I've had many so called "home health care" help in the past. And I can honestly say nothing comes close to IAFS. There professionalism, on time, friendly and well mannered staff is unbelievable. I wish I'd found them years ago. Great work IAFS ??.

Reliability and Punctuality seems like there was a no show once. The rest were all 5's. We were happy with the service and mom liked the care givers. We just didn't need that level of care moving forward and Caring People are in the building and offered a medication in the am only service for a half hour price. It was more convenient

All are 5s. I thought the costs were high. They were the most expensive in the 5 I spoke to. After doing some checking around and found out what they paid their caretakers I was aghast.

We are a married couple in our late eighties, in relatively good health. We started using Seniors Helping Seniors over a year ago at the insistence of our children who felt we needed some help as we got older. Shortly after the service began, one of us had a hip replacement. Seniors Helping Seniors provided around-the-clock helpers for several days and also installed hand-holding equipment to use in our in our bathroom. For nearly a year, we have utilized a caregiver for two to three days a week. She drives us to all our medical appointments and other errands. At home, she cooks meals, washes dishes, makes our bed, waters our plants and plants vegetables in our garden, helps with technology, and takes out the trash. We have been especially pleased with the quality of personnel and the broad range of services provided by Seniors Helping Seniors. Our caregiver has become an extended member of our family. We highly recommend this service for other seniors who share our needs.

I found Interim Healthcare when I completed a profile on, A Place for Mom. I interviewed several companies based on the needs of my mother and am so happy that I went with Interim Healthcare of Chandler and Queen Creek. Despite her dementia diagnosis, my mother‘s wishes are to stay at home as long as possible and Interim Healthcare is helping me honor that wish. The caregivers have all been loving and care for her like I would. Because I do not live in the same state as my mother, the health aids have been a Godsend. I am in constant contact with her aids and we work together to make any changes that she needs as she ages. They take her to doctors appointments, make her meals, assist with her medications, help her bathe, do exercises at home prescribed by her physical therapist, and pick up groceries. If you are considering a home health aid, I highly recommend Interim Health Care.

They were all very friendly and caring. Some were more knowledgeable about nursing than others. I know they don't necessarily have nursing experience but it really helped in our case. The owner was very nice but there were a few times she said she would follow up with us but she didn't.

I would rate them a 5 in all seven categories listed. What we like the most about their services is the ease to start service, flexibility, no minimum hours, friendliness, ease of communication.

People were on time and compassionate and helpful Slade was very personable and answered all my questions My husband was on hospice and sadly we had to leave my youngest daughter while we attended my son's wedding out of State. Cornerstone has many qualified, compassionate care providers. There is an especially sweet care giver named [Name Removed] who works for Cornerstone of Gainesville who is very professional, caring, experienced, compassionate and classy.

What we like the most about their services is that they worked closely with me and my Mom to come up with the best care plan and to monitor & suggest adjusting the plan if needed.

The importance of commending Senior Helpers, Smithtown ("Agency") comes finally today to express family's gratitude to Agency care of my older brother.
