It was nice, clean & looked great. [name removed] was very helpful. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Rooms were nice & looked welcoming.

Had a pleasant, knowledgeable staff person who answered questions. Even helped measure size of some rooms since there no information (except gross square footage) in materials. One concern: there was no electric charging stations and no idea of any plans for such. I will only consider places that have charging stations

[name removed] was warm and welcoming and also took the time to get to know me and my father’s background and current condition. She’s followed up with check ins and offered referrals to outside resources. I felt like the facility was a wonderful fit for Dad. But the heart strings are keeping me holding on to him being home with us for a while longer. It feels good to know we that this option is there for us and it’s a good option.

When my husband and I visit his mom at Westmont the flowers planted in front put a smile on our face. Inside is always very clean with a nice vibe of social interaction. Food is delicious and the staff is amazing.

I would say 5 in all categories. No. Complaints. I would recommend to others.

The staff is very interactive with their residents, very caring. The activities are awesome! Food is ok at best. They are on top of cleaning the common room, a little room for improvement on apartments. I feel the size of apartments are ideal.

My mom wants a bigger place with bigger closets. I liked it, i will try to get her to look at it, but she wants more closet space.

Beautiful facility! At this time I am just checking the facilities in Paso. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable with state laws for senior housing. I loved the location.

The people were informative and gracious. The facility was immaculate. It is much more than I currently need in terms of support, but will definitely consider it as I age and become more infirm. It is near my son’s house, and he was also impressed. I liked the proximity of medical care and stores and things to do.

Mom was moved into memory care two weeks ago and I am impressed with the number of activities that they do and it is great to see her participating in so many of them. The staff is very attentive and caring.

We have been very happy with our decision to move my mother to Westmont. Overall, it has been a very positive experience, even though no place is perfect. The community is clean and well maintained. While my mother occasionally has concerns about how her apartment is cleaned, I have always been impressed with the overall cleanliness of the facility. The staff, including the servers, maintenance team, and caregivers, are wonderful. Everyone has an occasional bad day, but they are consistently kind, helpful, and dedicated. My mother is currently in independent living and doesn't require much care at this time, but it's reassuring to know such a caring team is available. The food is excellent. I've eaten in the dining room with my mother several times and have always enjoyed both the meals and the friendly service. My mother has also been very pleased with the dining experience. The administrative staff has been responsive and professional. We did experience a billing issue and some communication problems with phone messages, but they addressed everything quickly and efficiently. There appears to be a wide variety of activities available for residents, although my mother has chosen not to participate in many of them. While quality care in a beautiful community is certainly an investment, I have been very satisfied with Westmont and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

I have been happy with the facility and gotten to know the staff. I appreciate the open communication and support from them.

I like them a lot, she is in memory care, there is a nice recreation area that looks like an and old town Main Street, she is in a room by herself with plenty of space for her queen size bed and recliner. the place is clean no smells, secure entrance, friendly staff, I would definitely recommend it for memory care, side note I toured Paint Brush memorial care area and was not impressed two persons to a room the environment was not inviting, I am sure the price is less of course and it was closer to my home but I didn't like it and we were able to get her in at Westmount. Definitely a 5 I wouldn't mind living there, not people lined up in wheelchairs in the hall there is a central tv area I see used a central garden area they can access. The main staff is wonderful they keep me updated on her needs. They are friendly I know my mother can be difficult but we are working together to make sure her care is what she needs.

Westmont Carmel Valley appears to be a vibrant community with beautiful grounds and facilities. Our tour covered everything we expected as we are at the beginning of our search. We left with delicious lemon cookies … what a nice treat that demonstrates the hospitality we felt.

Great tour, staff was friendly, informative & the location was close to family. Rates were comparable to other similar facilities & the rooms were good size.

My dad and I visited Westmont of Escondido recently. We didn’t know what to expect as this was only the second place we toured, but [name removed] was very informative. She spent a lot of time with us, answering all of our questions and even invited us to stay for lunch! I know my dad will be very happy here and I am confident that they will take good care of him!

Westmont is lovely. [Name Removed]was a great guide and even arranged for me to see a casita that was occupied by a lovely couple who offered much info. BTW, I loved the casita. I have since decided to move in elsewhere but it was a difficult decision.

Love it, great experience, nice residents and great team that you can tell they love what they do, definitely a great choice.

Beautiful facility with an impressive amount of services offered. I was provided a comprehensive tour, questions were answered and information provided on life at the facility. Details were provided on the cost associated in the event of additional needs and how a prospective client's special health needs could be met. The tour was very informative and well worth my time. I was extremely impressed!
