I love my caregiver and the way she is considerate and on time!! She comes in and knows just what I want done and how I need it done!! My only concern is the money I wish it wasn’t so much especially since I can’t get Medicade.

Mom needs assistance with toileting, getting in and out of chairs and bed, and bathing. Lily has been a blessing on helping with these things. Currently 2 days for 4 hours, but it gives some much needed time away for her caregiver,[Name removed]. They initially came to the house and asked questions, toured the common areas for mom, and helped guide[Name Removed] the first day. [Name removed] also accompanied mom to a doctor appointment, which was very helpful. The interview process was on Friday, and on Monday, we had[Name Removed]

Reliable transportation when i needed it. Courteous personnel. Space driver was very accurate and very attentive to the rules of the road I felt very safe Thank you!

My husband is being given excellent care by[Name Removed] He looks forward to seeing her weekly. It's been great for me getting a helping hand, as I am my husband's sole caretaker.

A representative came to our home for an interview (both ways). She explained their ability to provide the services for my husband and what services they do provide. This is for a short term respite care in July. At this time I cannot comment on their actual hands on care. But they have given me peace of mind for me to be able to attend my family reunion. Plus this was the only agency that said they could provide suppository care.

My elderly mother fell and broke her hip and was in physical therapy hospital for a couple of weeks. We used this company for overnight sitters as she is a bit anxious and was not able to sleep at night. They were very helpful and kind. We will now be using their car service to take mom to doctors appointments moving forward as she’s not yet driving again. Five stars all the way around!

We found Home Helpers Home Care through A Place for Mom while looking for some extra support at home for my father, who has balance issues and lives alone. The agency was easy to communicate with from the beginning and took the time to understand what type of caregiver would be the best fit for him. We appreciated that they listened to his prefernce for a female caregiver and worked to accommodate that. The caregiver been helping with meal preparation, housekeeping, and making sure he is safe around the house. It has given our family more peace of mind knowing someone reliable is checking in and helping him stay safe at home.
