Would highly recommend this agency. Great experience. Home health caregivers were exceptionally caring and genuine. The administrative piece was well organized and thorough. Very thoughtful group of individuals who really cared about us and our wellbeing. My husband was well cared for and the caregivers were professional and courteous.

Two wonderful caregivers were sent. Both of them exhibited knowledge as well as caring attitude and a compassionate spirit. The office coordinator was available when I needed to ask questions and was very nice. I also had the opportunity to meet the social worker who really understood my needs. Great experience all around!

5 for weekend support. I had to send the young lady who came on Monday home in the afternoon due to my cousin taking a turn for the worse and they do not administer meds and we had to have someone who could do that. Based on the short duration I had a good experience and if I didn't need the hospice level support I believe it was a good level of service.

Care giver is very nice. Doesn’t talk much. Spends a good amount of time on her phone with relatives. She is very attentive to my wife when needed. They seem to get along quite well. This is my wife’s first caregiver and it’s taking a little time to getting use to having someone new in our home. They seem to be getting use to each other.

Valiant is an excellent company that really shows compassion in caring towards caring for you At Home. They’re very reliable very punctual and have enjoyed working with them. The owner is very knowledgeable caring and organize enjoyed meeting with her the first time and felt very confident that she would meet our needs. We feel very comfortable that in the future we’d be able to call on them for additional needs. I would highly recommend them.

He is professional, friendly and ready to respond to all our needs. Our caretakers are very skilled in providing their services with compassion. We’ve actually tried several different agencies. And Senior Helpers really is amazing. [Name removed] and is staff has really helped me in ways that I can’t even imagine to describe. My father-in-law who has cancer and dementia was being neglected and mistreated, but not only hospitals, but also a rehab/nursing home. I couldn’t be there all the time so I hired them to stay and help keep watching care for my father-in-law when I had to work. They did amazing and he wouldn’t be where he’s at currently if it wasn’t for their help being in the healthcare industry myself we all need a break and it’s nice to know that we can have that break with Senior Helpers. Not only did they take care of him but they advocated for him when I couldn’t be there.

We have a really good experience with this caregiver service. From the start, they were easy to work with, kind, and quick to respond. They really listened to what we needed and matched us with someone who has some experience with persons with disabilities. Our caregiver is amazing—not just helping with day-to-day needs, but also really nice and patient. It made such a difference knowing our loved one was in good hands and genuinely cared for. Scheduling was flexible, and communication was always clear, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. You can tell they truly care about the people they serve. [name removed] from Senior Helpers of Boulder is nothing short of outstanding. She has helped my mother with all the basics of cleaning, dressing, bathing, preparing meals …. As well has some major sorting and disposing project that my mother has had on her mind for a long time. She is a hers worker and a remarkably compassionate, patient, and caring individual. [name removed] is always on time and, has a vehicle that my mom can get into when [name removed] is bringing her to doctor appointments.

This agency has gone way beyond to assist myself and my disabled husband. My husband has battled Chronic Progressive Multiple Sclerosis for over 30 years. As time has moved on, he has lost more of the battles. Unfortunately, he is now restricted to his wheelchair. He has serious attacks of MS that leave him 100% unable to do anything for himself. I am his 24/7 caregiver and am now 76. I can handle the these extreme duties for about a week before I begin losing strength. In comes ComForCare. Because they do care, they are choosing a plan for us that will give us some flexibility and confidence so we can continue our battle.

I am very pleased with the assistance I received from this agency. Everyone's very professional and caring. I felt overwhelmed with my husband's surgery, and I got emotional support and physical from these wonderful people, specially from [name removed].

My mom needed more of a buddy than care and they supplied a couple of people who were perfect for the situation and who my mom enjoyed spending time with they were very professional and gave us exactly what we asked for. I highly recommend this organization.

The best around! These people are so good, professional, helpful and courteous. They will bend over backwards to please. Much more affordable than all the rest. Very prompt and understanding to all our needs. It was truly a pleasure.

My older brother is in Tennessee, and his siblings are in New York and Maine. After he fell and injured his ankle, he needed help because he also suffered from mild dementia. A Place for Mom referred Home Helpers of Hendersonville (HHH), among other sources of help. After one phone conversation with the principal of HHH, I engaged the company. They drove my brother to medical appointments, visiting him in what ended up being two ERs, two hospitals, one warming center, one skilled nursing facility, and one rehab facility, bought him clothes, snacks, and crossword puzzle books, and put up signs in his various rooms to remind him where he was and to stay off the injured ankle. We were able to place my brother in memory care in Goodlettsville, and HHH helped move furnishings from his house to his new quarters. It was like having another brother. I cannot the HHH team highly enough.

[Names removed] have been amazing taking care of my mom. She has Alzheimer's disease and they've been the best part of her day!! Very caring and compassionate. I couldn't have taken care of her without them. Cost is very reasonable compared to similar services in the area. I would recommend them 100%

I had knee replacement surgery and hired HomeWell Care Services 24 hours/day in the beginning; eventually 4 hours/day 3 days/week. I used their services for 2 months. They helped with everything: preparing meals, shopping for food, picking up prescriptions, taking me to doctor's and to physical therapy appointments. They did laundry, changed bedding, and cleaned up after meals, even some light house cleaning. They were also good company. I consider some of them friends. I would never have made the progress I have without their help. I’m now self sufficient although still in physical therapy. I would not hesitate to hire HomeWell Care Services again if I need them in the future I should also mention when I was looking for a service to hire they were the only organization who sent some to my home to met with me, understand my needs, and see my home set up. That meant a lot to me and helped me make my decision.
