Brookdale

This is a really helpful place. I was able to get out of a power chair that I had been in for over 5 years and now I am using a rolater and walking. The staff is really loving and supportive. The room size is okay for me. I would like it to be bigger for my cat, because he is getting restless. The amenities suit me fine! I have back and hip trouble and enjoy having things done for me.

The overall experience is amazing and the community is always clean. We absolutely loved all the staff and they are very attentive to the residents. I think overall the meals were very good. The activities were inclusive for all. The cost was worth it. To say the staff was amazing is an understatement, the fact that they treated us and our dad with dignity, respect, and kindness meant the world to us. Dad had his favorites for sure, and they seemed to love him as well. I personally cannot thank everyone enough for the experience. I will always cherish the memories. I have recommended the facility to some of my friends who were looking for a place for their loved one and I will continue to do so. Again thank you all for what you do and did.

I have been touring communities for a family member that needs AL with minimum care. After visiting 6 communities, Beckett Meadows is number one. Not only is it a very clean inviting community, you are welcomed as soon as you walk through the doors. Staff and residents are greeting you. Activities are going and the residents are smiling and happy. We stayed for lunch and my oh my, one of the best meals ever. Not only did the food taste amazing, but the presentation was beautiful. I know my family will be calling Brookdale Beckett Meadows home very soon.

What we like the most about Brookdale Vancouver Stonebridge is the Friendly staff, clean, activities for our mom

I am very pleased overall with Brookdale. The staff is good with the residents and always available to speak with me. My questions are always answered and issues addressed. I was happy to find that almost all his medical needs can be taken care of there, nurse practitioner, PT therapist, psychologist, podiatrist, eye doctor, dentist, hairdresser. I usually visit my brother late morning and there is never a problem speaking with any of the staff. They know me and I know them. I can't tell you how much that means to me. I have the nurse's numbers and can call or text them and always receive a prompt reply. No place is perfect and there's been a couple minor things but I really am pleased with the staff at Brookdale. Even the director there has an open door policy.

We chose Brookdale Danville because of the closeness to home and the thoroughness of the evaluation process. The staff was very accommodating for visiting hours and respectful of residents and visitors

I would recommend Brookdale, the staff was very caring and they did everything they could to make my wife comfortable and safe!

I would tell a friend, how wonderful the facility and the staff is. They are exceptional on all levels.

I fell in love with this place the first time I came in to talk with the sales director! Very kind and caring staff! I have had my family here a little over a month and every need has been met! The director is always involved and always smiling! The assistant director is always greeting everyone as they walk thru the door (if she isn't busy!) and always makes the place feel welcoming! I just cannot say enough good things bout Brookdale I would recommend this place over any other place in Murray!

Nice sized community with a positive vibe environment & well mannered staffs. Looks always clean and maintained. The facility respects elders rights and passion to live a wonderful life. Things might not be always available but they listen and work with residents to make improvements. I am so glad we ended up with them.

My husband passed away just a week after moving in. During the short experience, I think that they did a really good job. We chose Brookdale Fort Myers because many years ago, we had put my husbands mother there and had a good experience, they did a good job with her. I felt comfortable placing him here as well.

The ladies working in Memory care are amazing. The facility is close to my home. It feels very comfortable. My mom liked it.

My dad passed away [date removed]. He was there at Brookdale a total of 6 months. Those 6 months gave him a great quality of life in large part to the kind efforts of Brookdale's staff. They checked on him often. They made his health and comfort a priority. The staff was also kind and caring to me visiting my father. I'm very thankful for the experience we had along with my dad at Brookdale.

I liked the building and the grounds and I would recommend it. My loved one never participated in any activities.

I would recommend to others. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and communication with staff is very easy and productive.

My mom feels the quality has gone down since she got there. She now gets all her meals from an outside source. Value for the money. They charge too much. And they keep going up They can't keep a driver for transportation They also do not have a facilities person on call 24/7. If a toilet overflows in the middle of the night the resident is without access.

Staff employees are caring, and well trained, accommodating and a lot of activities. Families are welcome and have special rooms.

I'm really happy my mother's a resident here at Brookdale The staff is wonderful and the type of service they provide is always so clean and picked up.
