Dr Sai came to the house to make sure my husband’s caretaking needs could be met by her agency. She was professional and empathetic as well as very knowledgeable. She asked very helpful questions. It was my first time leaving my disabled husband alone for an extended period of time. When I got back after 4 days away, he was so happy and said everything was “Great!” He was so happy to have the company and engaging conversation as well as having the help he needed. He is completely dependent so it was nice to know that he had a good experience.

My 94 year old father was in the hospital for 18 days with pneumonia and the flu. He came home and needed around the clock care because now he was bedbound and doctors suggested he go on hospice. The caregivers came in around the clock and they were very well trained ,very attentive and caring with my Dad and I was very pleased overall with the professionalism of the caregivers many of them CNA trained. My dad had been with other agencies in the past and this one outshined them all. The happy new is that my dad came off of hospice and is now recovering nicely. Thank you to all the special people that came to the house. A big hug and thank you to them all. A Big thank you to Maryam the Director of Assisting Hand who worked closely with me through it all.

From the owner to the caregivers, I have not had a bad experience. Tri was very professional yet extremely caring when we first met him. We have had a couple of different caregivers, but they have all been great. I appreciate all the help for my mom. If something happens and our caregiver is going to be late or we need to have someone else, communication is top-notch.

We reached out to Home Helpers if Mission Valley while trying to figure out care options for our 95 year old parent with dementia. Even though we ultimately had a family member step in to help, the employee was very helpful and took the time to explain different care options, ways families may be able to help cover the cost of care, and resources available in the community including medicare guide. It can be overwhelming trying to navigate senior care, and we appreciated the guidance and information provided during the process.

We are very satisfied with the care my Mom is receiving. Our basic need was having someone sit with Mom and assist with help in the bathroom. Mom feels very comfortable with the caregivers.

My husband has Parkinson and it is difficult for me to get around because of an infection in my leg..I needed someone who could do some cooking and light housekeeping. Amada came to the rescue. Cordell has provided me with the help I needed and I am quite pleased. Additionally, Amada has assisted me when dealing with my long term provider. All in all it has been a very positive experience.

I decided to use this agency because owner came to see me and my wife. She and all my questions and I belygit a very good feel as to what person would be the best fit. The lady that comes has fit very well and my wife is very comfortable with her.

We had always struggled to find good care for my husband- until we met with Lovely Day Healthcare. They met with us to discuss our needs and recommended a particular caregiver who they said would be perfect for us. And they were right. She started the next day. She cleans as well as she cares for my husband. She’s energetic, friendly and pleasant to. We are quite pleased.

Then I had [Name Removed] was wonderful. She helped me with getting my confidence back. [Name Removed] helped me figure out how to do things carefully. She helped me get my strength back. I don’t think I could have healed as fast without her. Thank you all for your help. They were all wonderful.
