I have found Brookdale a pleasurable place to live- friendly and helpful!

Very nice, clean facility. Resident assistance people are very compassionate and capable.

My loved one receives holistic care at this facility. Most importantly, the nursing and medication team is reliable and caring. The building is well-maintained. The servers at the restaurant encourage my mother to eat and know the dishes she prefers. The social activities are varied and creative. There is live music several times a week. The front desk staff goes above and beyond in promptly and professionally assisting family. Every manager is accessible. Employees at all levels are open to questions and concerns.

Nice, friendly accommodating, loving to residents, clean. Seem to have staff who love what they do and the people. [name removed]called me immediately and asked for me to come in before I was going out of town because they had a great deal ending the next day. After talking with her and seeing the facility, I decided to go with them. When I moved mothers belongings the Exec. Director came and helped me unload the car.

I would say they do an excellent job at encouraging independence while giving the residents tools to strengthen their independence and improve their quality of life. I have been pleasantly surprised and grateful for the experience and so has my mom. We picked this community because of the location and it was affordable with sign on discount.

This was a blessing, you people were Swift, thoughtful charitable, help me with my problem, a place in this friend of my husbands the community that [name removed]was placed in Brookdale Brookfield is friendly understanding, and according to [name removed] excellent food.People at Brookdale furnished his room for me for the staff at Brookdale and the staff at A Place for Mom counseled me, I was very pleased.

Brookdale NWH has a great and caring staff. It's a smaller community where they know everyone by name. They have daily and almost constant activities for the residents to enjoy. They make the extra effort to bring in outside entertainment regularly and especially on holidays and special occasions. They have off site trips for shopping and sight seeing. I kind of think of it as a cruise ship with great meals and activities!

I took a tour of Brookdale Hendersonville East during my search for an Independent Living facility for myself. This facility and my tour were both great! The atmosphere was nice. Everyone was very friendly. The facility was clean.

I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years and still currently service Volusia, Flagler and St Johns County. Brookdale St. Augustine is a beautiful community with amazing staff. I highly recommend Brookdale St. Augustine.

Not what I thought. It is better. The helpers are nice and there are options for meals. We play bingo 2 times a day, which is my favorite. I like the chickens outside and the romms are clean.

This is a very welcoming and friendly place. There are many activites to keep busy and happy. I would welcome it to anyone.

We had a great experience. Promises kept. Dad was happy here. Kind staff. Clean nice place. Smaller style. We are all grateful. We would personally recommend to family and friends. The nurses were great and sharing info keeping us all up to date. Hospice care in his room made a huge difference for his passing. The caregivers were so good to him.

Mom is so happy and our whole family's experience with them has been great. We picked this community because, it had the best management, best community reviews, best location for our family. Additional reasons we picked Brookdale Westlake are: Mom really felt comfortable there...(the overall ambiance, the friendly staff and residents, very nicely maintained apartment and common areas), immediate attention to all concerns brought to staff's attention, and comprehensive set of services and activities for residents. Also a discount for military families.

The staff and the other residents were very welcoming. They have made a huge difference in my mom's life. We have had the best experience with Brookdale. They worked very hard to make it possible for my mom. They are wonderful and sbe is very happy there

Our mom was previously a resident at Brookdale Grandon Farms and they were a Godsend for us! I could not say enough about the care and compassion that we received from them. They are excellent. The management and staff were very helpful in answering all questions. They were very communicative with us. They made sure our loved one was cared for in the best way and went above and beyond. Also, the place was very clean. I would highly recommend Brookdale Grandon Farms to others!

Brookdale has lots of activities, 7 days a week. Very friendly staff.

After four years, in Independent Living and one year in Assisted Living, my wife and I feel very at home here. We know the staff by their first names and they know us by the same way.

My mother entered Brookdale Portage for a respite stay. After touring a few places, Brookdale felt the closest to “home”. My mother enjoyed her stay and looks forward to visiting the friends she made there. I am very impressed with both their services and the caring staff they have there.

The staff was warm and welcoming. The facility is making some great modern improvements to the building. All of the amenities that are included are amazing! I will be back- even if just to visit!
