wanted and needed. We would definitely recommend this community to other families

Memory care unit is like home- cozy but also with plenty of space for family to visit. I’ve visited during activities and see how well the staff work to include residents and keep them engaged. The RN and other staff call regularly to keep me informed or ask questions. I think my mom has a much fuller life here than when she was anxious and on her own.

The staff shows concerns and caring for residents and are respectful no matter the task. The administration is approachable and listen to us. We are provided with activities and presentations also

My father can be very demanding including and critical of his surroundings. He has adapted very quickly living at Brookdale and begin calling it home within 2 weeks of living here.
