Brookdale

Brookdale Monterey was very nice and I really liked the facility. It would've worked very well. Honestly we chose [facility name removed] because my mother is also at that facility and it was just easier to have them both close since I'm her only child and he has no children. It's just me so I made the decision based on that.

Moving our father into Brookdale Allenmore has been made easier by the constant communication and help from [name removed], The Community Relations Director. She has been a great help and source of knowledge during this process. She has always made herself available by phone to answer questions. The nursing staff and facility staff have been welcoming to our father as he makes this new life transition. The facility is clean and well maintained. We are happy with our choice to have our father at home in Brookdale Allenmore.

A Place for Mom referred us. We liked the atmosphere - active and friendly residents, homey and a little fancy. We were keen on having balconies and outdoor areas. The staff have been super responsive and diligent in finding ways of meeting [name removed]needs. They are all respectful of residents and their dignity and autonomy. [name removed]in particular has been a critical support for [name removed] and myself. The dining hall services and menu looked attractive but execution of food is just okay according to [name removed]. Most of his meals have been brought to him which may impact quality of what he's getting. I wish he had availed himself of the activities offered which appear to cater to a wide range of interests. I wish the place had better and more accessible recycling access. All in all, I would recommend Brookdale.

My Mom has been living at Brookdale Lake Ridge for a month now and I am beyond impressed and happy with them - the staff is amazing. They made the process for me and the transition for my Mom easy and seamless. They gave me daily updates the first 2 weeks mom was there, worked with her tirelessly to help her adjust and feel at home . I just can't say enough about how wonderful and helpful and amazing Brookdale Lake Ridge is!!!!!

They are wonderful at Brookdale Bowling Green! The staff is like your own family. They treat the residents as if they are part of their family. The place is bright and clean, always. The residents are kept clean and changed frequently. They will try alternative therapies for behavior issues. The food is good. They have daily snacks every afternoon. Some times the clients make the snacks. I would highly recommend this facility.

This facility was designed with memory care in mind. I love that it is safe, the staff are outstanding, they are personally invested in my Mom’s wellbeing and they are accommodating and open to all concerns and suggestions. I also love that my Mom can remain here to the end of her life with hospice coming in when it is needed. They have a full program and optional hair salon appointments in facility. They cebebrate all holidays and Birthdays and have a van for outings for small groups of residents at a time. My family is so happy we found this place! And family and other visitors are welcome.

Everyone I have encountered was so nice and many have worked there for years which is a good sign. When it comes to the meals they generally pretty good but there have been a few disappointing meals. For the activities, our loved one has not taken advantage of all the activities offered, but there seem to be a nice variety. When it comes to the value it is the most expensive out of all the places we visited, but the quality of staff they attract and retain is worth it

I rate Brookdale Lake Tavares excellent after several weeks of residency. I can recommend this facility, without hesitation, to any senior citizen.

Staff cares and being out of state I feel have been attentive to my calls and really got to know my mom. Lots of activities, doesn't always mean loved one will participate, but they are available. The medical providers who have partnered with Brookdale come to the facility making it easy to get care and peace of mind. They also shuttle offsite specialists. Food quality is good and many options. The all day menu is good for those who aren't morning people. It's only been 2 months but I'm very happy we chose Nohl ranch.

Brookdale Meadowmont has exceeded all of our expectations. The staff is outstanding - professional, friendly, caring, and respectful of both residents and families. When we have had questions or needed guidance, the staff have been so quick to respond and so helpful with their input. We highly recommend this community.

From the moment we walked in this place we loved it. The staff is so kind and helpful. They real care about the patients. Highly recommend.

The facility was clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and engaging. Everyone and everything at Brookdale made us feel comfortable-which was what we needed in making such a crucial decision.

We loved everything about Brookdale. The nurses and staff all so kind and caring. Everything is kept beautifully and very clean. Food and activities were great. Our only complaint is that my uncle was there less than a month and they charged us excessive fees after he passed. He died without a will so it took us a couple of months to go through the legal process to gain access to his funds so we could pay his bills. While we were working on that, Brookdale was charging us [fee removed] a month as "Late" fees. I am astounded that there is no grace period for financial settlement after your loved one passes. Nothing like Milking The Dead!!

Our family had an in person tour with Brookdale Wayne and based on the tour experience and what we saw of the community we thought it was excellent!

The staff was amazing, they truly care about the residents. The court yard is beautiful and seems like a lovely place to gather and get some air. The residents looked happy when I toured the community.

The care is very good. Staff are very patient with residents. The staff takes the time to understand the loved ones needs. As an out of state daughter, anytime I called to talk to my dad, the staff would get him to talk to me. I thought that was great. Thank you so much for caring for my dad!

The care givers at Brookdale Memory care are thoughtful and gentle in caring for folks who are experiencing a decline in memory. The activities director is understanding and creative when it comes to keeping all the seniors engaged. I so value her level of training and creativity. Thank you [name removed]! You are the best!

The support on the weekend and [name removed] here to do activities and keep people engaged is fantastic. I really enjoy the engagement I contour to see with her and this community. And it is so cute and homey.

I love Brookdale Bend. The care my mother receives is amazing. I visit often and I get to see the staff interact and care for the residents. What I love the most is the activity department. My mother loves to be engaged with people and the activity department keeps her busy every day. Routine is important and she loves all the activities. She does the morning exercise and especially loves playing bingo. They always make me feel like my mother is special. They are attentive to her needs and her moods. She can be difficult at times and they are able to direct her to a positive interaction or activity.

My father has been at Brookdale for several months now, but since Emily took charge of "activities" things have become so so wonderful. She gives so much dignity to each person, and truly goes above and beyond to shine a light in their lives. Her being consistent with the exercises and all special occasions must give the residents such a feeling of love and security. This job is so demanding, but she smiles and truly tries to come up with activities that will be inclusive to all. It just makes me happy my dad is in a place with such a caring and competent person.
