Brookdale

Our mom has been extremely happy at Brookdale Niagara Enhanced care. We transferred from another assisted living as mom needed more care than that community could provide. Our family has had a terrific experience so far. It’s been three months and mom has enjoyed the food and making new friends. The care is just great. Promises kept. We recently recommended Brookdale Niagara to our moms neighbor in Sanborn. Our family feel so happy that it all worked out.

[name removed] is the guy who visited with us when we first went to explore the facility. He was really helpful in the entire process. The food has been really good and my mom really likes the size of the rooms. My only hesitation or difficulty has been in the filing of her long-term care insurance. But I think we are close to getting that resolved.

Everyone was so happy & inviting. The atmosphere was warm & the whole place smelled really clean & fresh. Pets are welcomed & they have a smoking area.

Absolutely the best for dementia/Alzheimer's care! We picked this community, because the staff is extensively trained to deal with Alzheimer's and dementia. That and they have NEVER kicked anybody out like [removed] did to my mom.

What I like the most about the Brookdale Southside community is the overall quality and services are good. The staff are knowledgeable which is also good. They are very kind to use residents living here. The building is in decent shape for a 40 year old facility. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend Brookdale Southside to others.

My Mom has been at Brookdale for over a year and we have been very pleased with the quality of care she has received.The staff is very professional and caring. They have a small amount of turnover in employees.My mother has been very complementary about the food and activities.

Here the environment is great. I saw both but things that brought satisfaction to me and my family. I would like to thank the staff for always showing up when dad needed assistance with anything and always handling with care

I enjoy coming to Brookdale Spring Shadows. My mom has been a resident here for a while and I enjoy coming to the community. The community is clean and the staff treats the residents very well. The food is tasteful.

I would tell the friend that everyone we dealt with was wonderful. Brookdale was chosen because they had the apartment layout that my sister wanted and because everyone was so friendly.

Brookdale Orland Park were great, our loved one would stay here if she could. The staff members working there were all great, and based on the experience we had with this community we would recommend them to others.

I would recommend Brookdale Ormond Beach West to anyone who needed the type of care that my mother needed. Our experience with this facility was great. The staff at this facility was friendly. The house keeping was first rate for my mother. Communication with the family was excellent. When my mother's time was near, I was called so that I could be there when my mother passed. That was very much appreciated by me.

We toured Brookdale West Boynton Beach when searching for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility was a great place! The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The facility atmosphere was also great!

Well I'm not suppose to use names....but everybody in all the departments have been very helpful !! Getting accustomed to my father and letting him do his thing !!!! I'm sure the care will get even better as we go !!

Brookdale Mt Vernon Drive goes above and beyond to treat their residents with the dignity and respect they deserve during a very difficult chapter of their lives. Brookdale Mt Vernon Drive has the expertise to know how to look at the resident's needs, and to work together with the clinical staff, and the families, for the betterment of the resident's quality of care. I have been impressed by their professionalism, their genuine care for all of the residents, the serene ambiance of the facility, the cleanliness of the building, the quality of the food, the fun activities to engage the residents, and how much love and attention is put into the details of Brookdale Mt Vernon Drive. When I was looking for a safe facility to place my mother in I toured many facilities and I have not regretted placing her in Brookdale Mt Vernon Drive. Neither will you!

I met my new best friend here. Staff will go out of their way to help you.

The resident enjoys living at Brookdale lakeway. She enjoys meal time because you get to talk to people and the food is excellent. She likes to get out on weekly outings to see things.

Clean facility, caring staff, plenty of support staff. I would highly recommend them.

I feel like Mom is getting great care here. The staff always comment on how they enjoy her. She loves the activities and the ones she participates in, especially the helper dogs! This place is also pretty and welcoming.
