It's nice living here. Food is good. Staff is great.

I have found Brookdale West Seattle a very good place to live. I feel I get a lot of value here and all my needs are met. I can't say enough good things about the whole staff - they really care about the people they serve.

Will say my mom seems to be happy and thriving! So far so good. Beyond helpful and a literal life saver when times are chaotic. Would recommend 10 outta 10 times. Knowledgeable resourceful and caring in an area most know nothing about about.

Brookdale has been kind to my mom.

The facility feels like home. Sound is well contained. The food is outstanding. The rooms are laid out nicely. The staff greet everyone with a genuine smile. I highly recommend Brookdale Tarpon Springs.

I am very pleased with the care my family member is receiving at Brookdale East Tucson. Most importantly, my loved one really loves residing at Brookdale. The staff is kind, caring and provides continuity of care. Medication is provided at the same time daily. Meals are delicious and a daily schedule is maintained for dining. All of these things are what makes residing at Brookdale a pleasure. I honestly cannot say enough about the entire staff!! Their kindness and warmth makes them feel like family. I highly recommend Brookdale East Tucson.

The person I spoke with initially was the main reason we chose Brookdale Granger Some staff were great, some not so much. Overall it was a great experience.

A place for mom came to my rescue when I need it the most. I had no idea about assisted living places. I didn't want my mom to be alone at home. There is safety, security, friends, care and independence.

Mom is so happy here. She is almost 100 and had lost almost all her friends. She made friends right away and considers the friendly staff family. The new leadership is wonderful and address any issues immediately.

I have lived at Brookdale University Park since October 2023, when I loved to Denver. I love my apartment with a wide view of the mountains, a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Friendly residents and staff.

Re facility: renovations are almost underway, with carpeting and wall paint/covering first. I believe all furniture in shared areas is to be replaced, as it is, though pleasant, quite old. The staff here are essentially wonderful. Any reasonable resident should, in my opinion, feel cared about and paid attention to. This applies to management, dining room servers, receptionists (24/7), maintenance, housekeepers, and the staff member who plans and organizes our activities does a great job. The facility provides transportation to medical appointments 2 mornings a week. There is also transportation to varied shopping and to weekly lunches at assorted restaurants. The chef is excellent.

I had research several places before moving my mom and I so glad that we settled on Brookdale. My mom's apartment is manageable size for her needs, it's walking distance to Trader Joe's and several downtown Oak Park shops and restaurants and the staff are really lovely. They have provided not just my mom support, but they have provided me with a lot of support this past year. It took some adjusting but my mom is happy there as well. I am confident that she is safe there.

I moved in to Charlotte East [Date Removed] and have been extremely happy. The staff is great! There are plenty of activities on site and off site. I enjoy the independence this community offers me.

Camino Real Senior Living is so amazing. I never expected for my mom to be so happy living away from home. She has more attention from the staff than she really needs. Very well taken care of. The staff is personable and friendly. The administrator is very hands-on. He comes out and visits with all of the residents regularly when they are in the dining room. The cook has one-on-one conversations with each resident to see what they like to eat and what they don't like. They have a great time playing games. Our family can relax because we know that she is safe and secure.

Since the death of my father mom had lived alone. In the past year it had become apparent that we had to do something. When we started looking for an assisted living facility, we saw that Brookdale Northwest could be a good fit, so we set up a visit. The first thing that we noticed was how clean the facility was. The room was very nice and was large enough to accommodate the furniture she wanted to take. Once settled we were very impressed with the staff. They quickly learned exactly what she needed and her dietary choices. With just over a month there she has settled in very well. The biggest part of it for us is that we know she is being well taken care of.
