The care that my husband has been receiving from his Complete Care at Home carers has be wonderful! Both[Names removed] have been sensitive to [Name removed] needs and his abilities.. They definitely see him as a person, not just a job. i can't even begin to tell you how much thier excellent care has been to me, i no longer have to hold my breath when i leave the house on errands, appointment and even lunch with friends, it has been such a relief. [Name removed] has provided support, advice and understanding through every step of this difficult situation. I highly recommend Complete Care at home to you, you can count on them to handle your crisis as though you are thier family!

We had Home Instead help us with my mother-in-law when we brought her home on Hospice. [Name Removed]and [Name Removed]were amazing care givers with heartfelt delivered care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for in- home care even if it’s not for helping with Hospice. Also case managers [Names Removed] were so helpful in getting us all we needed in the home.

What we like the most about their services is their Personal touch by the ownership/ management. Attentiveness. Their ability to get things up and running in a very short period of time. Caregiver needed in a pinch. Home Instead came through when we needed them most.

I would put 5 for every one of those. First of all we are very thankful for your services and references. We had an immediate need and my contact was able to find ladies to come assist in less than 24 hours!! Your ladies are skilled in the care my mother in law required as well as courteous, kind, and patient not only with her in her end of life care, but the multiple family members and visitors that came throughout each day. Each had their own personal touch with their priority always focused where it should be. We are blessed our paths crossed and should anyone be in need of similar services we will definitely recommend your company especially with you high standards and expectations of your peoples.

Number 1-5 I would rate a 5 number 6 3.and number 7 5. I rated 6 a little lower because they did not seem as interested in doing his exercises. They would want to do things in the house. However I realize that most of their patients are not confined to the bed. Overall I was very pleased with their services and it eased my mind while I was working.
