Brookdale

Brookdale Augusta was wonderful. Kristen was an excellent source of information and was great at sharing information about Brookdale. I was so impressed by so many smiles of residents that lived there: Brookdale staff was so friendly and to hear that many have been there for years caring for residents was comforting as well. Our parents weren’t able to move to the area as we thought but certainly Brookdale Augusta was the choice we’d made as it truly had a home feel to it that would have been a great fit.

Staff were very helpful and things seemed very organized. I liked how the facility was sectioned into the different levels of care but all under one roof. Residents were out and about mingling with each other. There appeared to be a strong sense of community.

The staff at Brookdale is wonderful. I had a unique situation with my mother. Brookdale was accommodating in every respect to our situation. I cannot speak highly enough of them and their facilities.

Moving your loved one into an assisted living is not an easy decision but Brookdale-the heights made it one. The executive team was personable, kind and thoughtful and the resident staff has made my grandma so comfortbale and have provided thoughhtful care and wonderful food. For my gram's first time at assisted living, at age 90, we couldn't have made a better choice.

As a new resident in [Date removed] I was a little nervous to move into assisted living but all of the staff at Brookdale -The Heights have welcomed me with open arms and made me so comfortable. The food has been wonderful, everyone is friendly and I feel safe here. And the best part is the outside trees and walking areas.

There was a complete ease in adjusting to Brookdale. The atmosphere and ambience is extraordinary. The tables in the dining room have table cloths and regular cloth napkins, create the feeling of being a guest visiting a restaurant. I could go on and on.

They were so helpful. I told them what I was looking for, they did all the leg work for me and made it super simple. Appointments and tours were scheduled. My grandmother loves the facility, staff is kind and caring. She also said the food is delicious! Staff is super accommodating and we are so appreciative.

I cannot sing enough praises for Brookdale Richland Hills. My husabnd has been here for 1 and a half years and he has done better than I ever expected. The kind and caring staff led by the director, [Name Removed] and nurse, [Name Removed] are so responsive to all of my husbands needs. He has foind a supportive community and made new friends as well. This is a warm wonderful place which is such a help as we have to make the difficult decision to seek care for out loved one. You could not find a better facility.

They are helpful and responsive to concerns. I would highly recommend. They are constantly updating their properties.

The staff welcomed my aunt into her new environment and made sure she was introduced to others at her same level of cognitive impairment. Everyone from administration to janitorial staff made an effort to greet her and make her feel at home. For her family, their continuing efforts to keep us informed about her integration into the community, habits and needs in her new environment, and plans for her care helped reassure us this was the right place for our loved one.

A Place for Mom provided much support and guidance during a difficult time. They provided many resources and booked tours fir me.

Brookdale Meadowmont has a high staff to resident ratio. It's a small facility. They focus on developing personal relationships with the residents.

As for Brookdale we are all pleased. The facility is clean, the people working there are cheerful and pleasant. Mother has settled in and is enjoying herself. We are very happy we chose Brookdale for her care.

My father really likes the food and I no longer have to worry whether or not he is eating adequately. It is very clean and smells good. They are short staffed and it takes a long time for my father to get help getting in and out of bed.

Ambiance was great. Both staff and residents are happy to be there.location is perfect. Thank you Terri for the Nice welcoming attitude.

Just wonderful. It's a great place to live. Workers are nice and very helpful. Lots of activities, plenty of things to do. I love the place.

I was first given an overview of the facility and then taken on a tour. I was impressed by everything I saw from the activity room where some residents were making tie dye bags to the dining room, various examples of residents’ rooms and the natural views (including a brook).

Staff really gets to know and care for residents. There is always signs as well as papers to residents for daily activities. We really love that dad is getting 3 meals a day with a variety to choose from. The dining room and facility are very clean. Dad gets weekly cleaning in his room, as well as linen changes with laundry day. We noticed a change in dad due to 3 things: socialization, proper medications daily and nutrition. He went from constant complaining about his back pain to no complaints. Getting up and moving, he even quit using his walker! He tells visitors how much he likes it and that he is glad his daughter found him this place-which comforts me as this next phase of life change was a big change for him. I encourage anyone to go and meet Diana to take a tour.

Everyone there is very helpful if you need help they drop what they are doing to help. All of the staff from cleaners to admin know every person by name even the relatives that visit regularly the facility is so clean smells clean and the food is excellent. I visit my parents 3 days a week we go out shopping and lunch one day the other 2 I eat with them in the dining room. I have never had anything I didn't like. I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. I am so glad we picked Brookdale. Both of my parents have perked up are making friends and have activities they like to do. Thanks to a place for mom we found the perfect spot for them to move into

Everyone has been so helpful and personable. Facilities could use a little updating but the cleaning staff works hard and takes care of mom's needs. Overall, we've had a nice experience with Brookdale.
