Home Matters Caregiving – Napa has been a blessing for our family. The owners run this company with professionalism, compassion, and real commitment to seniors. From the first call, everything was handled clearly and respectfully. Our caregiver, [Name Removed], has been outstanding with my mom. She is patient, gentle, and consistent. She keeps my mom’s room clean, helps her stay comfortable, and brings a calm presence that has made a huge difference in our home. My mom trusts her — and that means everything. I’m grateful for the quality of care, the communication, and the way this team truly treats clients like family. Highly recommended.

My Dad’s caregiver is observant and helpful. She can assess what needs done when she arrives and without being asked jumps in to help. She makes my Dad lovely lunches, picks him fresh flowers from my garden for his room and spruces him up. He needs a lot of help and she doesn’t make him feel like a burden. She brings him a little joy with each of her visits. I’m greatful for her kindness and help. Her presence has helped restore balance back to our family dynamics. Thank you

I am happy with the services provided by Neelex Homecare. They go out of their way to improve quality of life through helping with household tasks, running errands, driving to and from doctor appointments, airport, among other places. Truly grateful for their help! I highly recommend them.

[name removed] was wonderful. The SHS caregivers are very kind and caring as well. Unfortunately, the timing was wrong to start with a new caregiver and once we recognized that, we decided we would try again down the line.

We needed some urgent help for my mother prior to a major surgery, and first light was right there to assist! The in home care was really great, but the additional care that we received for ourselves and the support throughout the whole process of surgery, rehab, palliative care and even up to the end we have had support every step of the way from them. Our needs weren’t great. We needed someone to be at our house for a few hours a day in case my husband fell. Fortunately, my husband only needed assistance once. It was boring week for [name removed], our Homewell caregiver, but we were glad to have him.

I HIGHLY recommend this care they were extremely flexible, kind and took amazing care of my 82 year old mom with the onset of dementia. Mom fell fractured her pelvis. Her team of care givers had her up and walking in about a week. You won’t regret going with Raices.
