Brookdale

We recently moved my sister-in-laws mother into Brookdale Rotonda. The staff made this one of the most seamless and pleasant transitions. She is so happy to be here and raves about all the attention she receives and the wonderful food. Thank you for all you do!

My brother has been at the Brookdale Farmer's Branch facility for close to two years & as a retired RN, MSN, I have total & complete confidence in the staff!! This is my brother's 3rd adult living facility but definitely the best and I've never seen him happier!! The staff is friendly, competent and always goes above & beyond for the resident!! This facility provides a safe and secure environment!! Additionally, Brookdale provides optimum stimulation through well planned activities!!

From the minute we spoke with the sales counselor, [name removed], my brother and l were put at ease. This is a difficult decision to make as it is but the genuine care and concern the staff showed our family confirmed that we’d made the best choice. The building is spotless and there is always something fun to get involved in. The food is also great and individualized to the preference of each resident. Thank you Brookdale Mt Vernon for easing this time in our lives.

My Aunt and I are very blessed that she is there with so many wonderful people ! She loves Happy Hour & Triva . The food is fine . She would love more Delicious apples . The place is always clean . Her bathroom fan is to loud she says.

My dependent brother-in-law needed a safe, stimulating home environment after we relocated to Texas. After a thorough search of the area, this facility met all his needs. A caring staff, superb management, well planned activities, great food, clean environment ... it has it all. Highly recommend.

When visiting the Brookdale Senior Living community I was immediately impressed with the staff . They were welcoming and professional. The director of sales was compassionate and knowledgeable when discussing the needs of my loved one. She patiently answered all our questions. I had the good fortune to witness the residents engaged in a spirited game of bingo. The community is well maintained and bright. I highly recommend giving Brookdale in Orland Park serious consideration as a safe place where they can receive quality care.

I visited my Great Aunt here at Brookdale in Panama City. I walked into a warm, friendly community with active seniors having fun. It was really great to see everyone smiling, laughing and enjoying themselves. My Aunts apartment was decorated just like her home and she was very happy. Grateful to staff for making her feel like family.

My wife and I have lived at Brookdale for three years now! We just LOVE it! We like the staff, we like the residents, and we like the many activities. It is hard to measure the excellent attention and spirit of this community, but is so high it tops other independent living communities by a long ways. We highly recommend it!

We moved my mother in in August 2023. It was the best decision we’ve ever made. The staff is caring, loving, and so attentive to my mother’s needs. To see the transformation from where she was in August to where she is today in December is nothing short of remarkable. She smiles she has a glow about her now that I haven’t seen in years. I highly recommend Brookdale Rotonda for yourself or a loved one.

I chose Brookdale Mount Vernon Drive for my mom and it was the best decision I could have made. I was keeping her with me at home, and she wasn't getting the social interaction that she desperately needed. She was sleeping too much, and it was getting difficult for me to maintain her care. Now mom loves the activities and looks forward to the armchair travel destinations. She has made friends and has more good days than bad. The staff looks after her and I know she is safe and taken care of. Thanks for taking care of my precious mom!

The staff is exceptional. They really care. The building is safe and clean. I truly enjoy living here.

My experience has been great. The food is very good. They do a wonderful job. Staff is very helpful and have answered all my question. When I moved in a folder was placed in my room with all the necessary phone numbers and other information. They have a driving service, but I have yet used this service, though I know others that have.I picked this place because, even though I live in the Assisted Living area, I am able to not have to worry about falling and if there are problems, I know I can contact someone to help. Also, compared to other facilities, this place was the least expensive.

We are from Maryland and came down in August to visit our friend [name removed]. The staff was so nice and genuinely interacted with the folks that live there as well as friends and family visiting. The facility was clean and did not smell. My friend, [name removed], loves living there & really likes the staff.

My family member is not here, but the one thing I will tell you is that [name removed] the Director is wonderful and was very cooperative and followed up. He's great. There are some negatives to the building but the staff were very nice.

I'm not very good with words, but overall it's been a good experience. We don't participate in too many activities (by our own choice), but we enjoy being around the people and staff. It has been good for us.

My Mom came to Brookdale Independence after loosing her husband of 65 years. She has been through so very much. From the Management team to the Maitenance department everyone my Mom comes in contact is loving, caring and kind. Even though she is in independent living, a lovely lady comes in and cleans once a week, including washing her bedding! My Mom is making friends and absolutely loves her 2 bedroom apartment, patio, kitchen and dining area too! I feel confident knowing she's never alone should she need help with anything. Brookdale Adrian was a perfect choice for my Mom!

My experience at Brookdale Adrian has been good. I've made some very close friendships that I walk with every day and participate in many activities. I enjoy all that is offered and am happy to call it home.

Living in a community surrounded by people is what helped me after my husband passed away. The residents and associates are very nice and help us anytime we need. I have enjoyed my time here at Brookdale and am happy to call it home.

I have been here for 5 years and I really love it. The activities and food are wonderful. The people are so nice and I love my home. The staff go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. You won't regret making Brookdale Adrian your home.

The building was clean, organized, not cluttered and presented very well as a place that someone would want to call home. The apartments viewed appeared perfectly sized with a layout that would be great for a senior. The staff was that I met was professional yet very personable and friendly, answered all my questions completely and made me feel that they respected their residents and felt responsibility to provide them with the best care possible.
