Beautiful building with home like atmosphere, staff made us feel comfortable and completely at home, treating us like family. They also supplied us with a lot of information helping us with an overwhelming decision.

I knew immediately that this was the right choice. I had toured several places, all nice, but the openness of design and decor at Trustwell just felt right. The location is convenient for the family. My husband enjoys going outside to watch the deer.

Staff take the time to answer all family questions, and have a fairly quick response time. Family are encouraged to participate in all activities and meals with their loved ones. The facility is clean. and roomy. The facility offers a lot of activities for residents to utilize and enjoy.

I came for a tour to look for a place for my mom. When I came in everyone was so friendly and helped me to explain what I was looking for. When I walked around the building it smelled so good it was so bright and like I said everyone I ran into was so friendly. I am so thrilled with the care and attention my grandparents are receiving at this place. They have taken what has been a stressful overwhelming experience for my family and made it easy while guiding us every step of the way. The staff are warm and welcoming and you can tell the residents are well cared for which means everything. My grandparents enjoy the daily activities and even compliment the food. I would recommend Trustwell to anyone.

Very nice place they are currently updating the facility making it very home like. when we were there, they were having their monthly family night. lots of activity and families seem to be enjoying entertainment and time with loved ones. The rooms were spacious (we toured a 1 bedroom). the staff was friendly and engaged. This should be a great place for my mom.

We walked in and the place smelled clean. Open area with a pool table, then the dining hall that opens into a center courtyard. All rooms surround the courtyard in a circle. Rooms on the other side of the circle look out. The place is secure with alarms on the doors and a code to get in the front door. All residents wear a button necklace that they can push for assistance at any time. They have studios and one bedroom apartments. You can control your own heat and air conditioning. Every room locks with a key that each resident has for their room. Staff carry a master key. Meals are served at 8, noon and 5. Residents can pick from a menu a day ahead of time. Bingo is played after lunch every day. With prizes picked from a snack cart. Activities are posted a month in advance and are planned daily for residents to participate in. Once a week you can sign up to go out for a hour of shopping, Ross, Walmart, Dollar Store, etc. They can transport to doctor appointments. Private pay only

i have a loved one at the building and absolutely love the new updates and the way the facility feels like home. The care my loved one gets is outstanding and always available when needed. The food has always been delicious.

The facility is nice and the staff is great - always very friendly. Food choices are also good. Residents seem to enjoy interacting with one another. The one bedroom units are actually pretty large and well maintained.

They have treated my mother fantastically. Overall, I would recommend them to others.

I have recently visited with a church friend and was pleasantly surprised to see all of the renovations Oakley Place has made to their community. They did such a wonderful job keeping the feeling of home incorporated.

1. Great! They can adjust their support for residence as needed. 2. Always cleaned! No worries. 3. Their staff always say hi to my Mom when they pass or see her - call residence by their names. 4. They are timely with medicine times and always ensure residence get meals if they don't go to meals. 5. Always available and willing to help. 6. I guess it is good. My mother doesn't complain - but I've never eaten with her. 7. Several activities which they try to invite people to join. Mom forgets but staff remind her of them. 8. The cost of care is well worth it. My Mom is safe, cared for, and has kept her dignity. She likes it there.

Attentive staff, engaging activities, food looks/smells appealing. It always looks and smells clean. My person is in a one bedroom & one living with her furniture and her dog. She's comfortable and that's all that matters!

The staff at Trustwell at Hunters Crossing are so supportive and sweet! They have been helping us very much eith taking over Moms medical support, such as physical therapy and assistance with her meds and daily living needs. We are very grateful to them, and to A Place for Mom for their guidance. We really feel like the people at Hunters Crossing are on our side for helping Mom.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The activity calendar is jam packed and full of fun activities. The property is immaculately clean and feels very upscale. The room is a great size. it has beautiful kitchenette with full size fridge, ample cabinet storage and granite. the bathroom is a great size with ample cabinet storage. and there is a massive walk in closet. The price is very reasonable compared to other communities in the area and the amenities are top notch.

The care team at Kent Place was wonderful with my mom. They're attentive, kind, and treat her like family, not just another resident. I have real peace of mind knowing she's well cared for. Highly recommend.

Trustwell apartments are very nice and relatively roomy. Trustwell is very clean and the people are great and friendly. Food is good. No complaints at all.

Wow! What an awesome facility! The Community Relations Director was attentive and full of information. You could feel her passion and love for the facility the moment she shook my hand. We are looking for the future but this visit out Sinclair Place at the top of my list!
